The house has a large open upper deck and large main level covered deck with sitting area and outdoor speakers. There is also a large game room with pool table, table / chairs, large flat screen tv and large balcony off the game room. House square footage is approximately 5700. Pool is 30' x 10 and 3' to 5' deep.
