All and all it was a great condo. The Luxury Beach Rentals were in constant communication during the entire stay making sure our stay was superb. I would definitely stay at Carolina Dunes again.

The stay was awesome! Never have I stayed in a condo that the kitchen was so big and incredibly well stocked! It was clean, check in was easy due to given e-mail with code prior to arriving. Decor and ocean front view were stunning. Comfortable beds and fantastic porch furniture. We would definitely stay here again. Only negative was the master shower bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan and the showerhead was too low for my tall husband. That being said, it wouldn't ever stop us from coming again. Had a great time! Loved it so much, we even extended our stay.

This vacation rental was exactly as described. It’s just far enough away from the main road with activities but still close to everything. The views from the balcony were dreamy and perfect for watching the moon rise. I would highly recommend this rental property. The beach was quieter due to its proximity to private homes instead of multiple high rises like in the downtown area.

This property was perfect for our family of 6! The unit was large and updated with plenty of necessities. Great appliances, granite counters, nice beds, roomy eating and living area.... and WHAT A VIEW! The only thing that was missing was a broom to sweep up after ourselves. The property was well kept with someone there tending the pool and deck areas every morning. The pool was clean and warm enough to jump right in, and the building is on what I consider a perfect spot on the beach. Hopefully, the owners of the building pitch in for a hottub in the future, but that's not that important. Carolina Dunes is the perfect gem for any family!

Rarely do you get to a place and it is as nice as the listing. This one did not disappoint. The furniture, the kitchen, the amenities were all there for us. Its a spacious place with a beautiful deck. The Deck chairs and tables are sturdy and comfortable.I would certainly book again.

This is a spacious, well-appointed, ocean front unit that you don't want to miss, and you won't want to leave. Easy to get to from the airport, close enough to grocery store and walking distance to many restaurants. With 3 bedrooms 2 baths, it was perfect for our ladies escape vacation. Don't forget to find a shell, sign it and leave it in the planter. That was a cool idea.

This property could use a little more security,we arrived at the property with the door unlocked.It was very unnerving. We were fine after everyone settled in. A great time was held by all !!!

Wonderful place! Beautiful updated condo on the beach. Great views from the balcony watching sunrises and sunsets on the ocean. Close to restaurants, bars, attractions, and boardwalk. You can relax or go out on the town, whatever is your perfect vacation. Great vacation!!

this place was everything!! the balcony that looked over the ocean was amazing to just chill out at. the kitchen had EVERYTHING you could need. it was overly stocked with different cooking equipment. the bedrooms were all nice sized and very roomy. the shower in the master was my only disappointment. the shower was so low that if anyone is over 5ft, you had to bend backwards to wash your hair. other than that, this place was amazing. very responsive host. the place was clean and came with extra linens and plenty of blankets. great location as well. will be staying here again!

I loved the place, my teenagers had a room with large beds my pre teens had a room of their own and our bed was so comfortable I wish I knew what brand it was . The big view window in our room allowed us to watch the sun rise every morning being that we were on the fourth floor we were able to leave our doors open and hear the ocean all night. The TV in the middle got really hot but I have NO COMPLAINTS

My family truly enjoyed the condo. It was centrally located to all the popular things to do but far enough away that we had peaceful nights. The rooms were clean and there was no mildew smell that some places have near the beach. I’m sure not having carpet helped that and made clean up a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and clean with along with appliances. We did a quick shop at the food lion that was only 6 blocks away. We plan to come again and bring more family.

We stayed at Carolina Dunes. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Ad I had questions prior to our stay, the people in Customer service were patient and helpful. The location was nice...just a few steps from the beach. The kids liked that we were able to use the pool at Caravelle. The experience at Myrtle Beach was great. The only reason we won't be back is the long drive with the kids.

We had plenty of space and the condo is larger than expected which was great. The condo was very clean and well updated. We have stayed in many condos over the years but all agreed this is our new favorite. We only had to call the management company once during our stay but they took care of the minor issue immediately and were a pleasure to deal with. We are already planning our stay next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome stay at Carolina Dunes. The location was awesome. The only negative was the cleanliness of the condo. It was fairly clean when we arrived, however the blankets in the closet had long black hair on them. Also the patio door was missing the latch so there was no way to lock it. We did enjoy our stay and even received a call from the management company mid-week to see if there was anything that we needed. Overall I would definitely recommend staying at the Carolina Dunes. One other tip, there are two Carolina Dunes condos in the Myrtle Beach area. We put the address for this condo in google maps and ended up at the Carolina Dunes in Cherry Grove, about 15 miles away. Our son arrived later the same day and also ended up in Cherry Grove. Since this was our first time ever in Myrtle Beach, we were unaware that we were heading in the wrong direction. Just wanted to make others aware of this since two of the three in our party ended up at the wrong condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carolina Dunes was perfect for our family. The condo was spacious and clean. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The location was great, we were what I would consider the middle of all the action, Broadway at the Beach was an easy 4 mile car ride and we loved Ocean Annies which was also 4 miles in the opposite direction. Probably what I liked the most was that Carolina Dunes has approximately 42 units which means there wasnt an over abundance of people at the pool, parking was easy and accessing the elevators wasnt a chore. Luxary Beach Rentals was so easy to work with. They provided access codes prior to our trip so when we arrived we were able to go straight to the condo, we didnt need to stop at a rental office to grab keys or sign papers. We did have one small issue with the dryer, we called and they came out the next morning to fix it. I will be booking my vacation with Luxary Beach Rentals at the Carolina Dunes next year.
