My friend and I have birthdays 3 days apart and decided to hit Myrtle Beach this year. We loved this rental! We spent so much time on the patio. This is a nice location for families and the management company was so communicative with us when there was a power outage. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

We just finished a 2 week stay at Carolina Dunes. The unit was comfortable, even when 6 people were there. Everyone seemed pleased with the comfort of the beds. Access to the beach was great. The building seems well maintained; in talking with one of the unit owners I was happy to hear that the condo association has been proactive in maintaining the structural integrity of the building - there are other buildings nearby that have been shut down because of problems. The unit was a little short of tableware for 6 people, the property manager was quick to supply more. One item that we were disappointed with was the replacement of full size washer and dryer with a combination unit that had a very long cycle time. So we had to stay on top of doing laundry, as a result we were doing loads every day. That minor inconvenience aside, we had a great time!

Condo was well stocked with linens and kitchenware. DVD wasn't working and mtce responded within a couple of hours. Beds were comfortable. Sofa should be replaced soon. Overall would definitely stay again!

This property is very well maintained and in particular has a wonderful beachfront view with a very large balcony which is exactly why we chose it. The living space was spacious and had all the amenities that we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay.

Stayed at these condos prior just a different unit. The complex and unit very nice. The kitchen needed a few more medium/large bowls but overall set up nicely with everything you need for a long stay. The master bath could use towel racks or something to hang a damp towel but no big deal. I would definitely stay there again and the unit before a few years back was just as nice. You can walk to places to eat or get a drink and this time of year the beach was great not crowded like summer. People did swim but water was to cool for me, we could do knees down.

Nice and quiet

This property is just as listing describes. Check in process was very simple-enter code and enter condo. The space is very roomy. Master bedroom is very large with super nice master bathroom with wall in shower. Condo sits right on the beach with easy access on and off. The pool is right off the beach with outdoor shower area. There is a chair and umbrella rental group that sets up every morning-$45 per day for 2 chairs and umbrella. Condo also has a closet full of chairs. Condo is in the north side and quiet. Minutes drive to all attractions as well as grocery store and restaurants. This is a must stay for sure!! If you are looking for great seafood try Mr. Fish amazing food also like a 2 minute drive!! We absolutely loved waking up every morning sitting on balcony drinking coffee and watching the waves. Condo is stocked with everything you need along with washer and dryer for washing towels and swimsuits. AC tan perfect everything worked as it should. I VRBO several times a year and this was one of my favs!! You will definitely get your moneys worth and won’t want to leave. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay!! We will definitely return to this location next time!!

Property was in a good location, central to everything we wanted to do. No issues that gave us any problems. Only inconvenient thing was elevators didn't work a few times during the stay, but gave us an opportunity to work out. Haha. Very. Ice.place.to stay!

Our stay here was great! When we arrived to check into our unit, there was a security guard on duty for the holiday weekend. My husband and I enjoyed taking in the beautiful oceanfront view while having our morning coffee or relaxing in the evenings. The property itself was well maintained and the condo was extremely clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We were steps from the beach making it very easy to get to. We had an issue with the lock on our door not working properly, but we called to report it and someone from maintenance promptly came to replace the battery. Other than that, we loved this place and would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Fantastic location; spacious rooms; amazing view. Only drawback with this particle unit was that we rented for a full week and were provided with only 1 kitchen trash bag and 1 roll of toilet paper. On the surface the unit seemed clean but at the end of our stay, we swept and found old trash under beds & furniture. One of the beds had bad stains on a pillow and mattress pad that looked like mold stains.

This condo is just as advertised. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and in the perfect location. We were close to everything but not in the middle of MB nightlife which can be noisy as well as dangerous. All of the people we met (including some owners of the other units) were so nice. The pool was great with plenty of seating and the beach was just steps away. Can’t wait to return!

This is a well decorated and located unit. I love the fact the condo building has a lot of green space with a small pool instead of a resort or even theme park style area. The neighborhood is a nice area too, with a lot of beautiful homes to walk by if you care to take a stroll. The beach is typical Myrtle Beach, which is spacious and clean.

Great view and super cute condo. It has everything you need. It has been renovated and decorated so nicely. The complex is smaller so less interactions with people during these COVID times. The pool was nice and well maintained. Elevators were fast. Super quick walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware but no spices or oils so bring those. Also need to bring extra trashbags, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. But overall we loved it. Great cozy beds, furniture and cable in each room.

The location was great the amenities were just what we needed. The owner should upgrade some of the utensils in the kitchen and equip the kitchen with more of the basics (spices, better knives, dish soap ) it was great having the washer and dryer in the apt. Would definitely rent again but would come more prepared next time!

The Carolina Dunes is a very nice property and well maintained. The pool area is beautifully enclosed with plantings and quiet even though there are high rise condos on either side. The rental company handling the condo was great to work with and quickly fixed 2 miner issues on Sunday. Only problem was the week went by too quickly. Two weeks next year because October is the best time of the year in Myrtle Beach.

Reviewer Comments: We love the spacious rooms and the fact that the sun shines on the balcony in the morning and we have a beautiful view of the ocean and are able to watch on occasion dolphins swim by while we are relaxing on the balcony even in the very cold weather that we have been having. We had two complaints the refrigerator was leaking water inside but they came out and repaired it. The vent from the clothes dryer spit out lint on the outside patio, I don't know if they fixed it or not because it still spits out a little bit of lint, even though I thoroughly clean out the inside lint trap. The door lock is a pain but we have mastered it. Other than these few items, we absolutely love it and are looking forward to our next two months here before we head North for the Spring. We come to Myrtle Beach every year for 3 months and this is without a doubt the best location yet. We normally stay in another location which we really enjoyed. We are looking forward to next year already.

The area of town that it's in is close to everything. The Unit was spotless and decorated in very bright and pretty colors. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and provided us with everything we could possibly need. Dealing with Luxury Rentals was a pleasure, as always. The aim to please and achieve it. The only negative thing we found was that the pillows were not comfortable and seemed cheap and the shower heads could use replacing. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was amazing!!!

The kitchen had anything needed to cook whatever, great updated appliances, that worked well. Toaster, coffee macker, blender everything needed. Good size place for 8. Beautiful sunrises from the balcony. Plenty of chairs on deck, unlike most you only get two. Clean resort, nice pool close to beach and being oceanfront was great. Loved the code for door not having to keep up with door cards!! Plenty of towels and washing machine and dryer made it great to redo them during the week. Thanks for the starter kit it came in very handy. Only issue is the master bath shower doors had some mildew, other then that it was very clean and that is important to me. Only issue with property manager my email stopped the email giving me info but not the owners problem just my email, and they sent everything to me again when I got there.❤️

I realize that the cleaning staff only has a few hours to get it ready for the next people so the best you get is a marginal clean-up. In our case the new stove was not cleaned on the top from a cooked spill, I cleaned it myself. In the bathroom there was long hairs in the drawers and on the floor. The fridge had a orange and a lime still there. In general this is a really nice place but the cleaning is terrible...

We really enjoyed it being right on the beach, it made it very easy with a 3 yr old. The pool area was also very nice and we enjoyed the kiddie pool as well. It was about a 15 minute drive to most activities. This was by far one of our most favorite vacations spots we have been. We will definitely be going back, and hopefully renting this same condo!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My dad had a stroke last summer and also has a defibulator and has had a tough year. He loves Myrtle Beach and has been coming all his life - almost every year of his life. He is a wonderful person who is always giving to others. Following a surprise 80th birthday party with all his friends and family, my mom and my daughter and I brought him to Carolina Dunes for the week to continue celebrating. He was extremely pleased with the accomodations and thought the condo unit 302 was gorgeous. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfection and the elevators with carts - oh so helpful. We surely hope to visit Carolina Dunes again next year. Dad's health is really good now and he's ready to come again this year!!!!!

The site is clean, secure and very quiet. We have appreciated our 5 weeks stay and we highly recommand Carolina Dunes . The only little problem was the Wi-Fi. It was not secured and we weren't able to send e-mails during our stay. We are looking to rent again an appartement at Carolina Dunes in the next few years for a longuest stay!!!

Would definitely stay again. The only thing I would add for guests is to bring their own beach chairs. Some were provided in room but nothing beats the comfort of your own chair!

We enjoyed the small complex as it was easy to access without driving up and down parking garages. My only suggestion would be a screen on the patio door. We had to watch that birds did not fly into the living room. One tried.

The condo was a close drive to shopping and restaurants. The resort was nice and clean, no issues to mention. Enjoyed the location which was perfect and not too close to all the busyness and noise of downtown Myrtle Beach. Would definitely stay here again !!

My daughter and I stayed in 302 and it was lovely. Very clean, up to date and the balcony was a place to hang out. Beach and pool area extremely well cared for and right in front.

The space was perfect for 8 of us, not cramped at all! Would definitely recommend this property. This was our 1st time coming to Myrtle Beach and loved it. So when we come again this will definitely be the place we'll be looking to stay!

Reviewer Comments: Great location; close to the beach; great view from room; liked the hotel pool, but there was no monitoring so people from other hotels used the pool & it was a bit crowded at times; there were people smoking at the pool daily also. I thought the condo building was no smoking but there was plenty of cigarette smoke being filtered into our condo through air vents from outside. That would be the biggest complaint, but other than maybe a crowd who smoked the week we were there, we had a pretty good week at the beach and were very comfortable in the condo.
