The house was beautiful, inside and out. the view and access to the water was wonderful. We had a slight hiccup with the heating of the pool & hot tub, but since the first 2 days were rainy and cold, it actually worked in our favor. The only thing that I felt needed some attention is the gas stove. the knobs don't all work (stripped out?) but we were able to use one knob on two different burners, so we had no problems preparing our food. There were 2 outdoor gas grills, but we never used them. Nice to have that option though. There were beach chairs and a few beach toys there for our use, which was a nice suprise. We had a large group and I believe everyone was very happy.

We rented the house for a weeklong family reunion, and it was perfect! The big kitchen and open floor plan was so nice for everyone to be together. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was superb. The beach was lovely and never even remotely crowded.

There were 12 of us plus one infant for the week. The house is in an excellent location away from all the crowds. We had a private boardwalk to the beach right outside the back door and the beach in front of the house to ourselves. We got beach set up every day from a rental place down the beach and that was great. There were a few minor issues with missing kitchen items that we needed but the property manager brought what we needed immediately. Be aware that you have to pay extra for the hot tub to be heated. During the hot day, there’s no shade by the pool so plan for that. Beds comfortable and everything was clean - some kitchen cookware needs replaced but not everyone cooks as much as we do when on vacation. The spaces were great and perfectly adequate for our group! Comfortable and excellent for a family vacation!

The property is situated just south of MB State Park, along a stretch of about 1/2 mile of beachfront but with only 18 houses on that frontage. Thus, very uncrowded beach and no getting up at 7 AM to "stake your claim". House is very nice and spacious, with 7BR/7 bath (all ensuite), though master has a separate closed off sitting room that could really be used as another BR for a kid. Fantastic and LARGE pool, separate toddler pool, and hot tub. Really great and spacious/shady porch. The views are incredible and obviously, you're paying first-row premium but very much worth it here. We had a few minor issues that needed attention early in the stay and Luxury Beach Rentals was responsive via email in about 1 hr. Can't say enough about the management team, really superb. We'd 100% return to this property!

Our family (20 of us) visited from PA for our annual trip and had a great time, even while enduring Hurricane Idalia! House is huge with plenty of space for everyone. The view is amazing! There were a few minor maintenance issues, rental company responded quickly, but otherwise everything was great!

The house fits our family perfectly, 8 grands, 5 of them under 4 years old, plus 7 adults. The dune line does a great job of keeping the beach breeze away, since it can be a little chilly, and provides a nice warm yard around the pool. But all the living spaces are above the dune line so a fantastic ocean view. The pool is heated to a higher temp for the babies, at our request. Luxury Beach Rentals is super accommodating and every little request is met cheerfully and REALLY quickly, usually the same day. We could not ask for better service. The online layout of the downstairs is accurate, but the upstairs needs correcting. Because this home is in a neighborhood, the beach is wide open, only the occasional walker. We are going to rent this property again for next Spring Break, and that tells you how happy we are with Atlantis and with Luxury Beach Rentals. Just A+!

The 7 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, was perfect. The 3 King Suites were spacious. The game room with the pool table was well used by our grandsons. They brought their own Playstation they hooked up to the game room TV. We loved, loved the location. Private boardwalk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Yet, close for those grocery store runs for last minute items! The oceanfront covered deck was enjoyed by all. Out we went with blankets, a hot chocolate and books. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing. The kids used those 4 times each day! The kitchen was large and we were able to work together while preparing meals. We played booce ball, board games, took walks, used the pool and hot tub and made some wonderful memories. The only negative would be the condition of some of the furniture. Both club chairs in the game room had torn upholstery with the stuffing coming out. A couple of the chair pads in the dining room were loose. The locks on the 3 of the sliding glass doors were broken--two of which were accessible from the street level into the home (via the carport/backyard to living area).

We really enjoyed the Atlantis house! We had a family of 20 people, mostly adults with 5 young children, who needed private rooms and the house was ideal for that. Plus, the general living room/dining room/kitchen area was fantastic for a group of this size. The porch space and furnishings would have made it even better, but we visited during a record cold Christmas holiday, and it was just too cold to use that space. However, the hot tub functioned well, even with those cold temperatures and was enjoyed by many in our group. Plenty of dishes, refrigerator space, etc. for our family! The only recommendation would be that the owners replace the fold out couch on the third floor. It is not functional for adults and kids except for perhaps young ones due to the poor quality of the mattress. We had seen a similar comment and brought a blow-up bed for that space which worked for us. The beach in this area is beautiful and quiet, and the neighborhood is close to the Myrtle Beach attractions without being in the busy parts of the Grand Strand area. Highly recommend this house if you are going to this area.

We had 7 month old twins with us and I had asked that the pool be heated to 88 degrees. When we arrived, it was only 78. I called the rental office and someone came out about 2 hours later. There was air in the line, he fixed it, and we had our warm pool by the next morning. Called the next day to say thanks, Lisa asked if we needed anything else and insisted I let them bring over a few things we wanted. Half hour later they were delivered to the house. Overall, we found just a few minor repairs but none that impacted our stay. Location is terrific, quiet residential neighborhood makes for a near empty beach, but groceries and such are very nearby at 3 different stores. We are booking this house for the same week next year, so that tells the story.

This was a great stay! We had 14 adult guests and there was plenty of space for everyone. The view is amazing and the location is ideal! You're 5 minutes from the airport and close to EVERYTHING! I definitely recommend paying the extra fee for the pool and hot tub heat because it was well worth it! Be sure to purchase extra paper goods depending on the amount of guests and length of stay. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

The house was perfect! We had 7 couples who had their own room and bathroom. Porch was great. Kitchen was fully stocked and clean. The views were incredible!!!! Located in a secluded beach section...we had a great time. EVERYONE in the group said it was the perfect house and we are coming back!! The house needs some upgrades to bedcovers, lamps and cushions...but it was clean and comfortable. I hate that groups come in and trash stuff. My friends are very picky like me about properties and this house was a HIT with everyone.

The house is just amazing with 2nd @ 3rs floor balconies that provide breathtaking views. It has both private spaces & communal gathering areas which we especially like. The pool is large with a little walking pool on one side and jacuzzi on the other with plenty of lounge And straight chairs. Our family has been coming for several years & hopes to come for many more.

We booked this house for a family vacation and it definitely has plenty of room for our huge group. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub along with the pool table inside. Close to a lot of attractions and things to do and easy to get around as well. One thing I would recommend would be a crockpot so you can have supper cooking for you while out enjoying things.

If you love those four things, Atlantis is the ideal place for a family vacation. The week we rented the surf had really kicked up. Our eleven grandkids ( all good swimmers) spent half the day in the ocean, and the other half playing volleyball in the pool. You need to bring your own net and stands. Everyone also enjoyed the occasional walk to Myrtle Beach Pier to watch fishermen catch all types of fish and stingrays. It’s probably just over 1/2 mile. I would also suggest bring beach umbrellas as the afternoon sun is intense.

Plenty of room & bed rooms/baths. Balconies had great seating and plenty of room & had a great pool and seating. Loved the beach. House was all set when we arrived. Got storms [ 1 night] from the Florida Hurricane, no leaks, or wind damage and verandas protected furniture out there. Loved It!

This place is amazing! The heated pool and hot tub are additional charges, but if you are going in the cooler months, I would highly recommend it. I have never experienced a heated pool that warm before. This is great for a large family or group. There were plenty of dishes and other stuff to cook with. We never felt as though there wasn't enough room. The views are spectacular and it is right on the beach. We would certainly stay here again.

We loved this property and enjoyed our stay very much. Weather was beautiful every day. House was amazing and so roomy. The outside, covered deck area was so enjoyable and we spend almost every evening out there. Loved that the beach was so private. Would love to come back to this house again. Only negative I would say is the cleaning crew showed up at 9:00 am and came into the house while we were still there trying to finish up getting our stuff out and checking the house over. With Covid being a concern, I think they should have waited until we had vacated the house before they came in. Also, the free standing ice maker kept going out and we had to call them twice to come fix it. Probably should either not advertise the ice maker or put a new one in. Other than that, almost a perfect week.

Atlantis is a wonderful home. We have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach homes for many years and this is the best house we have every rented. It is larger than most, great layout, very large kitchen, the pool is wonderful and surrounded by actual grass, the beach is very uncrowded. We hope to return next summer!!

We have stayed in beach houses before. You never know from the pictures if the house really looks like them. I can tell you that Atlantis did not disappoint. The prettiest and most spacious house we have ever stayed in. The large rooms and pool provided more than adequate space for our family of 18. I highly recommend Atlantis and would definitely stay there again.

We have been renting vacation homes for several years. This one is by far, the best !!! The pool, kiddy pool and hot tub was all a hit with everyone. We loved the spacious yard so the kids could play, as well as set up a tent for the little ones to nap under. The house is laid out with several different eating/gathering areas. The outside, shaded deck area was our most favorite place to hang out and enjoy the beautiful views of the pool and ocean.

We loved the jet showers, indoor jacuzzi tub + the pool/kiddie pool & hot tub. It is far enough away from the busy strip to be super quiet but only 5 minutes to restaurants. We rented this house for the last week in August (luckily right before the Dorian storm). We couldn’t have been happier. The house was perfect for our large, multigenerational group of 20. The house was extremely spacious and gave everyone breathing room - while still allowing for lovely gathering places. The kitchen was perfect for accommodating large groups with its 2 fridges, 2 dish washers, large table and adjoining deck. The view was incredible. The beach was beautiful - it was extremely private and it wasn’t crowded at all. And the walk to the beach from our boardwalk was super easy and short - which was critical with our group containing small children. Another nice feature was that the master bedroom had an adjoining office with a pull out couch and a huge bathroom with a tub. This was perfect for us because we had a separate sleeping space for our toddler in the office that was attached to our room. And we were able to exit through the deck and around through adjoining rooms after putting our kids to bed early. The pool was awesome! It was warm and the baby pool was perfect. Also I would note that it was down below the living level and well gated - so it felt much safer for kids than some of the properties I’ve stayed in with a pool. We bought the hot tub heat which proved a mega hit even in August. (I would note the step in to the hot tub is quite steep and could be a challenge for folks with limited mobility.) Location was ideal. Many close restaurants and playgrounds. Close to the state park. 2 minutes from a grocery store. Easy drive to the boardwalk while still being far enough from the crowds down there. And Uber’s were easy to come by if necessary. Super close to the airport! And if you haven’t been to the Myrtle Beach airport before it was quite a treat. They had our bags within minutes and the car rental center is literally across from baggage claim (no shuttles!?!). The place was clean. Property management was accessible and attentive. Property seemed decently maintained and they definitely were putting the effort in. The only issue we had is that the hot tub heat wasn’t on when we got there - this was resolved immediately. Overall a perfect choice. Though the decor was a tad dowdy - I would say that the pictures actually undersell the place a bit (rare!). It truly was perfect. And for someone who is more accustomed to Cape Cod (sky high) prices - a real value for the price!

As we arrived a terrible storm was coming in. The code on the front door would not work. My son found an open door elsewhere. We were without electric for most the evening. We made the best of the situation and played games using flashlights. The house had a few flaws. A sliding doors handle was broken. My son fixed it. On the patio there was a flower pot with at least 100 cigarette butts. We are not a smoking family. This should have been emptied at the very least. There was an electrical problem in the laundry room. Overall we had a wonderful time. All those things can be overlooked when you are having fun with your family

There were a few minor problems. The code to get in the house did not work. We found a door open on the back of the house. There was a very large flower pot on the patio filled with hundreds of cigarette butts. We are a none smoking family and believe that should have been emptied. The biggest drawback,and you have no control over, was that you couldn’t have a canopy on the beach. We had two babies and a 7 month pregnant women. Overall we had a great time.

We do not allow smoking in the house which is why the previous guests probably smoked out back, however it sounds like our housekeepers missed emptying it. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely the perfect location. Super close to grocery store and shopping and restaurants but off in a quiet private neighborhood. Our section of the beach was not crowded at all but there were plenty of others enjoying the sand as well. With such a large family group it was wonderful to have a comfortable house so close to the shore where everyone could come and go easily to the beach. The large shaded porch has to be a favorite also for the older people in our group who could sit in the breeze with a cup of coffee and WiFi and watch the grandchildren play at the pool or beach. Available beach chairs/toys and pool floats/toys were an added bonus. Beds were comfortable!

Great set-up for our family of 15 from babies to grandparents. We had plenty of room and all were very comfortable Most of our time was spent in and around the pools which were exceptional. I had a small request for kitchenware and the rental company fulfilled the request right away. We would love to return and highly recommend to others. We enjoyed the house, pool and ocean so much, we hardly left. Great memories for our family.

This house looks like everything you expect and hope it will be. The access to the beach is fantastic. It is not a "new" house but it is a truly lovely house. The kitchen is very large - it is not well-stocked but if you message the hosts they will add things you may need, like a blender or cookie sheets. They do not provide trash bags or paper towels, soap, or dish soap, so you should make sure whatever your budget is (if you have one) includes this. I was VERY happy with the house itself. Check-in is a dream and very easy and the team is reachable by cell phone without a problem if you have questions. My group of women had a fantastic time -- and it was a dream to simply open up the doors and hear the ocean. All in all, we had a great stay and I would 100% stay here again!

The location and size of this house is really what sets it apart. The views are spectacular. It's huge and comfortable for around 16 guests.

Located down an unassuming road with no traffic, in a small neighborhood with other like homes. Great spaces, kitchen user friendly, each bedroom suitable for a couple. Sheets, towels and bedding good quality and generously supplied.
Best features are the outdoor spaces and the ocean views and easy access to beach.

Reviewer Comments: Had an excellent vacation here last week - 9 adults and 9 children (ages 1 to 8).My only real complaint was the lack of a bath room on the pool level. Had to go up flight of stairs and then inside the house.The deck on the main level was excellent.The upper level had a few problems unless you were a pool player - no comfortable seating, outside deck should have had more comfortable seats.It was nice having two fridges but the laundry room was small and you had to go past the washer and dryer to get to fridge and that was a tight fit if someone was doing laundry.Management was good but never sent someone out to adjust vents in bedrooms - one too hot,one too cold- very high ceilings so could not adjust ourselves.

The house was very comfortable and great for entertaining our group. The kitchen was very functional and very well equipped. We loved the two dishwashers, great for such a big group. The outside pool/spa area was a great spot for relaxing and taking in the weather and views and sounds of the beach. Breathtaking! Bedrooms were comfortable but we would of liked blankets, a sheet and bedspread wasn't enough. Also, the day we left we stripped the beds and our mattress pad had stains all over, which was gross!We enjoyed our holiday and would recommend this place.

Plenty of dinning room seating and living room seating. The rooms were all huge. The showers had great water pressure. Plenty of towels available. The game room was perfect. The pool was the perfect size and temperature and had plenty of seating. And having beach chairs available was a bonus. It was in a perfect location, close to a Walmart and a short distance to Broadway at the Beach and all the activities we planned. Can't say enough good things about this property, we will definitely be coming back to this house.

It was perfect... with 7 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, large rec room and an open floor plan. This easily handled our group for gatherings, brunch and just great family fun. The 3 king bedrooms all had ocean views with very large deck on first floor. May not be suitable for elderly people due to all the stairs. We hope to book this at another time in the near future.

Finding a house to fit 4 families with children of all ages was a challenge. This house fit our needs to a "tee". Location was perfect; beach was very private and clean. Close enough to excellent restaurants and super close to the local grocery store and the Market Common shopping/eating area. Plenty of golf. The home was clean and well taken care of. Pool was large and the littles loved the small baby pool. We would definitely return.

This home is incredible and the location, which is off the beaten path, was perfect! The house was perfect for our large family and had everything we needed for a perfect stay! The management company was so easy to work with and was literally at our beckon call. They were able to suggest great restaurants, and made it so easy to check into the house...we literally just had the best stay ever. We are already talking about when we can come back!!

The house was spotless and very comfortable. Our guests loved the Game Room. The bedrooms are so soundproof that we couldn't hear them playing pool. The Kitchen is very large and well stocked. The manager went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Everyone is still talking about our vacation and already planning to return next year!!

We were able to get away for a last minute vacation at the end of February and had 70 degree days our entire stay! The property management company just started managing this house before we arrived and just finished their touches to the place. All new pool furniture, gas grill and balcony furniture and stocked kitchen. The views are incredible and we loved having our morning coffee on the deck while watching the dolphins play. I feel very lucky to have found this place and was my families hero. We cant wait to come back!
