communication was great. beautiful views from the balcony. 3 hot tubs huge outdoor pool. indoor pool area could use a refresher, but I know that's not in your control. elevators were super fast.

Overall a nice condo on the beach. Plenty of room and the host was very responsive if we had any questions. Only suggestion would be for thicker shades/blinds on the front rooms. The windows take a lot of light in from the hallway making it difficult for kids to sleep.

Great location right on the water with a great view. We were there with two families of four with teens. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. This one is on the 11th floor but elevators were fast so that was not an issue at all. We would stay here again. Absolutely loved being here over the 4th of July.
Only odd part was communication. They do not use the Airbnb app and require you to call them and give them email and phone number before they approve your reservation. Then about three days before they send an email with how to check in. Noting the following:
To help get you started on your vacation, guests will receive a started kit of the following: *please note these items will not be restocked during your stay
One mini bottle of dish soap
One single-use dishwasher and laundry detergent packet
One kitchen sponge
One trash bag
One Roll of paper towels
One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
So be prepared to provide things like a trash bag. There was more TP than advertised.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented a 3 bedroom condo for a week for my family and I. The views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking. The condo was recently renovated and very pleasant. The mgmt company we found extremely convenient and professional. They were reachable via text if we needed anything at all. My family had an amazing time and we definitely are looking forward to staying at the Caribbean resort again in the near future.

Our short vacation had only 1 good thing this was a room and that’s all:( Hotel was horrible, everywhere was were guys with smoking wheat, but sight of no smoking you can see around whole hotel, also we had a room with ocean view and unfortunately can’t enjoy it like all around was smell by smoking! So noisy, motorcycles to laud with more loud music:( all roads was closed for motorcycles. On the beach people brought their table for picnic and have beach-picnic party, no privacy it’s looked like public beach definitely not private hotel resort beach. Pool were dirty and wheat smoking like always was here:(
