The unit itself was great just as the pictures suggested , but the property didn’t clean the pools. I guess the thought was if they used enough chlorine they didn’t have to clean. People were scratching their names in the tile along the pool wall. The elevators were inoperable inside the parking deck as well as the condo. There were only 2 of 5 working inside the condo so you can imagine the lines and wait times, thankfully we stayed on the 2nd floor and just took the stairs. Also the stairwell smelled like mildew possibly due to the carpet and water from the pool, maybe considering changing the flooring to aid in this. Overall the kids enjoyed the pools especially the slide, it kept them entertained. They preferred the pool over the beach!!

First of all there was so much construction you wouldn't park or get in elevators. Noise on Saturday and Sunday. We arrived with dead bugs on the floor, dirty windows and messed up couch. Cleaner obviously didn't come before we got there. Fridge handle broken, microwave broke, paint coming off cabinets, tons of scrapes and dings all over alls. Lots of maintenance needs to be done. We did notify the company about issues and 10 the next morning they offered to come after my husband got tools out of his truck to fix. With so many options in MB, choose somewhere else

I would like to address your review you wrote, as our team provided you with excellent customer support to ensure you would have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We updated our listings in December 2024, prior to your reservation, disclosing that construction at the resort would be ongoing until April 2025. You were made aware of the construction taking place before you created your booking. During your stay, you informed us about a dead bug and some maintenance issues. We offered to send out our maintenance team as soon as possible to address the items you brought to our attention, in which you replied there is no need to send someone from maintenance for one bug. I do not see that you mentioned anything about the cleanliness of the unit. Had we been made aware, we could have offered to send our cleaning team. Looking through our communication, I see you contacted us after business hours and we promptly got back to you the following morning during our business hours. Please know there is always the option for you to contact us after hours with the emergency line. We always want the opportunity to quickly resolve matters that are brought to our attention. Our team prides themselves on costumer service and we take every opportunity to go above and beyond for our guests. We hope you will reconsider your review and we can have you back for a better future experience.

Wonderful getaway for our family. Check-in process was sooo easy. Landlord was an absolute pleasure to work with while getting everything booked. Unit had plenty of space with more balconies and amenities than what was on the original listing. Condominium building was standard for the area (each unit differs on quality per owner). Would definitely recommend.

Great place for the family, loved the friendly concierge service. Kids love the indoor and outdoor pool. Overall family had a wonderful time. We will be back next summer.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed with our stay with Luxury Beach Rentals. This felt like Airbnb at its worst. The condo was spacious and well located adjacent to the beach but it needed care. Mildew on the shower curtain, broken tp dispensers, clogged toilets, grime in the kitchen sink, non-functional can opener. The staff was very helpful when available but the problem is that they kept business office hours, which are not the hours that one keeps for a vacation. Even the toilet clogging only got a "we'll call you when we're in the office," response. Very frustrating because I received texts coaxing me to try to extend my stay, and when I replied saying I was interested, I got auto-response texts.Also frustrating because the property management company for the building itself drew a clear line with some of our issues because we weren't in their purview.Overall, it felt very impersonal and not very service oriented. I would not do it again. (I'm listed as from Irvine, NA. I am not. To some degree, that tells you everything you need to know.)

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Airbnb list all guests from Irvine, NA for some reason. We are sorry you were frustrated with our management service. We do keep office hours 9am - 5pm for guests reservation and service. However, If you have an emergency we can be reached 24/7. Your night time call requesting for someone to come clear a clogged toilet, when you have another toilet in the condo, is not considered an emergency and was deferred to the next morning. The after hour service let you know that someone from our office would call in the morning and send someone out to take care of the situation, which we did.

Great location, space and price

Enjoyed the place because of the location. Love the fact that 3 of the rooms had its on balcony. My favorite was the warm lazy river, pool and hot tub.

We loved the condo. It was more than comfortable for all 5 of us. The furnishing are great, the view from the balcony is great, everything about this unit was great. I highly recommend this condo to everyone.

This unit was super clean and appeared to be recently renovated with new furniture and floors. The building has great amenities and is located near Broadway at the beach, Topgolf and lots of other dining and entertainment venues. The unit had 3 balconies with great views, particularly the large balcony off the main living area. Will definitely be returning!

This place was perfect for 8 people. We love the location and definitely will be back. I would recommend this for a family or get together for some adult friends! I was really pleased with the view of the ocean and walk ability to food and the beach!

We had an amazing 5 day vacation, loved that it was privately owned by luxury rentals and we did not have to hassle with the front checkout just go to your room and put your code in. We enjoyed our stay!
