I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The furniture was quite dirty to a point where I just avoided using it. If the property just shampoos the furniture I think it would have been fine. The place had good ac and had all the kitchenware you will need. The host responds fast and the building acts quickly so I was very pleased by that. I would definitely stay again. The WiFi was fast enough for me to work without being lined in to lan port. The building has WiFi but no router in unit for the remote orders. I used a tp-link mini wifi usb and was able to handle 8 hours of calls per day for over 2 weeks with no drops. I think the beds can use mattress toppers. The building is a bit older but was being renovated during my stay so this place has good potential. 92/100.

Luxury Beach Rentals staff

We stayed in the Bay View 1005 and 1004A. The staff was extremely helpful in finding us accommodations to fit our party size. The beach and boardwalk were easily accessible. The wait for elevators was a little long at peak check in and check out times. All other amenities on the property were great!
