Condo was very clean, ocean view was fantastic. The designated parking space was a bonus.We were a little disappointed that the living room television did not allow us to use a streaming device (such as a Firestick) to access online streaming services.

Our family called this condo home for 7 days over the 4th of July. The Carolina Dunes is a hidden gem among the bigger hotels it sit between. With its smaller location it has one of the nicest 3 bed room condos that we have stayed in. Very clean facility. , and the closet walk to the beach that we have ever had.

The view from our condo was phenomenal! Everything that was described on the listing was accurate. There was a closet full of water/sand toys and floats. The company was great to work with. The carpets could stand to be steam cleaned and a few of the closets weren’t on the tracks to be used properly and there was construction happening, but none of those things caused any problems for our vacation. We would definitely book again and will tell our friends about your condos!

Everything was completely amazing. We had a wonderful time. Location was perfect and property was very nice. Only suggestion would be to improve the quality of the mattresses. They were fairly uncomfortable. However, we would stay at this property again!

We had no issues with the property, except the porch was a little small. There’s also no corral or space to keep chairs/umbrellas when not on the beach, so we had to take them to our car/room at the end of each day. The space was very clean and well maintained and check in was very easy! It’s not too crowded either and it’s a great location. Lots of walkable place to eat, a close Starbucks and ice cream shop. Would highly recommend for a family!

Booked this condo for a family vacation of 10 people. The condo is spacious, we had enough room to be comfortable in the dining area & living room. The ocean view is nice from the balcony & beautiful from one of the bedrooms. The only problem that occurred is with the parking. The lot is small & couldn’t find a spot to park at night, tried to contact property manager but didn’t respond until morning. Overall I recommend this place 👍

This property was great. Nice unit, very clean. All pictures were true to form. The location was perfect, balcony views were relaxing. The property was very clean, came furnished with beach accessories and a kitchen stocked with appliances and dishware. If you need to iron clothes just be aware there is no iron but an ironing board was provided. The master bedroom gets very warm due to the windows facing the beach so keep the blinds closed as much as possible. Just keep in mind the beach view from the window will have you opening them wide every morning! A quick trip to Walmart and $25 later we had a iron for the dress clothes for our nice dinners out and a basic fan to cool off the room. There were plenty of linens and extra pillows left in the closets. We had 5 kids and 4 adults in our group and it was sufficient for our needs. Board games and books for beach reading were also provided in the unit. It was a convenient drive to local restaurants and entertainment. There are a few restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance as well. We had an issue with the AC unit when we came back late one night from dinner (after 11:00pm) and the on call property management answered promptly and had it resolved in less than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. It was a very enjoyable stay!

We were impressed with everything. We had everything we needed all in our condo. Only thing we had to buy was box fans to sleep with. I wouldn’t liked to have had a small soft through blanket for the living area for watching tv. But that’s not a must have. I just was cold a lot and didn’t want to take bedding off beds. Everything was exactly as described and my 14 year old loved the internet speed. We would love to come back at a warmer time.

Overall a nice place. Clean and right on the beach. Some minor improvements might be grab bars in the 2 bathrooms; a little paint on some of the interior and exterior wood and metal surfaces; TV controllers were a little tricky and I never did get the DVD player to work. Price was reasonable and we would stay here again.

The condo is as described with plenty of room for our family of five. The double sliding door in family room to deck makes you feel like you are outside! Great location and highly recommend walking to River City cafe for a some great burgers and beer.

This has to be the absolute cleanest property I have ever stayed at. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back. The pool was cleaned every single day, the room was spotless and so comfy, and the location was perfect!

We were steps from the pool area and the beach. We were allowed to use the amenities at the Caravelle resort which was directly next door to Carolina Dunes. The resort had a lazy river, pool, hot tub, snack bar, etc. I would definitely consider renting this condo again for my next Myrtle Beach vacation.

The master bedroom didn't cool like the rest of the condo but we just used a fan to pull cool air in from hall and that worked fine. Overall we really liked the condo and the decor. Kitchen was great!

We were very satisfied with our stay at Carolina Dunes. The lobby was under some construction but it didn't pose any problems or inconvenience for us. The unit was beautiful and very nicely decorated. We had plenty of space for two adults and four kids. We were very close to attractions and restaurants. The balcony view was absolutely amazing. I loved the fact that it felt like we had a private beach - it was quiet and a very short walk from the building. The unit kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was that the floor was dirty in the kitchen when we arrived but we took care of it in a matter of minutes. We will definitely keep this property in mind when visiting Myrtle Beach again. This was our first trip to MB but it won't be the last!!! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

You have access to other nearby pools (with your orange wrist band) if "your" pool is temporarily closed for cleaning. Also kiddie pool. Short easy walk to shore / water's edge. Every convenience. Very easy to drive to all the tourist attractions & great restaurants but area itself is on a side street with little traffic. Just perfect. I'm blissful.

The pictures match reality - the place is very clean, recently renovated, more then enough room, and comfortable. It is in a good part of town and pretty close to everything. Only semi negative thing to say is that the condo is on an elevated first floor and there is a palm tree blocking some of the view. The other condo guests were also very nice. My entire family, including my tidy OCD mother, was very happy and impressed. Thank you very much.

It was all brand new, very clean (except for a bandaid in the shower and makeup on the comforter of master bedroom) and had a great view of pool and ocean. We have really high standards and the unit lived up to it. The only thing slightly strange was that there were several pictures laying around on the counters that looked like they needed to be hung, and the heat made a twanging noise throughout the night, but overall, we'd definitely rent the unit again, esp. when there is warm weather and we could use the pool (we stayed in December/Jan. and it was unusually cold). It would be very convenient. It really is as the pictures show, maybe even nicer. Be sure to bring little things like saran wrap, tin foil, paper towels, etc. as there was nothing like that in the unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great! The Condo is right on the beach with very easy access. The Kitchen is new and so are the bathrooms and it great condition. All three rooms are large. We had three couples with two kids and had plenty of room. The only downside was the elevators were extremely slow and the stairs were only an option going down.

The ocean views from master bedroom, living rm, dinning rm and kitchen are incredible. Plenty of space to sprawl out and the location was great too! We have found our new vacation spot!

The unit was brand new and clean and not loaded with a lot of dust collector items. Perfect unit for a family with allergies or asthma issues!

The kids had plenty to do, our kids ranged from 6 to 16 and were never bored. Great place and highly recommend!

Also clean, quiet and only a few minutes away from golf, restaurants and entertainment.
