-Picture Perfect

We had a wonderful stay at this property and hope to be back. It was even more beautiful in person. We had 7 people in our group ranging in age from 12 to 71 and everyone had a great time. The pool and hot tub were the biggest hit. The view of the ocean and easy access to the beach was also wonderful. Everyone had a clean and comfortable space in the home and could spread out. The game room was very fun when it was raining (we had pool and foosball tournaments). The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and it was so nice to have the washer/dryer. The management company was very responsive and helped us right away with heating the hot tub. The location was also great. Loved it!

Pciture Perfect sits on a gorgeous beach with deck space and comfy seating to enjoy. The house is well laid out with plenty of space to relax, tvs everywhere if you need that. Realty company was fantastic, lovely about accommodating the needs of my father, very much appreciated. Great location near stores. Only suggestions we'd make is an umbrella or two for the deck (we actually bought one and left it at the house, you're welcome) and at such a luxury property supplying beach towels would be appreciated. It was a wonderful experience!!

The house is beautiful and can't beat the location. Impressed by how well stocked the kitchen was! Very clean and loved all the seating areas on the decks.

Property was spotless had all amenities, met cleaning staff upon 45 minute arrival we were outside with groceries walking around they told us please come in and put grocery in refridge. Clean, great location the only issue was hot tub. we had to call a few times for maintenance. Saturday and Sunday it worked not at all. Monday maintenanced came at 4pm so we lost almost three days with hot tub rental. Im hoping we get reimbursed for that amount of the non usable days. We will be back to this rental and i will refer as I am in the travel business my self.

Stunning!
Outstanding! Beautiful place right on the beach. Pool and hot tub were great (kids loved the multicolored lights). And everyone loved all the other cool spots---hammock, shady area underneath the house, putting area, office, and the list goes on. Kitchen was well stocked and big table was great for eating, puzzles or the like. There were lots of puzzles, books, and games there which was a nice bonus. Beds (even the bunk beds) were really comfortable. Deck area right off the beach was magical. There were lots of great spots for insta worthy pictures and even with a big group everyone could always find their own space after a long day. It was great to be next to the State Park. Made it very quiet, but the kids also did one of the activities up there and really liked it. Can’t wait to go back we had a wonderful time!

The house is in a nice location. Kitchen well stocked. The only problem we had was the grill would not light.

Wonderful stay House was exactly what was advertised As in all stays a few issues arose. They were handled promptly and professionally Very pleased with results Beach was wonderful House was clean Location wonderful Would possibly be interested in renting again. First time renting in Myrtle after renting in Hilton Head

This house was in a great location above Surfside Beach. It was not only beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, but had amenities galore. You would never have to leave this property with everything that was included
in this rental. Ping Pong and pool table, 4 hole putting green, corn hole, play station and games, chess and checker board table, pin ball machine, and the list continues. We did have a problem with the hot tub and pool not heating due to a computer board issue but was replaced as quickly as possible. We definitely would recommend this property and will try to rent it again next year.

This house was as perfect as it comes, the rental company was so friendly and helpful. We had the best vacation with two small children and me being 7 months pregnant, we were right on the beach I don't think you can get any closer than this house, it's in a beautiful residential community it was so relaxing and the house was so spacious and clean. Everything you can need was at the house,the kitchen was stocked, the towels were all thick and soft!! The house decor was beautiful and all the beds and couches were super comfy. I can't recommend this house or the rental company enough!!!

Having never been to the Myrtle Beach area, we were very lucky to have found this beautiful house for our first visit. The location was perfect for us -- private on the beach, yet a few minutes drive to Myrtle Beach and Pawley's Island for fun and restaurants. The master bedroom is spacious, the kitchen extremely well-stocked and the condition of furniture simply beautiful. My only two recommendations are to add one or two standing lamps in the Master Bedroom as the only lighting is bedside AND we missed having a meal at the outdoor table because it is not shaded at all. Please consider adding an umbrella to that area. We will definitely be back!

The property was as described and the views from the main room were more than one could hope for. The house was well maintained and extremely comfortable. The support staff was fantastic the couple times I needed to contact them. I would recommend to anyone.
