Great view

Broken toilet on 1st day took over 24 hours to fix with multiple contacts to the company. Lights quit working in that same bathroom so we ended up showering and getting ready in the dark. Beds are not comfortable. Back bedroom/bath is HOT while the rest of the condo is cold with thermostat set at 68*. Broken lock. Smelled stale. Elevators and halls smelled. Long waits for elevators. Pools were cold. Hot tub was ice cold one night then too hot to get in the next. Space was adequate. We rented both units.

I'm truly sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced during your stay — particularly with the broken toilet, lighting issues, and the inconsistent temperatures in the unit. I understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with these maintenance concerns, and I apologize for the delay in getting the repairs resolved. We did our best to respond as quickly as possible once notified, but it’s clear that the experience fell short of expectations, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We are currently working with our maintenance team to address the HVAC balance in the back bedroom and to ensure all fixtures and locks are thoroughly checked between guest stays. Regarding the building-wide concerns like elevator delays and pool temperatures — these are managed by the HOA, but we are actively communicating these issues to them in hopes of improving the experience for all future guests. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us identify where improvements are needed.

I enjoyed my stay and the view. The fact that there are two balconies was even better and felt so at peace. This location is perfect for oceanfront view and going straight to the beach.

Perfect location, gorgeous view, and such a lovely space to spend my vacation week with family and friends! I would definitely re-book this space!

Las fotografías no mienten el lugar es perfecto tiene una vista espectacular; el lugar tiene todo lo necesario en verdad nos sentimos como en casa. La zona es perfecta todo muy accesible, si vas a reservar prepárate para tenés unos días ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This condo is in the perfect location! It is right on the boardwalk with everything in walking distance. Broadway at the Beach is a quick drive up the street with all of the other popular attractions. When we arrived the house cleaners were just finishing up which confirms the condo is cleaned between guests. The view of the ocean is amazing! Everything in the listing is as described. During our stay, one of the toilets had a slight issue with the flusher breaking and Luxury Beach sent out maintenance as promised with a quick fix. Luxury Beach is very prompt with returning texts/phone calls if any issues arise. This was a great experience for my family! We would definitely book with them again!
