This was our second year staying at this particular unit, and we still love it! My wife particularly enjoys the live entertainment down by the pool each night. Since the unit is only on the 5th floor, it really comes through and is very enjoyable. Being able to park on the same level as the unit is also a very nice feature!!

Our entire family (plus two friends) loved this condo. Everything was clean and the location was absolutely fantastic.

The ONLY gripe that we had with the unit was that the WiFi for the unit was not great, which made any work that I did have to do while there a bit of a problem.

Other than that, this was the perfect unit!!

This was a family vacation with members aged 7 to 77. It is a family friendly resort. The condo was just as it looked in the pictures. The location is ideal. There are houses on either side so the beach was not crowded. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning.

Beautiful, spacious, well maintained condo, perfectly located on myrtle beach. Most buildings are stackednon top of eachnother down the beach, but this one was well spaced from others, giving you more of a private beach experience. Indoor pools were a great option to have when it was cold or rainy. Balcony was also larger than most, which was a plus for us.

This unit was beautiful. Being on the 5th floor was perfect for us. The parking garage only has 5 floors so it was easy to park and go right in side to our condo. We will definitely rent again from Luxury Beach Rentals.

It was a great experience. The property is so clean and well maintained. The condo was just as pictured, lots of space and clean. Very family friendly accommodations. Loved the view and the ease of getting onto the beach. Kids loved the pools!

We had a wonderful vacation in myrtle beach in June 2021. This condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained. Booking and check in were seamless. The condo was well stocked with cookware pots and pans large enough when cooking for a large crowd. Plenty for s glassware and utensils. Beds were super comfy and the condo was spotless! The white sand beaches were beautiful and large enough to accommodate many people without feeling crowded. Perfect waves! Water temp perfect. One downside was the cost of renting beach chairs and umbrellas. The condo had chairs available for our use, which was helpful. I wish they had an umbrella to use as well. We be last thing was the well maintained grounds and pristine swimming pools with a poolside bar! Win win.

The condo was exactly as described. No issues upon arrival and throughout duration of stay. Very clean and upkept. Staff members were friendly and accommodating. Perfect location if you want to golf or just hang out on beach. Not crowded and laid back atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Myrtle Beach. Enjoyed convenience of restaurant and bars at the resort. Would definitely stay at same place again.

My husband and I visited the Island Vista Resort during the week of November 12th 2020 and were absolutely amazed at the opulence of the resort. We rented unit 511 through Luxury Beach Rentals and upon entry to the unit could immediately tell that the condo was well maintained and meticulously cleaned. Each of the three bedrooms came fully stocked with fluffy, clean bed linens, towels, washcloths, and toiletries. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal although it was our wedding anniversary and we opted to cook as little as possible. The oceanfront view from the sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom made us feel like we were on a luxury cruise without the boat.

I would like to say thank you to the owners of this condo for providing such comfortable and super clean accommodations during this particular period in our countries history. We were a bit apprehensive about travel and not knowing what to expect from our accommodations but all those fears were laid to rest once we walked in the door. I would also like to add that I counted maybe a total of 10 couples at the resort during this time and maybe 30 people on the beach so there was no worry of social distancing or finding a comfortable private area on the resorts lush oceanfront lawn area or on the beach itself. As far as masks go the hotel staff, retailers and patrons were fully compliant and consistent in following the SC mask mandate. Thanks again to the Island Vista and Luxury Beach Rentals. It was so nice here we extended our stay by a day but plan to return in the very near future.

Awesome!!!! Very nice/clean and the pictures look like the place!!!! Family and I had a blast. In fact we enjoyed to stay at the room because the ocean view is beautifull.

Grocery store were closed in you have to buy things.

The only thing I will sugest to have: complementary soap for the bathrooms.

Very clean...smelled clean. Kitchen had everything you need. Very close to parking garage. Parking garage obstructs view just a bit to left of balcony but really no problem. Wonderful washer/dryer. Well appointed and just as pictured.

The home was spacious and immaculately clean. The location was great! It was high enough to see the ocean and all the surrounding events and activities but not too high. You could park literally two doors down from your condo on the same floor. Everyone was super friendly including the management staff. We were putting together a new bouncy chair because we had a teething infant with us and maintenance came at 10 o’clock to bring us a Philip head screwdriver. For some reason we didn’t have one in our car and the man stood and laughed and talked with us about a sweet crying baby while we tightened all the four screws. We had a wonderful time. We would certainly stay again and again.

This was the first time since 2012 that all of my kids could go on a vacation at the same time. Since the oldest is married, I wanted a 3 bedroom condo so everyone could have their privacy. The master bedroom was huge, the bathroom even bigger. The other room with a king bed was actually 2 twins put together but it worked for my daughter and her hubby. Last bedroom had 2 full size beds and worked perfect for my other two daughters. The open living room/kitchen area was awesome. Enough seating for everyone at the table, living room area or the balcony. This condo was easy to get to and easy for parking. A few things that I wish I knew before we went are
1. Both a coffee pot and a Keurig. I thought just a Keurig.
2. There are two garages, park in the northern one on the 5th floor. Condo is 2nd from garage door.
3. Bring box of garbage bags if you making any food in the condo. 6 of us went through a lot of garbage.
4. You get the one nice umbrella with 2 chairs on the beach but it was really hot so we bought another umbrella. Bring them if you got them!

I didn't do any but you would need the HE type of laundry soap if you bring it.

The only thing that we found incorrect during our entire stay was that our parking passes had the wrong leaving date on them and the front desk quickly corrected that for us....otherwise everything about this condo was perfect!

What a great vacation! Easy access from level 5 parking garage. Garage is tight so don't drive a huge SUV. Room is 20 feet from level 5 garage. I loved the key code door lock! Nothing required all day when at the beach. Loved the fact an umbrella and chairs was set up everyday for us automatically on the beach! Beautiful clean condo! Some noise through walls but not bad. Hotel/condo is by itself so the beach is not very crowded at all. Wonderful! Be aware to get arm bands for pool at the front desk at arrival. luigi's restaurant not far away was awesome and Kirk's Ice Cream Parlor, awesome, a few streets over! We will stay here again some day.

If you are someone that spends hours looking for that perfect condo that is upscale and is in a complex with every amenity, then look no further. I am that person that spends hours over several months looking for the perfect vacation rental for my family. When I saw this condo, I knew it would be amazing! But it actually exceeded all of our expectations. The complex is in a great location with in Myrtle. There isn’t another complex that is big nearby, so the beach in front is basically all yours. Plus... This condo gives you an umbrella and chair rentals for the week. That was amazing! The complex has everything you could want. All of the kids had a great time. The condo was amazing! It was very upscale with nice furnishings. Lots of room. Anything that you would need, it has. The only thing that they could add to make it better would be a couple of pizza pans or cookie sheets. We do fix a few dinners in and wanted to put a few things in the oven. The glass baking dishes worked fine, but aluminum would have been great. That is basically the only thing that’s kind of needs. Everything is hoigh end. I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Omg! I don’t know where to begin describing my stay at Island Vista unit 511. It was wonderful. Upon arriving in Myrtle Beach, I contacted the property management rep, Lauren, who allowed me to check in about an hour earlier than my scheduled check in time. Which was great after being on the road for 7 hours we were ready to get settled. Lauren was a pleasure to speak to throughout the entire booking process. She was very responsive to emails before an during our stay. Upon arrival to the resort, the lobby looked kind of dated and had very dim lighting. I was worried that the condo would look the same. But to my surprise! It was anything but!! It was beautiful. It looked like it had been professional decorated. It was beautifully decorated but still felt like a home away from home. Not one of those places so modernized you’re afraid to touch or sit down. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. There was everything I needed! The heated outdoor pool was lovely and and the beachfront access was great! The kids enjoyed the indoor lazy river and pool area as well. We did need trash emptied twice during our stay and housekeeping was very quick to respond to service request. Also, the condo had free WiFi and a smart tv so the kids were able to watch Netflix. Another plus was immediate access to the condo from level 5 of the garage. I like the convenience of just pulling in and getting right to my room without going through the lobby and elevators ( a plus when carrying bags or groceries). I could go on and on about this amazing property. Book your stay, you won’t regret it!!!

Unit 511 was everything we hoped. Clean, beautiful views, nice pools and beaches. Couple concerns we had was the parking at the Island Vista resort. Very tight! Not a lot of room for vans and bigger SUV type vehicles. Also, if you order a pizza from the Island Vista resort for carry out, they still add an 18 percent gratuity to the pizza. None of this spoiled our trip though. Nice big rooms and very comfortable. This unit is well maintained.

Our entire area,including the balcony, was so comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the restaurant during one breakfast. Our waiter was the best including our delicious food. We enjoyed each of the pools and the beach area. Beautiful!

This was the 2nd time I have stayed in this exact room since July 2016!! I love not having to check in and the parking passes are already in the room!! The condo is very roomy and gives each party their own space! Having a bathroom to go with each bedroom is also a huge plus!!! Very happy with our stay and will probably use this condo for future stays at the beach!!!!

Wonderfully relaxing vacation in a beautiful condo overlooking the beach. Loved hearing the waves crash against the shore. From our fifth floor balcony, we saw Dolphins swimming and playing. We liked the indoor pool and hot tub area, but wished the pool was warmer.

The whole experience from booking to enjoying our vacation was top notch ! The staff was extremely helpful and called (during our stay) to make sure our stay was nothing short of perfection.
The room was spacious and EXTREMELY clean. Our family of 7 (5 adults, 2 children) was comfortable and not crowded. The pools and other hotel amenities added to an incredible stay.

we had 3 couples sharing the condo for a week with no complaints or worries! with each bedroom having its own bath & tv there was plenty of room for hanging together or privacy! we enjoyed the beautiful view from the large balcony and having 2 chairs & an umbrella reserved for the unit at the beach was terrific! the property was as described, clean & well maintained with good communication with the folks at luxury beach rentals and yes i would recommend this condo to family & friends!

The entire vacation experience was extremely positive. Renting through Luxury Beach Rentals couldn't have been easier. The Island Vista was a great spot - clean, friendly staff, central location. Also, it was right on the beach so for a family with young children it is very convenient. - No long walks dragging all your beach stuff. I would highly recommend it and will definitely return myself! Our kids were VERY sad to leave!

This was our second trip to Myrtle Beach. Our family all agrees that this has been one of our favorite rentals on the east coast. Great location with limited beach traffic and good amenities.

No real negatives except the king bed in the front room has two mattresses pushed together and it needs something to fill the opening. Second thing it needs a few more pots and pans.
Overall we loved the place and will recommend it to friends and family.

Perfect in every way! Everything is just as described and the entire rental process was a great experience. The condo is very well maintained and clean! I dont say that lightly as I am a clean freak. The management company is awesome! They gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do for the kids. We have stayed at Island Vista before and just love it. First time to Myrtle. We couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay. The locals often asked where we were staying, and when we told them they always commented about how nice our place was. It has a great reputation for a very good reason. The condo was so comfortable and clean. Beautiful view, right on the beach. Very comfortable beds. Lots of open spaces. We were pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the condo. We will not hesitate to stay here again!
