Only issue was that washer and dryer are coin operated and that detail wasnt stated when it said that ammenity was avaliable on the online description. Guest bathroom handle was detached at the time of arrival and despite request for it to be fixed it was not done so during our stay.

I have to start with the 8 sliding glass door that line the great room. The view was absolutely amazing!!!The space is roomy and we enjoyed our stay. We had some issues during our stay and the property management was incredible and responsive.We loved the private beach and the fact that you can rent/reserve beach chairs and umbrellas.We definitely will be back!

We booked this condo as a splurge over other cheaper options because we messaged the host & they confirmed a heated outdoor pool and luxury experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t deliver. Upon arrival, we couldn’t park because the parking pass was locked in the building with no way to get in. You were told to go to security to get access security was not on premises. He arrived later by that time we were already getting the code to enter.At check-in, the condo was still filthy with a cleaner rushing to finish 1.5 hours later. 2 of the 4Toilets didn’t flush, 2 of the 4 showers didn’t drain, and communication was slow and confusing. We spent half our trip with only two working bathrooms for nine people, both located inside bedrooms. Maintenance came but issues took days to resolve. The outdoor pool was also not heated despite being told it was, and the outdoor restroom code didn’t work, meaning trips to the top floor just to use the bathroom. The condo itself was dirty and clearly needs a deep clean — dust, grime, and hair everywhere. Supplies were extremely limited. Washer and dryer are coin-operated across the hall (not inside unit as implied). On a positive note, the balcony view was stunning and the direct beach access was great. However, the property does not match its “luxury” description or pricing. I would not recommend this unit unless major changes are made. I was told several times that management would reach out and they have not. Vrbo was no help.

This began as a birthday gift for myself. At 50, I hadn't had much time or ability to take vacations, so I thought it was time to treat myself. I brought my sister to enjoy it with me and we both fell in love with the location, the condo, the staff (the guards were especially nice). This year will be our 4th stay in this condo, and I am hoping to come back next year too! It's hard to beat! Spacious, clean, quiet. A beautiful shell filled beach - great for daily walks. Local restaurants galore, and perfect for a quiet get-away.

It is a double condo, so it fits my family. The first time I stayed, the condo was super clean. This time not so much. The refrigerator was filthy. The beds still had sand in the sheets, so I don't know if they were even changed. The couch had a terrible smell to it. There were no washcloths for the kitchen, no washcloths in the bathrooms. Then security said the access number we used to get into the building is not correct and would not let my daughter in the building until she talked with me. In the end, it was the correct code, the security was just rude guy throwing his weight around. I will not stay here again. Alot has changed in a years' time. First time was great, second time was definitely not worth the money I paid for this.

We were not made aware of the bedding, had we been we could have sent out our cleaning team to address this for you right away. As soon as we were made aware of the refrigerator, wash clothes, and TV we addressed them as soon as possible. The unit is beautiful and in a great location! However It's definitely not worth what we paid and the host was completely absent once they got their money.
We had major issues in the unit..(IE) broken toilet leaking water, called multiple times and when they finally called us back they told us to turn the water toilet off and use one of the other bathrooms. The internet didn't work and again when they finally got back to us they lied and said it was out in the entire Bldg which was not true. The lights in the master bath did not work.
It took 5 days to get these issues fixed and that was only after I got AirB&B involved, who by the way were amazing to work with and stayed on the host until everything was fixed.
I would air on the side of caution when renting from this host!!

Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback. As soon as we were notified about the issues you were experiencing with the wifi we began troubleshooting. Someone came out to you and was able to address this issue and get it working. It then continued to give you issues and we were notified by the building management that it was a building wide issue. We relayed the information to you. At the end of assisting you in getting this resolved it was a user error and you had never accepted the terms to be able to utilize the wifi. We were notified after hours regarding the toilet and maintenance advised you to turn off the water to prevent any damage from occurring and we would get a plumber there as soon as possible the next day. You had three other working facilities in your unit. Plumber came by and fixed the issue between 1-2pm the next day. Our maintenance team also addressed the light in the master bath as soon as we were informed and replaced the dimmer switch. We most definitely had these issues and concerns addressed as promptly as possible. We take your business very seriously and want to ensure all of our guests have the most comfortable, safe, and memorable stay possible. We are sorry to hear you have left feeling we did not help you or have concern for what you were experiencing. We absolutely care and made sure you were taken care of. We hope you will join us again back in Myrtle Beach and give us another opportunity to host you.

Such a wonderful condo! Very open floor plan, plenty of space for our party of nine, and the patio was amazing with comfortable furniture. The front bedrooms do stay warm, but the host provided large floor fans to help with that and had no issues keeping the rooms cool with those. Everything was perfect for us!

The location was perfect with direct views of the ocean and there were restaurants and things to do within close distance. The place was clean and very nicely updated. The balcony was large and had amazing views of the ocean. We did have issues with the code to the front door not working but that was eventually corrected. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Double-size balcony with very comfortable furniture. The living room furniture was good quality and lots of seating. Dining table can seat a dozen people. The kitchen was the best ever, very spacious. The condo was very clean upon arrival. Having our own bathrooms was perfect. The realtor’s staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and promptly responded to any questions or requests. The TVs were the only small issue. The living room and 2 master bedrooms are connected to Spectrum. The other 2 bedroom TVs are not. Strictly streaming ROKU TVs. There were limited viewing options. Also the internet was not great. We really didn’t need it very much so it wasn’t a crucial issue. In summary, I would recommend this condo highly.

The condo didn’t seem overly booked so that may have helped. I liked the access codes so our teenagers could come and go without worrying about keys. The unit was beautiful and clean with plenty of seating for dining and hanging out. We loved the spacious balcony and enjoyed many coffees and evenings overlooking the ocean. The only two things to mention is the AC in the bedrooms was not consistent. Some rooms froze while others were hot. We did notice the filters are overdue for changing. Also, there were many electrical outlet that didn’t work. Those were pretty minor and we would consider staying here again the next time we plan to come back to myrtle.

Definitely love the view and the two condos put together was perfect for our blended family. Everything was well stocked. My only complaint was the front two bedrooms were hot. It didn’t feel like it was getting much air conditioning, putting a fan facing from the common area to the bedrooms helped During the day and keeping the curtains closed in the bedrooms. Other than that, that was my only complaint.

Our families really enjoyed our week here and your beautiful beach home. We loved the location, the facilities, the overall cleanliness and attention that is given to the entire building. You obviously have a wonderful crew here. The beach front bedrooms got a little warm during the day but if you sit a fan at the door of the bedroom it will suck cool air in and it is ok. Kitchen is well stocked! Thanks so much!

We had a simple & amazing experience here! Plan on booking again next summer! Perfect condo & perfect view! Love the easy access to the beach and the near proximity. Quiet neighborhood but quick to anywhere you needed or wanted to go. The only issue was the outside balcony railing and our 1 & 2 year old. The rails felt very far apart so we couldn’t trust them to be on the balcony without being held.

The condo is beautiful. Looks like you're on a cruise ship as all you can see is ocean through the wall of sliding glass doors. Patio has a great view of the beach and sunrise and lots of seating. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with cooking and tableware items. Beach, pool, and gas grills are an elevator ride away. Beds comfortable. Everything pretty much new. Would book again.

This property was an amazing place for our annual family get together with plenty room for all of us! The view from the balcony of the ocean was the perfect place to watch the sunrise. We loved keeping the windows open to hear the ocean waves.

The view was breath taking. Just walk down stairs and you are on the beach. Loved the extras in the condo, such as, fully equipped kitchen, arcade and tons of games for children, beach equipment in closet, bar etc. Comes highly recommended. Would stay there again!

Beautiful place to stay. Well equipped and plenty of room. There is space for entertaining or just relaxing on the balcony. The views are spectacular all hours of the day. I especially liked the attention to detail in the condo as well as in the building. I always felt welcomed and secure. The surrounding areas offer fun activities for every member of the family. Wow!!! I absolutely can’t say enough about this condo! It’s super clean and right on the beach, excellent location, uncrowded and quiet....we loved watching dolphins and sea birds every day. You feel as though you are on an island while being just 3-5 minutes from restaurants, shopping...we cooked some meals (kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more) and we ordered food in (anything you could desire is very close)...It’s the PERFECT PLACE to stay safe and work or stay safe and play! I fully intend to gather here with family and friends again very soon - this place had more space then my house and had everything I needed for a mental and physical break - we loved all the family games and the poker/roulette/craps table! Very well appointed. Had a blast! Phenomenal vacation spot. Five stars!

I’ve been putting together golf trips in Myrtle beach and have stayed many places for 20 years. This condo was an outstanding space for a group of 11 golfers. Plenty of room to congregate. The deck overlooking the ocean is massive and the entire condo was both clean and provided a great living space. Highly recommend booking this condo.

This is a beautiful condo. It is very spacious and even with 9 people we never felt cramped. It is ocean front and the view from the large balcony is breath-taking. It was great to have 4 separate bathrooms, all with bathtub/showers. The kitchen is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos on the website. There is only one way in and out so we had a bit of a traffic jam at times. The kitchen is well furnished with plates, bowls, glasses and utensils, as well as pots and pans. We cooked many of our meals during the week and never ran out of kitchenware. The only real complaint we had was the temperatures in the bedrooms. Even when the temp was very cool in the kitchen and living room area the temps in the bedrooms were several degrees higher; to the point that it was very uncomfortable to sleep at night. If you are able it might be advisable to bring a fan when you come. Other than that, we had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves.

From the moment you walk in the door and see the ocean through the double wide wall of glass and patio door, you're going to be hooked. Days spent reading, watching pelicans and dolphins pass by. Other days were walking the beach of course, and although you'd think there are only two directions to go - north or south - regardless you'll find an ever changing array of shells and things brought in by the tide. Wonderful. Beautiful. Enjoy!

The only issue was with the property manager. I called about the parking passes because I did not find them on the kitchen counter and was told I did not need them for Arcadian II. I found a notice on my car when I went downstairs that I needed a parking pass or the car would be towed. I found parking passes in the linen closet. This is a small problem but would have been a big problem if my car was towed. Thank you for a great week of sun, fun, relaxation and family.
