This place has me conflicted. For the price being on the beach it’s fine and I realize if they update the place it would costs more, however it just feels like they are only there to get money and not reinvest. Everything was old. The bathtub didn’t drain properly and should be re caulked. Lots of worn down paint and boards. The glass patio doors would barely open and were heavy. The vanity in the bathroom had seen better days.
We didn’t realize it was next to a place where the homeless have taken over. We did not feel comfortable walking around at night for sure. And really paid attention during the day. It’s a shame because it is a prime location but just needs a facelift and it doesn’t feel the safest.

Very small apartment, without kitchen. Old furniture, but clean. And its great location. And it’s ok to stay for a few days.

While this may legally be considered a 'home' or 'condo,' I would note that this room is really just a hotel room in a 3-star hotel. The room matched the pictures and was clean, but it is not what I was expecting. I thought it would be a private condo. The hotel elevators were incredibly slow and the hallways were dirty. The downstairs is humid and smells of chlorine.

The view was perfect but there where stains on the blankets, the fridge would not get cold and the tv remote was missing the back of the control and when you turn the tv on it’s set up like ROKU but the controller is most definitely not a Roku remote. It’s was really frustrating trying to change the channels and there where 4 elevator that where working next there where 3 and then come check out here where only 2 of elevator working. Was not clear on how to enter into the building at all. You have to have a key card which is in the room.

This was the best place to wake up and see the sunrise. No issues whatsoever and the employees was helpful to my questions. I really love this location. It is small but works for a single parent or couples with small children. Access to everything including Starbucks. Will definitely use as a once a month trip for the warm months.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My home is by the sea, and in the foggy season, I always have to be careful to prevent moisture, otherwise there will be mold. The first room I stayed in had a musty smell, but when I told the hotel staff, they helped me solve the problem seriously and patiently. I moved to another more cleaner room without any musty smell. During the one-week stay, I met at least 10 staff members, all of whom were very friendly and willing to help.Thank everyone very much

We had a great time and highly enjoyed the 17th floor ocean view!! It was very walkable and fun to explore the surrounding area! The host was very responsive! Bonus- Starbucks downstairs!!!
