Brand new to Luxury Beach Rentals and completely remodeled, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the 14th floor offers beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The oceanfront master bedroom has a king bed and direct access to a large oceanfront balcony. The second room offers one queen bed and the third room offers two double beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children's splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

- Caribbean Resort is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in the new smoking area located at the end of the Dominican building ground floor.
- 7 night minimum from Sunday to Sunday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.
- A deposit is required to make a reservation and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

Our family of 9 had a great time enjoying all the amenities of the resort. Everything was clean and perfect. The views were amazing! We had a couple minor issues but luxury beach rentals was quick to make it right and get it fixed. They were always just a text away and prompt with a reply. Definitely will be back! I would highly recommend this condo to others & we would definitely stay there again. Luxury Beach Rental company was great from start to finish. They always responded quickly when I had questions. Location of condo was great & it was clean inside. Loved the lighting. decor & flooring. Furniture & bedding was very comfortable. I was hesitant to stay on the 14th floor but there were several elevators & they were fast. Condo layout was perfect for us. Resort grounds were well taken care of & many pool options. Nice beach area and close to restaurants & activities we enjoy. A few minor recommendations...entry door handle needs repaired or replaced - it was difficult. The dishwasher works fine but is missing 1 of the 4 rolling wheels on the bottom rack, so it was a bit challenging to get it to roll in & out while loading & unloading.
