This unit was fantastic! Aside from a few to be expected maintenance issues, the unit was clean, well staged and welcoming. Not sure what scent was used in the unit but it smelled fabulous! Definitely looking forward to another stay in the future!

I highly recommend this lovely condo on the 20th floor with a fantastic view. We appreciated the ease of check in (no waiting) and the clear instructions. The location was great. Just out the door to the pools or beach. Broadway at the Beach and other amenities were just a few minutes away by car. The unit was comfortable and kitchen, well-equipped. The staff were very responsive and provide great customer service.

This place was perfect for my family. The location was 20 floors up which allowed the best view. The access to the beach, pools and kid area was perfect. we are planning to come back to this same house. The only bad which was not bad is that taking out the garbage you will need a wagon if there is a lot of trash. it is a small walk. however, I need the steps....lol. your family will enjoy.

The condo was gorgeous! Nice and spacious for the group, great AC, amazing beach view and access. Excellent amenities. Slept very well. The patio door in one of the bedrooms was covered with plywood, I would have rather have known it was damaged ahead of time. The pots and pans and dishes got us through the trip but honestly for a condo that hosts up to 10, the amount of kitchen stuff is sparse. Also, there was a broom but no dustbin, so we couldn’t sweep up sand and dirt very well. Overall still a great place to stay!

Took the family on a trip to Mrytle Beach for their Christmas gift. Had 2 grandkids ages 8 and 10. Pools and beach were awesome. Great time of the year to go. Accomadations were excellent.

The only thing I didn't like was that I got notify one day in advance that out door unit was getting paint and they need to leave our door open for 4 hours. We have to leave and when we come back our door was wide open.

Celebrated my sons 1st birthday. Great view and location. Easy access and communication. With the accommodation of sleeping 8+ people more trash bags and more than 1 extra rolls of toliet paper should be provoided. Wish there was at least salt & pepper in the kitchen. Oven needs deep cleaning, every time you cook and open fire alarm goes off. Master bedroom is extremely HOT due to windows, fans were provided! Overrall great place.

Room was great. Balcony was amazing. Master bedroom had beautiful large windows with a beautiful beach view. Condo was clean and had everything thing in kitchen you could need you cook full meals. The only negative thing I can say is that the pools were not the cleanest. The outside pool often had random things floating in it like paper, food and even a bar of soap at one point. We seen staff cleaning pools every morning but by evening there was stuff floating in them again. Despite that I would stay again. Check in was easy, just enter code and open your door. Check out was simple and easy. Just sent a txt saying checked out and that’s it. Overall we had a great time and the condo was great. I would definitely recommend.

Everything was as described with the condo. Stunning views of the ocean. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Absolutely loved our trip! Will definitely come back to this resort and condo again. The arcade needed some attention. Several games were not working. Also, need better information about where to leave the trash. The only information was that you could not leave it in the room but no details as to where to take it to.

This was a wonderful place for our family vacation! The beach, sunrise, and ocean views were breathtaking! We enjoyed our time here. The condo was neat and clean. Time on the balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean and listening to the waves was a favorite along with the many pools and time on the beach. The host made sure we knew she was available and was quick to answer any questions we had. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

We had a great week at this resort on the 20th floor. The unit was nicely decorated and the view cannot be beat! It was well stocked with very comfortable bedding. The location was also perfect. Walking distance to mini golf, ice cream, and shopping. Other attractions were just minutes away by car and the parking garage was conveniently located just across the street. We all enjoyed being able to go back and forth from the pool to the beach all day. Nice resort for all ages and the management company was responsive with good communication.

This was a great property! Very clean and well decorated. We loved the location and proximity to the beach. My kids had fun in all the different pools. Rental group was great and helped us when my son left his retainer in the property. They got it home to us quickly. We were super appreciative. We would totally recommend the condo and would stay again.

The pictures spoke for themselves. Wonderful view. A lot of activities with people with kids. The beach was wonderful as well, nice and wide and the water was a beautiful color and clean. The place itself felt like home, with the capability to wash and clean our clothes. Place was nice and clean too. Felt comfortable to walk around bare foot and sleep in the bed too. Everything was just better than we imagined. Thank you for having us. If you do stay here, just keep in mind you are able to rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach.

This condo was located in a great location a little away from the main area of the strip, so you didn't have all the noise and traffic. Plenty of room the 9 people we had. This property offers great water options with all the pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers and beach being right there. We would definitely stay here again.

The family and myself, (5) people stay extremely comfortable for out 6 days. This rental had alot of space, everything you would need is available. The view from the Master bedroom is unforgettable. A beautiful sight to wake up to. Hotel is well maintained and clean. We will definitely stay here again. It is located about a 45 min walk north of Pier 14 and about 1hr. Walk north of the Bowery. Everything else you need is located just one block away, grocery, dollar general, ABC, restaurants. My only dislike is the washer is a apartment size. So it only holds maybe 2 sets of clothes or maybe 3 towels. Anymore then that and it will not spin out, and will kick off. So it was difficult to keep up with all 5 peoples clothes, and towels. But other then that it is highly recommended.
