Great location for our large family vacation. We had plenty of space, and enjoyed sitting on the patio. Everything was clean and well cared for.
We did not cook meals in the condo, so I can't comment on how equipped the kitchen is for cooking, but it looked like most necessary items were available.
My family agreed that we should book it again next year.

Plus ocean views (5th floor) 4 bedroom, 3 baths, 12. access to beach umbrellas (you pay by day). Awesome restaurant right next door. Grandkids loved the pools / slide (although the pools were cloudy…I own a pool and mine has never been this dirty). Definitely showers for them after being in them! Minus - Saturday check in process was abysmal (would not stay here again for that reason alone). Check in starts after 4, everyone shows up the same time, extremely tight parking in front of the condo complex, few carts available to unload your stuff, elevators were packed and then you have to park across the street. Check out process is similar. Parking garage is designed poorly…way to tight to park large vehicles/ trucks. This condo is privately owned and does not get normal services offered to other guests ( ie. no maid service, no towels, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. ( we felt like a 2nd class citizens and had to bribe a worker to get new towels)…and we paid a LOT of money for this unit! You must haul your daily garbage down the elevator, walk a block behind the parking garage and throw it in a dumpster (not appropriate for the amount this condo charges guests, normal guests don’t have to do this). And no garbage bags are provided. Internet speed sucks! If you like to see the screen pause and the reboot circle you’ll be fine. TV’s / remotes were horrible! Low / no batteries working, cheap unsmart TV’s! More negative feedback but we’re limited here…

We do provide extra towels stored in the bathroom cabinets, and our on-site maintenance team is always available to respond to guest needs. As for the check-in process, we understand that weekends can be busy during peak season, and while parking logistics and elevators may occasionally be congested, we do our best to help guests navigate that experience smoothly. We regret that this caused frustration. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First we rented a condo in different area , we paid the deposit, and got confirmation. A month later told later we were told condo was no longer available, and they sent us 4 options to choose , similar to what we had chosen. Upon our arrival the condo was dirty,the bathroom wasn’t clean l had to clean before we could enjoy. The chairs on balcony were filthy. The location was great. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because of my experience.

The property was perfect for our annual family vacation. Family from the age 1 to 95...very spacious, fabulous wrap around balcony with great views of the ocean Well appointed unit from the kitchen to the beach chairs, water toys and even buckets for building sand castles. Site included both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub, with Easy and direct access to the beach Good location easy drive to many attractions, restaurants and shops Would definitely recommend

Great location, with easy access to beach and pools.
Spacious condo with great view.
Luxury Beach was very responsive to request for more glasses needed in the unit.
The kitchen could stand to be better appointed with serving dishes, glasses etc. Missing closet door was found in another closet, so a few cosmetic improvements needed

We had a good stay. The condo is in a good location has a Starbucks and Ben and Jerry’s across the street. The access to the beach is close but my only complaint is that there wasn’t a ramp down to the beach. Had multiple pools and hot tubs.

Very convenient location, easy access to beach and pools, the unit itself is clean (9 of 10), the resort is not a 5 star quality. Property management was very responsive, though we weren’t allowed for 2pm late check out request, an hour extension was granted (my only complaint).

The children enjoyed the pool areas as well as the beach. Convenient location, near to attractions, but 1st in the line of hotels/resorts so beach was not overcrowded.

Reviewer Comments: for the money paid this unit was not up to luxury standard there was insufficient glassware cutlery and dishes for 7 much less 12. the condo was smaller than pictures indicated especially the balcony there was construction noise everyday from the deck replacement going on below. became very annoying even on weekendsProperty not maintained or the cupboards would have what was needed we had to buy glasses to provide for wverybody

We would have been more than accommodating to have our staff purchase and bring these to you right away. From check in to check out.. the process was Amazing.. we had the most amazing view from our condo.. more than enough space for the entire family… AC was cold throughout the condo.. it was a little hot in the master bedroom due to the beautiful sunrise over our room but once the door was open the air circulation was great… Hot water was on point.. 3 bathroom and water was always hot no matter who or what time we showered…the property was nice but needed a little tighten up on the grounds… the only hang up I have about the Awesome Condo is the living room couch… it’s a sofa bed but it needs to be updated.. the couch pillows sunk as we sat on it.. overall the condo was 10/10

There were enough pool options to entertain the kids as well as easy access far enough down the beach where it isn’t as crowded. It was nice to be able to get to the boardwalk but not hear it all night long. It was especially nice with kids to be ableto do a load of laundry and dry towels right in our stay. If you are into fitness you could easily walk the mile to mile and half one way to either board walk. This was a great rental hands down would rent again. Not one complaint.

Our family has been coming to Myrtle Beach every year and we have stayed in a lot of places and this is now one of our favorites! It was very accommodating for large family and was exactly as it was in the photos! Very clean with an awesome view! And not to mention the location! Our stay was perfect!

Family of 8 with a couple extra kids/friends tagging along.
We visited in early March for spring break. While the weather was cooler than we would have liked, this place was great. Large enough to hold 12, it comfortably accommodated 10 without using the fold out couch. The rooms were well decorated and it had a bright and comfortable feel. The natural light and beach views from this unit are quite amazing.
The amenities on the property were great for our large group of kids. While the outdoor pools were a little cold, the indoor pool facilities were enjoyed by the youngest and oldest children alike.
The location was good with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, walkable or a short car trip.
The kitchen was well stocked with place settings and silverware, and basic pots and pans.
We will definitely consider this property on our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

The Sea Captain restaurant next door has great food and was very convenient. We would recommend this unit to anyone considering this location.
