We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was magical. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this week at Carolina dunes. It’s a great location, while not being overly crowded, which we loved! We never had to wait long for an elevator, or find lounge chairs at the pool. We enjoyed the lounge chairs provided by the condo.

The space was perfect for our family! We loved the balcony and sat out every morning and evening enjoying the view. Being right by the lifeguards stand gave me a little extra peace of mind. Pool was great when we needed a break from the waves. When we arrived, we didnt get the text telling us our room was ready. I called to check up on it and was quickly sent both a text and email with door code info. Lots of chairs and beach equipment in the closet made our stay even easier. Loved this place and would definitely go back!!

We enjoyed our stay, especially the ocean view and overall nice accommodations. However, there were some cleaning issues. I recommend a deep clean to enhance future guests' experiences. Despite this, I would stay again.

This was my first time utilizing VRBO. Will definitely do it again. The property was clean, loved the unit due to the location at the end of the hall, no traffic. The views were breathtaking! They had security on-staff the entire time. Our stay was during the end of Spring Bike Rally and the start of Atlantic Beach Bike Week. Tons of police, state troopers everywhere. We felt very safe. The only suggestion I have is I would say was they need to check the toilets, they were running. The one in the main area ran more than the one in the primary bedroom. Not enough to be annoying, but enough that you noticed.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Carolina Dunes for the month of March 2024 after having to cancel with another resort, and we're so glad we found this little piece of heaven! We absolutely loved it and will be staying there next February and March. It's a small report which we really liked because there wasn't so much noise as with other resorts. And SOOOO close to the beach. We hope to return there many years to come.

This condo was great for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The balcony and ocean view was perfect and everyone enjoyed the pools. We’ve never been to Myrtle and lucked out to find a smaller condo as opposed to the massive ones that surrounded us. Only complain was that the living room furniture was very well used and couches weren’t comfy. The 2 swivel chairs were sort of dangerous not just for the kids but also the adults- they tipped backwards and to the sides with very little effort. Not a deal breaker but would be nice for those things to be updated. Overall it was a nice condo and the rental company was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Easy access, parking good, lots of luggage carts, plenty of good elevators, indoor lazy river awesome,beach access great! Fabulous views from our condo. Kitchen well equipped. Only thing is if a place sleeps 8 or needs to have seating for 8 at the table and in the living room.

Large, open floor plan with great views and easy access to the beach. Kitchen was large and extremely well stocked allowing us to easily do all of our own cooking. Furniture was in nice condition and beds were comfortable. We would definitely return to this condo again.

This unit was newly updated (first time we stayed in this particular unit), but had fascinating shortfalls in the number of pillows for the beds and no hangers in the closets. The property was as advertised. Location on the beach and proximity to restaurants excellent. The only negative comment about condition would be that the patio door needs to be replaced as it was stiff. We could hear many of the other condo's doors being changed during our stay which must be in the same condition. On a plus side I would like to say that the management staff (Luxury rentals) were excellent. over a 9 week stay, we had a few minor issues and also problems with the heating (February). They always responded immediately and sent a handyman around within hours. They also followed up personally to make sure everything was OK. Excellent service.

This condo was amazing. We had the best time! You will love the balcony and the view from the master bedroom. The bedrooms were bright and clean. The common area was spacious and the kitchen was open and clean. I love how it was right on the beach. The pool was great and everyone who was staying at the condo was super nice. Would definitely go back again!

We enjoyed our stay at Carolina Dunes, the unit was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Location is close to everything. We stayed over a holiday, my only complaint is with people below us, they were very loud until 2-3 in the morning. Could not sleep in master bedroom or enjoy the balcony they were so loud. Unit below the loud gathering of families tried to drown the loud family out by blaring music on thanksgiving day.

There were a few condos available in this particular building for our last minute decision to go to the beach for the weekend... and we chose this particular one because of the pictures. It looked clean, updated, and beautiful... and it did not disappoint! The place was very clean, comfortable, and made us feel right at home immediately. There were an abundance of clean towels, large sets of dishes and utensils, and even had a crock-pot! Our family needed a break... and this was definitely a relaxing weekend for us! I would highly recommend this unit!

Everyone was friendly and the management was outstanding. The previous renter(s) ruined the cookware by burning food in the pans and using utensils that scraped the Teflon off the pans. We appreciated the in room washer and dryer and were impressed with how thoughtfully the kitchen was equipped. We really enjoyed the balcony that overlooked the beach and the very nice pool below. Our interactions with the rental agents were awesome, they were able to accommodate all of our requests and we were impressed with their prompt communication. Geographically the unit is perfectly located in a quiet section of beach and developments. This affords a peaceful stay while entertainment areas and the airport remain within a very easy drive in either direction.

The location at the north end of Myrtle Beach (not North Myrtle Beach) was great. It was quiet and away from the congestion, but was close enough to the attractions and restaurants that you were not driving too much. One minor concern about the condo is that the toilet in the master bathroom needs to be upgraded to a chair height toilet. Also, there is no handicapped parking for the building and the only entrance with a ramp is in the parking area reserved for the condo owners. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking was very good, ground level, right next to the elevators. This condo was in great shape, exactly as described.
