Everything was perfect. From checking in to checking out. Pictures in the review were exactly as shown. Th kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. Beautiful view. Rooms well decorated. The bathrooms could use a bit of an upgrade. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

The condo was very nice, especially the kitchen and living area. The master bathroom was okay...but after staying at Anchorage 2 for so many years, there is no comparison. There was some mold above the shower, which I tried to clean to no avail. When I called about no hot water in the master shower, it was taken care of immediately. Much appreciated! Thank you for a great week!

Great place but confusing rental agreement and property agreement on refrigerator! Rental agreement says no “motorbikes” sign at parking says no motorcycles. Sign inside says no motorcycles under the building! Motor bikes and motorcycles are very different! Should be more clear especially during the fall rally

We were surprisingly happy w/ the condo. Never been to that area, usually in North MB. The kids really enjoyed it. Would definitely ask for that condo again. Clean, nice kitchen and bedrooms.

This condo was right on the water- we had a 9 month old with us and it was so close to the beach and the pool and to other local attractions and restaurants. The condo was a perfect size for our family of 4 and baby. The weather was tremendous for the week we were there as well. Hopefully we can get back and rent this condo again. We had a little problem accessing the entrance door when we arrived but the property managers called us right back and got it resolved.

It looked exactly like the pictures. The owners choice of colors is very peaceful. Loved to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean. This is a fairly quiet complex. The noise we experienced was because we mistakenly booked our stay during a bike rally week so we did hear a lot of bikes revving their machines but mostly on the main highway. Won't do that again. The only problem we had was with the wi-fi. We were given the password but not the network. This unit has its own router which is great since you then have a secure network but this problem was quickly fixed. I emailed twice about the wifi and a problem with a TV and was amazed at the quick response. Both maintenance people were very polite and even gave us tips on good restaurants. It was our first time in Myrtle beach and this was a great introduction.

We loved our week long stay at Carolina Dunes! The condo was equipped with everything we needed and then some. The view from the balcony was amazing...the beach is literally steps away. The pool area was nice and clean and never over-crowded. It was quiet at night and the location was close to a ton of places to eat, shop and be entertained! We loved it!

Loved waking up to the ocean view, the large picture window in the master bedroom was amazing. The location is perfectly placed away from the noise of the strip, but still a short enough drive if you want to indulge in the business for a day or two. The condo itself was great! The kitchen is the perfect style and design for enjoying those morning breakfasts together before starting our day. There were 5 of us on our trip, we could have easily fit another 1 or 2 people with us very comfortably. The place was very clean and air worked great. My one complaint would have to be the elevators........they were hot and 9 times out of 10 soaking wet from swimmers. Towards the end of our stay I did start seeing maintenance people there every day cleaning the elevator/lobby area, which I did not see earlier in the week. Thanks for the great stay, I will definitely be back!

This place was amazing. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Myrtle Beach. It is close to everything and just a few steps from the beach. It was very clean and well put together. It is also a very quiet and small condominium which was perfect for a family vacation. My family and I will book this place again next year.

My husband, and I enjoyed our 1week getaway in this unit. Loved the location, and view. Everything was very clean. The only thing we would complain about is the Sofa it was very uncomfortable, and needs to be replaced!! But everything else was great!! We hope to stay here again!!

We enjoyed wonderful beach views from the balcony and master bedroom windows. Carolina Dunes is nicely located either by car or short walk to many restaurants and stores. The property manager was excellent to work with - all notices were received in a timely manner. We only have one criticism and not sure if it was the property manager or condo owner who arranged for a glass vendor to enter the condo to measure the dining table. Fortunately we happened to be in; however, the next day, the glass top was delivered while we were out, the vendor had access to the condo. We were never notified and only knew of it because the glass top was on the table. We felt our privacy was violated. Overall, our stay was excellent and would recommend this condo to others looking for a relaxing oceanfront vacation in MB.

We have vacationed in Myrtle Beach for 15 years. We liked the location of Carolina Sands and it’s proximity to the beach. The condo was everything it was advised to be. We would consider another visit to Carolina Sands!

The condo was very roomy, clean, and the view from our balcony was exceptional! Very quiet. Everything was in working order, we had no issues. The location was wonderful and everywhere we wanted to go was a short driving distance away. We usually cram all of us into a hotel room, but never again! We will now always look for a condo or rental. So much more room for all of us, and so easy to book! We would come back here in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: Our family of four, including a 7 and 4 year-old as well as my mom then coming to visit for part of the time (which makes 5) stayed here for a week vacation. The unit is much roomier than I expected, clean, and very nicely maintained. The kitchen is especially large and very nice. The pool and beach are excellent, especially for young children with the expansive beach and kiddie pool. The many activities next door were a nice addition; the only complaint is that the music from next door was some afternoons pretty loud. Overall, the neighborhood was low-key and residential and I would stay here again in the future. I definitely recommend for a family vacation with young children.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo at the Carolina Dunes was very nice....clean, convenient location, well-maintained. Grounds were kept up beautifully and people working at that site were cordial and very welcoming. We had everything that we needed for our weekend trip to watch our son play baseball nearby. 4th floor was not too high, not too low. Really liked the keyless entry system. This condo was offered to us by Luxury Beach Rentals after we arrived at our OTHER, previously rented unit a few miles south at ISLAND VISTA. Unfortunately I cannot say the same good things about that unit. After an 8-hour drive we were met with an unacceptable situation. Carpet and bedding was stained; walls had dirty smudge marks here and there; freezer in the small refrigerator was totally frozen up with ice and unusable. Maintenance was not able to come to alleviate the problem until the next day. Management offered the Carolina Dunes option to us, which was a trip-saver. While we were appreciative of that, the representative was not as cordial as we would have liked. He accused my husband of being belligerent which he was not and refused to speak with him until "he calmed down". (Obviously a "we said, they said" situation). Of course, It is not pleasant when a client criticizes your property, but facts are facts. In the service industry, pleasing the customer is paramount. Bottom line: Carolina Dunes = A+. Island Vista = Not-so-great, at best. Would definitely recommend the Carolina Dunes property as it was great for us, and I would visit again.

Furniture comfortable and in good condition. 4 Beach Chairs and boogie board available for quests to use. Kitchen Stocked fairly well with equipment. Only complaints were only one roll of tp in bathrooms, table on deck starting to rust, peep hole busted, and dusty return air vent in the entrance hallway. These are all easily fixed.
