Caribbean Resort 1105

The Unit is very clean and beautiful! Check in and out was very simple. The resort is very family friendly, with many amenities on site. It’s on the 11th floor so the view is very nice and the extra large balcony was a plus! The kitchen was really nice and as advertised with everything you could ask for to cook any kind of meal. We loved all of the beach themed decorative items throughout the unit. Some other posts had complained of light from the hallway in the front rooms, but having seen it for myself it was a non issue. Only had minor wear and tear defects around the unit, but nothing that took away from the over all ascetic of the unit. Of note the fire detector did go off once as Ive seen complaints in other reviews. I was cooking, but there was no smoke. I just think it’s very sensitive, which I would prefer to the alternative I guess. The guest bathroom Ring Touch lighted mirror does not work, so that was a bit of a bummer but they were notified so maybe it will be fixed for the next guest. Loved the one in the master bath. Showers are very nice!! Last thing I will say is the couch is “not,” a pull out. The unit is advertised as sleeps10. There is 1K 1Q 2Full so maybe if you have a couple babies that sleep with parents you could fit 10. But not 10 adults, unless you bring an airmatress, which there is plenty of room for in the common areas. All in all I would Highly recommend the unit to a friend! We will stay again in the future for sure.

My family enjoyed our stay there were no issues with the unit and the check-in and check-out was very easy! The only note I would make is about the elevators, the doors are a little forceful and close very quickly. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay! :)

This condo was perfect for us and our 3 grandchildren. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. Great view of the ocean from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. The balcony was large enough for all of us to relax and enjoy. We loved the direct access to the beach as well as all the different pools. The kitchen is well stocked although we only ate breakfast and lunch in the condo. Conveniently located only minutes away from all the MB shopping, restaurants and attractions.

This place was amazing! It’s exactly like the pictures. The resort is in a perfect location. Close enough to the boardwalk, but far enough to get out of the craziness. The resort was very quiet at night. We would 1000% stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable condo that has amazing views. The place was clean and spacious for our family of 4. The host was very accommodating and available for any questions we had. The space had a beautiful fireplace which was a bonus on the cool nights. There was a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets needed although we didn’t use any as I don’t cook on vacation, but if you choose too it was available. The only thing I’d mention is that the beds and couch are very modern and low to the ground. My husband and son are over 6’5 and it was definitely noticeable to them. Otherwise, it wasn’t an issue ( it may be for someone who just had a recent hip/knee surgery though). The building had a nice fitness room that we used and it wasn’t busy. It had all the equipment needed for a nice workout. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone and another bonus was that we were able to see the fireworks on NYE from the pier without driving there. We will definitely be back to this condo in the future.

Great location right on the water with a great view. We were there with two families of four with teens. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. This one is on the 11th floor but elevators were fast so that was not an issue at all. We would stay here again. Absolutely loved being here over the 4th of July.
Only odd part was communication. They do not use the Airbnb app and require you to call them and give them email and phone number before they approve your reservation. Then about three days before they send an email with how to check in. Noting the following:
To help get you started on your vacation, guests will receive a started kit of the following: *please note these items will not be restocked during your stay
One mini bottle of dish soap
One single-use dishwasher and laundry detergent packet
One kitchen sponge
One trash bag
One Roll of paper towels
One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
So be prepared to provide things like a trash bag. There was more TP than advertised.
