Check in/check out process was easy with management company, but very difficult onsite. If you have a lot of luggage to load/unload, the parking lot in front is very small and luggage carts are few and far between. If you plan to leave right at check out time plan an extra hour to get everything loaded.

We loved all the different pool options and the tiki bars. It may have been a family vacation but it’s nice to have adult fun too. Everyone loved the roominess and it was clean. Plenty of options for the young and older kids.

It was just as pictured. Very clean inside the condo. Even had a stock of games for kiddos! The only thing I didnt like was trying to locate where the dumpster was, that was a bit confusing. By far the best pools on the strip! In my opinion it was by far the best condo/hotel on the strip ! 10/10 recommend

Had a problem with one of the televisions. They responded quickly and repaired it. All of the beds were extremely had. Everyone complained about their back hurting. Didn't get much sleep due to this.

Beautiful condo, clean, great beach view from the balcony. Everything you'd need inside.
The building is under renovations, so it should be the hallways and common areas should match the inside of the condo soon enough! Communication was great, the team was responsive and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loved the location and condo we stayed in!

Condo is as described. spacious, clean, amazing balcony with great sunrise views and ocean view. We had 3 adults and 3 teenagers and had plenty of space. Location is within walking distance to entertainment and stores. pool area is nice and any loud noise is done by 11 pm. Would recommend and plan to return!

I honestly thought the pics online were photoshopped, the view couldnt be that amazing... it is 😀 It was like being on a cruise ship when we were in the master bedroom or in the living room, all we could see was ocean!!!! I will say though we have stayed in a few VRBOs and we are used to dealing directly with the owners, its a little different with a management company. I think this must be just an investment for the owners, they must never stay here, the unit itself needs some touch-ups. If we were only staying a weekend I would have overlooked how FILTHY the front door is but we saw it several times a day for 6 days. I dont know how it got so dirty? Its in a hallway, not exposed to the elements and noone elses door was this dirty. It was the first thing we saw and was instantly hesitant about the rest of the unit until we got inside. The view is what sells it. The interior walls could really use a paint job also, its such a beautiful spot, its a shame I noticed it. The linens are very clean, beds are super comfy, living room furniture is comfy but starting to wear. Shower has amazing water pressure and lots of hot water I would recommend placemats for glass dining room table. The kitchen was missing pot holders and measuring cups, had to go to the dollar store and left them for the next renters. The pots/pans also need replacing I would DEFINITELY rent this again 💗💗💗

The property is exactly as the pictures show. The rooms are large giving all of us ample room. We took our 5 kids and there was plenty of room to accommodate us for a week. The property management company is very responsive to any and all communication. We had a problem one day and they immediately acted to solve it. Would definitely stay again!!!

We had a great time! The view was my favorite! Great location and we had all of the supplies for cooking and relaxing that we needed! My kids loved the pools, hot tubs, gym and game room. We had a slight hiccup with the door code on arrival, but the on call representative fixed things in about 30 minutes. We would definitely visit again! Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view- however the property, building and furniture not up to a Marriott standard. We used our points to rent this for a family function. It was definitely disappointing when we walked into the building and even the elevators were dirty. Definitely NOT what was expected as this was down as a “luxury rental”.. it was NOT even close. Not sure you would say there one one LUXURY thing about this rental. The view was gorgeous and that is what we focused on.

Location is great, next to Sea Captain’s House, away from other large condos and down the street Broadway at the beach. Condo has basic cooking supplies, games for kids and beds appropriate for kids AND adults. Having the two doubles allows for a child, teen or adult to sleep. I love that there are not twin beds. Very roomy for large family. Lots of stuff for kids and families on the property.

The place and rooms were as written. The master has a glass view of the beach which is great however be ready to be warm in there cause the AC won't keep up. I also had to reach out for linens cause they didn't put enough but they brought them that day. The washer and dryer is too small if you need to wash and dry rags and towels daily for 10. The location and amenities are for sure the best for families. Nothing is perfect so with that I would stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the large balcony with awesome views. Only down side was that the pools were crowded from open to close. Wish they offered a time for adults only, even an hour would be really nice.

Great communication before arrival, we knew exactly what to do when we got there. The place smelled and looked very clean. Had everything we needed, from linens to kitchen supplies. The space is great and the resort is very fun for young kids. Would definitely recommend!

One of my favorite features was the keypad lock so you didn’t have to keep up with room keys. I also really liked that the unit was accessed from an inside hallway and did not back up to a parking garage like many beach hotels. The elevators were all very fast and the location was perfect! Literally 5 minutes from broadway. Also had a Starbucks and Ben and Jerry’s. This is the last hotel for a couple of miles so the beach was not crowded and it was very pleasant. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the unit also had Disney plus. The communication was excellent and the team really cares about your experience. We will definitely stay again for our next trip to Myrtle beach!

First trip to Myrtle Beach for the family (kids aged 15,8,8,1). We really loved the spacious condo. Plenty of beds and rooms for the 6 of us. The living area and kitchen were clean and nicely decorated. LOVED the view from the balcony and Master Suite. Great sunrise views. The resort itself is fairly well maintained. There are multiple indoor and outdoor pools. Since the weather was fairly chilly still, we mostly enjoyed the indoor pools/hot tubs. The beach was clean also, which was nice. We liked that we were on the North end of the "strip", since it was more quiet than further south. We did walk to the Sky wheel, which took about 35 minutes with 4 kids and a stroller. Very doable. Parking garage is across the street from the hotel, but easy to cross. Garage was clean, seemed safe, and easy to fit a larger vehicle in a spot.Parking in the resort lot is for loading/unloading and was fairly accessible when needed. Condo management was very responsive! Minor issue in the Master bathroom, with the towel rack pulling away from wall. Management responded very quickly and sent out maintenance worker the next day. Unfortunately, the baby was sleeping in that room when he came, but he was understanding and agreed to come back another day to fix. Wasn't fixed during our stay, but would have been. Overall, it was a great stay, and a great first trip to Myrtle Beach. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer, and would definitely like to stay in this unit again!

The property was everything that we expected! Great view and great location. The only thing I would say that didn’t quite meet my family’s expectations is the indoor pool area which is not controlled by the host. It’s a little dated and could use some work. All together great trip and would definitely stay there again!

To wake up, open your eyes, and see the ocean in front of you was incredible. The most used area was the balcony, and my only "complaint" about the space is that we never had enough chairs for the number of people that wanted to sit out there. The location was perfect. The rental provided most of the necessities, but only 1 trash bag and 1 roll of TP per bathroom. I knew about this in advance, so we packed some trash bags for home, but it was an inconvenience that stands out in my mind. It seems like a small fix that the renter could make to greatly improve my overall impression. Rental was clean, beds were comfortable, views were perfect. We'll likely return next year.

Check-in was a good process, rather easy, except I hadn’t looked for the email w the instructions, so that makes it really easy when you look for the instructions in your Inbox. Very nice building, great amenities for family, and an excellent location with a less crowded section of beach (at 30th Street N. I’d be glad to rebook the same unit on our next trip to the Beach.

This condo was great for a family of seven. we all fit very comfortably, the condo had some extra beach chairs, toys, and board games which were all an added plus. the balcony was huge and looked out onto the pool and ocean. the hotel itself needed a little updating and cleaning, including the indoor pools, but obviously not under this hosts control. Having the beach and pool within a three minute walk was super nice since we traveled with a toddler. If you want to use the hotels gameroom or gym. You'll need to get a key card from the front desk, but they were happy to help us with that. Overall, a very nice condo with great amenities while being super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

This rental is spacious and has everything you need! The view from the master bedroom is GORGEOUS and so is the view from the balconies. Check in and check out process was super easy. I have zero complaints and can't wait to book again next summer.

We are a large family and had plenty of space in this condo. 5 adults, and 5 kids, and we never felt like we were short on space. The only downfall is that the cleaners could have done a better job, they were not finished cleaning at 4 when it was time to check in, so we went to the pool and made the best of it! We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Received door code ahead of time which was great. Condo perfect size for family of 5. Pool area was perfect. We were able to get pool/beach towels from front desk. They had DJ on Friday afternoon that was super fun. Only downside is when a storm blows in, the wind is crazy on 14th floor and the way the building is positioned vibrates the railings. Quite loud at times
