The condo was amazing, perfect size and location for our family. what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The loft gets a little warm but other than that it was perfect! The staff at Luxury Beach Rentals was fantastic to work with. Would highly recommend this condo and Luxury Beach Rentals.

We have stayed at this property and in this room many times. The upgrades to the room are outstanding and the cleanliness of the room was much better than could be expected. It is too bad that the overall property is not kept up by the Hrand Cayman Resort, especially the pool. In our eight days the pool was vacuumed a total of 2 times and the second time with not a whole lot of effort. When I asked about this I was told the resort does its best with limited help. Strangely the resorts on either side of us did not appear to have as severe of a staffing issue. Thus is a reflection on Grand CaymN not luxury beach rentals whom I would use again without question.

- Spacious condo: Accurate description and pictures
- Easy check-in/out procedures: Did not need to contact management company
- Incredible views from the multiple balconies (fantastic sunrise views)
- Easy access to the beach (condo has beach gears like chairs and umbrellas)
- Clean condo upon check-in
- Well maintained property (condo + external areas) but showing age due to its proximity to the ocean (salt effects)
- Kitchen adequately stocked
- Comfortable beds
- Living room could use a recliner chair (sofas are OK)
- Upstairs bedroom sometimes feels warmer than rest of the condo but ceiling fan can help (thermostat located on 1st floor)
- Savoy tower is quiet all day (Cayman resort next door not so much during the day, but quiet at night)
- Dedicated covered parking spot, maybe tight fit for large SUVs (4 parking spots for visitors on first come basis)
- Did not use Cayman resort amenities (good experience at Starbucks though).
- Great location between Grand Strand and North Myrtle Beach
- Enjoyed our stay and going back in January

Took family was a wonderful vacation. Location is steps from the beach. Beautiful!! We had a wonderful time. Condo was very spacious for all of us. Lots of balconies. Using the pools was nice too.

I’m not one to ever write a review but I’m taking the time to do it for this place. I have to first say that what you see in the pictures it what the place looks like. It was all in all a really nice place. Yes some things are a little stained on the couches but to me that’s simply because people who rent a place don’t care about other peoples things which is sad but true. They should not even try to sell people of the roof area because frankly it is a joke. No one will want to sit on a dirty roof with no view except for the hotel behind you. They don’t tell you the door to the roof is in the upstairs bath room and doesn’t seal on the bottom. You have to keep the door closed all night to the bath room or you will hear everyone in the building behind you. The beds were just ok. We had four adults during this trip and there is plenty of room for your own space. I gave 3 stars for being clean when we got there. It wasn’t dirty but it also wasn’t spotless, and that was ok. We sat every night on the balcony and it was awesome. The view is very good. The location of the place is great. Short drive to about anything you want to do. I will say this, the upstairs bed room gets really warm each morning even with having the curtains closed. At the end of the day I hope to be able to stay hear again. Maybe a little expensive but most places in town this size are.

Our unit 601 was amazing. Beautiful oceanfront property with incredible views of the ocean. Little more attention to cleanliness to pool walkways to beach would be nice. Water stands and creates a very slick walkway. Saw a couple of people fall. Unit was appointed nicely, great sleeping arrangements and nice kitchen. Would definitely consider staying again!!

This condo was a wonderful choice for our family! We have had one of the hardest years in our lives, so having the amazing views and patios this condo offered was wonderful! First of all, the beach access is literally steps away from the elevator, as well as the pool. Condo was clean and spacious. The elevator was scary, we literally held our breath every trip up and down. It felt like it need some major attention. We used the umbrellas and chairs in the closet. However, probably a good idea to bring your own. One chair was rusted and an umbrella broken. It felt like they were things people left behind. Make sure you turn on the ice maker first thing when you arrive. The glass window in the upstairs bedroom was my absolute favorite, however, you can hear the young kids playing at 2 am (or in our case streaking to the water.) Fireworks we’re set off one night, but we had fun with it and just watched. The maintenance of the resort seemed to be lacking. However, it’s hard to tell if that was just them getting things back up and running after Covid. We met a couple who had stayed at this resort seven times and they said it was the dirtiest they’d ever seen it. Beach is beautiful. Drink hut was wonderful. Starbucks on the property was perfect! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and take my chances with the elevator!

We loved the penthouse. It was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Pictures accurately show the property. Even when we had an incident (out of the control of Luxury Beach Rentals), they were quick to respond and help us. We would most definitely stay at the property again.

We loved the property and the gorgeous views of the ocean. There was plenty of space so the kids everyone had privacy. The hot tubs and pools were also great for relaxation after a day at the beach.

This condo is in a great location! The beach and views were perfect. The pool is very cold, which was unfortunate. Some of the decor could be updated but all in all a great stay.

This condo is beautiful , just like the pictures!
There is plenty of space! There were 5 of us women
that stayed here . Heard the ocean all day and the sound of it put us to sleep at night. We watched the sunrise every morning on the deck and then walked the beach . Kitchen was big enough for all of us ( only issue was 2 very small coffee pots 3&5 cup ) yes there is a Krueger. Dining area was plenty big (area rug needs to be stuck down curled up in spots ) and beautiful views. Every bedroom has a view and balcony!
Even with the Covid 19 pandemic going on we felt very safe using the pools and enjoying everything the condo had to offer .
We would love to come back and would definitely rent this condo again .
Only complaint is while one of us was using the shower we didn’t know the roof access door was never not locked and people painting / working on roof opened the door twice , suggest double checking all locks.

Two spaciousness bed rooms with queen size beds, and a third with two twins provides ample sleeping space. a well equipped kitchen is great for making meals with a large table to gather, eat, and play games. The highlight of the condo is the two wonderful balconies facing the ocean, which is a one minute walk from the property.

This home was absolutely amazing! The views from the bedroom upstairs were so beautiful and I loved waking up to see the sunrise every morning. My daughter absolutely loved hanging out on the balcony and we also loved that we only had to walk a few steps to get to the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

The penthouse was gorgeous. Perfect size for our group and beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean was gorgeous and we so enjoyed our week here. The only down sides were the elevator was having difficulties and the Luxury Beach Rentals never replied to my concern during the trip. Also, the ice maker did not work and the fridge looked like it’d seen better days. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it. Also appreciated having beach chairs to use along with boogie boards and other beach accessories.

We enjoyed our stay ay Myrtle Beach! This condo was exactly like vrbo described! Everything was clean and organized when we arrived (very easy). There were plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our breakfasts with the sunrises. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone with big families . I even had questions about parking when we arrived however the customer service was very helpful when I called and even gave me other helpful information to make our stay delightful!

Overall we were very pleased with the stay. A lot of construction going on and parking was limited and sometimes a pain to find a parking spot. We had beautiful weather which made up for the bad parking.

New flooring, updated bathrooms and appliances made this spacious well kept condo made the stay very enjoyable.the savoy was small enough to feel like a private space on the beach. No children running in the halls.
A small service issue was handled promptly and efficiently.

The photos did a great job displaying the condo. The views were awesome, and everything inside the condo was clean and updated. We had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. Everyone was able to retreat to their own space. Getting to the beach was really easy, and the hotel next door had daily entertainment at the pool, which the kids loved. So many amenities within feet of the condo. We recommend checking out Hook & Barrel for a classy but casual seafood dining experience. The crab cakes and fish bites appetizer were delicious! Make sure you check out the bakery attached as you are walking out.

It was a great place for a family vacation. Great beach access and what felt like our own private pool the entire week. Kitchen was well appointed, and the balconies were wonderful. Our 4 and 6 year olds had a great time, and the place is big enough to put them to bed, and the adults can still enjoy themselves without worry about waking them.

This place is perfect, the view is incredible, the condo was very clean and freshly renovated. The kitchen was well equipped. The only problem we had we didn't have the code for the safe, but we didn't care, I am sure someone would had come to help.

The place was clean and in a great location. If fit our needs perfectly. We had 5 adults and 3 kids staying in Myrtle Beach for. Family wedding. The place was just as pictured. Beach asses was easy. The pool was closed, but we were able to access the outdoor & indoor pool next door without difficulty. The indoor pool (which are not my favorite) was descent for the kids, but not as good as some of the children’s amenities at the nearby hotels. There was construction on our floor, which we were not warned about. The daytime noise wasn’t too bad, but the elevators were in constant use because of it. The water was turned off for part of one day as well, due to the construction. Check out was a bit difficult, due to the fact that luggage cart was missing and constant waiting for the elevator.
