The condo was great, clean and great location. Unfortunately the washer was broken all week so that was a bummer. Check in was a little delayed not sure why because no one used it for a couple days before us. It was a great time and would go back again.

We enjoyed our stay!! We loved the kitchen!! The owners thought of eveything we might need for making meals for a family of 8!! We enjoyed the balcony being opened! We loved the access to the pool and beach. Check in and check out was so easy.

Great stay. Love the location. The balconies being closed and not being worked on was a bummer. The construction tape was also blah. The place had everything we needed for our stay to be pleasurable.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrible. Touted as a luxury villa, was anything but! Door was wide open, lock had to be fixed and the balcony was deemed structurally unsound and therefore ripped apart and unusable. Very unsafe and still being rented out! Did not feel comfortable staying so we moved to another place.

Perfect stay and perfect view of the ocean. Spotted a dolphin going across. I wish I could lift the master bedroom blinds for an unobstructed view of the ocean and sunrise. But couldn't figure out how to lift the slides. Perfect location in a safe area, away from the tourist crowd. Kitchen perfectly stocked with kitchenware and appliances. Everything in perfect working order (except for broken alarm clocks). With smart phones, no one uses alarm clocks these days but could have used it for its USB ports for charging phone. Good that we had our own phone charging gear. Parking slot was assigned to us. Enjoyed our stay. Will come back again.

My family and I have traveled to Myrtle Beach and Isle of Palms for many years and this was absolutely one of the best places that we've stayed on vacation. PROS: - The condo is as clean and spacious as the pictures, especially the master bedroom that opens to the balcony. The kids are on the opposite side of the hall and have their own bathroom. TV in every room. - Kitchen is stocked with appliances and dinnerware; master bathroom had a dozen sets of towels; there is even a hallway closet with beach chairs. - Having the washer and dryer was a game changer for us. - Loved that the condo also has its own reserved parking space. - The building is small enough that it never got too loud and the pool never felt too crowded. - the beach is RIGHT THERE CONS: - The living room couches and chairs were small and could use some updating. It was a little hard for the 4 of us to hang out and watch TV together. - Not a lot of food options within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We loved the place!best location!! Strongly recommended!!! We can not say enough for the cleanliness. Beautifully decorated and has all kitchen necessities, everything you can think of. The pool was cleaned every day and our kids spend 90% of the time there while making so many friends. We would love to book ot again for our next time in Carolina’s.

It was just as nice as the pictures! The view was beautiful and the location was great! Parking was great and the having codes on the stairwell made it feel extra secure. Super short walk to the beach and pool area was nice!!

The condo is very well appointed, with tasteful decorations and furnishings, and just about everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.There is a wonderfully organized kitchen, with all the comforts of home and everything you need to prepare and serve meals. I also particularly appreciated the lighting: very well-lit kitchen and baths, and comfortable lighting in other rooms. We were most impressed with the living room sliding door to the balcony, which moves effortlessly and opens wide.From the quality balcony furniture we enjoyed sunrises, leisurely reading, and sweet study. Some might miss having a hot tub in the well-cared for pool area.There is a short, quick trip up or down in the elevator, and carts to move items. You will not need to bring extra hangers! This is the first condo we have stayed in that required none of the many extras I usually bring along, extra lighting, hangers, kitchen items, towels, etc. Having not met the owners, I would say they are most gracious and generous, and we are most grateful to have had the opportunity to call their condo home for a few weeks. May they continue to be blessed with appreciative guests.P.S. It was truly clean!

I can’t say enough good about this place! It is so beautiful! Modern, clean, comfortable beds , plenty of space for 4 people. The view is phenomenal!! Straight easy access to beach. Awesome patio furniture. I will definitely book this location any time I’m in Myrtle Beach area!

My stay was nice the only thing I wish is that your housekeeping would of been honest and turned in my wedding rings I know I left them there and obviously I wasn’t getting them back but I wish they just would been honest. Other than that we had a great time

The property was fine, the room was true to the photos, clean had all kitchen utensils which was great to have for eating in, beds were comfortable some chairs for the beach already and some nets and buckets for the kids check in was easy thru e-mail and not far from places to eat and the Tanger outlets, I would stay here again

We took our granddaughter here for her 21st birthday. The property was beautiful. It was tastefully decorated and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. The only issues were the Uber drivers could not see the Carolina Dunes sign as it was small and always pulled in next door. Checkout time could be little later! I also left a pair of pajamas there not sure if I forgot anything else but this is definitely a 5 star property!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation for my sister's 40th birthday. We had an amazing time as a group of 4. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The living room and kitchen were spacious and full of everything we needed to cook. The balcony had an amazing view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay!

This place is perfect!!! Clean, updated, and has everything you could possibly need at the beach. The kitchen has all the appliances and cooking stuff. Has beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. All you need is your personal stuff and swing by a grocery store. It’s even stocked with rainy day games and puzzles

On Saturday, Oct 19 I tried reaching Luxury Beach Rentals at 888-558-5451 concerning the weather that was being reported for Oct 20. No return call - never heard from them at all anytime I was at the condo. Thank God there was no emergency - not sure they would have responded. Condo was exceptionally nice and very clean and great location for my husband and myself. Maintenance really took care of the pool area and all surroundings outside.

We have been going to Myrtle Beach for over 25 years for a family vacation. We have stayed in many places but this condo was by far the BEST ever. It was the most well stocked kitchen I have ever come across. The unit it's self is everything and more as listed. Great vacation!!

I’m not sure where to start. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Myrtle Beach equal distance to Broadway on the Beach, Barefoot Landing and the Boardwalk. The home was very spacious with such a fantastic deck, and I have to mention that the furniture on the deck was a nice surprise, plenty of it and very comfortable. In addition to this, being within a few steps from the beach was priceless. Finally, the property was so quiet, very private and the same goes for the pool which is not easy to find. Many times pools can be crowded, but this was not the case at this property. We loved this place and can’t wait to do it again.

We've stayed in several different units at Carolina Dunes. #205 is one of the nicest, so far. The pictures are spot on. The owners have obviously gone the extra mile to to decorate in soft, neutral, comfortable & calming decir! Thank you! Also, out of every rental we've come across, this kitchen was the best stocked, with nice cookware & utensils....everything you need to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable, & the unit was very clean. Beautiful view, too. I only wish it had been available for a longer stay.

Having the pool and the beach to enjoy was really nice even though we had rain almost everyday day we still had time to enjoy the beach and pool. It was really hard to open and close and eventually a bar that ran across the track came completely out. Luckily, we could get to the balcony from the master bedroom. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay again.
