Caribbean Resort -503

First we rented a condo in different area , we paid the deposit, and got confirmation. A month later told later we were told condo was no longer available, and they sent us 4 options to choose , similar to what we had chosen. Upon our arrival the condo was dirty,the bathroom wasn’t clean l had to clean before we could enjoy. The chairs on balcony were filthy. The location was great. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because of my experience.

For the most part things were nice. Pools were sometimes open or closed a bit more than we liked and also the Slide was hit and miss as far as times it was open or closed.

This property was perfect, high enough to get beautiful views not too high where you ride an elevator too long. There were enough pool options to entertain the kids as well as easy access far enough down the beach where it isn’t as crowded. It was nice to be able to get to the boardwalk but not hear it all night long. It was especially nice with kids to be able
to do a load of laundry and dry towels right in our stay. If you are into fitness you could easily walk the mile to mile and half one way to either board walk. This was a great rental hands down would rent again. Not one complaint.

Very good. Any questions were answered quickly. A few minor points - kitchen accessories were sparse if the condo holds 12 people. We went out and purchased utensils. Not enough plates. Forks. Knives. Spoons. Larger serving bowl. Location was great. Amenities great. Location great

The room was just as described. Everyone enjoyed it-ages 6 up to 75! The view was amazing from the king bedroom and balcony!! Only possible complaint was that the lobby smelled funny by the elevators the whole week and the slide wasn’t open consistently due to weather being cold-although kids still like to go in. Theee were plenty of chairs by the pool and the beach was beautiful!

Overall the condo was great...location, etc. We were surprised that the unit did not have a garbage disposal and that trash bags were not provided. The Sea Captain restaurant next door has great food and was very convenient. We would recommend this unit to anyone considering this location.
