This is a great property-the rooms are very large and we didn’t feel cramped at all. The dishes and appliances were in great shape. The only “complaint” we had is that the floor needed to be swept but we just used the broom and took care of it. The balconies were closed for repairs but it didn’t bother us at all.

Very clean, great location. Because this condo is located in a smaller building, parking is close to building and elevators, plenty of carts available at elevator. The only complaint we have is check-in and check-out procedures and times. The condo was clean and ready long before they notified us, so we missed at least 1/2 day on the beach. (We were there and looked in the windows!) And, of course, at checkout, they want you to notify them if you leave early so they can get in early to clean.

Everything was super close and the views of the ocean were spectacular. Only downside was the cleanliness of the condo. Surfaces were hastily wiped down, glass doors had hand prints and smudges still from previous occupants, and it seemed like the condo wasn't vacuumed before our arrival. We were able to vacuum and do a quick wipe down to alleviate the issues but given that our condo was ready hours before the 4pm check in time, a little longer could've been spent on the cleaning before our arrival.

This condo was perfect! It was very roomy, moreso than we expected. Had plenty of room for 4 adults and a small child. We also enjoyed the location of this condo because it was calm, quiet, and not overcrowded, unlike the southern end of the beach. We never had an issue with parking either. Great for smaller children! The only negative thing I have to say about this condo is that it could have been a little cleaner upon check-in. We didn’t find anything disturbing but did find some leftover crumbles from the previous renters. (Popcorn/snack crumbs under the couch cushions on the pullout bed and under the coffee table) Nothing that would keep me from booking again! We were very pleased and would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed two nights in the beautiful, clean and relaxing Condo with an amazing view. Everything we needed was available in the condo, which consisted of pots, pans, pillows, blankets, towels, bedding and more. The unit has all kitchen appliances also washer and dryer. Although it wasn’t necessary for us to use this time. We are looking forward to our next stay. And we’ve told family and friends already about the condo and our experience.

This condo was clean and right on the beach. We loved the accommodations and the beds were great! The view was fantastic and there was plenty of seating in dining area and lounge area. The ice maker in the refrigerator was not working properly and they sent someone to fix it during our stay. I’d highly recommend this condo.

Enjoyed our stay! Overall the place was very clean- we found a few stray skittles that the cleaners missed but was lovely otherwise. Within about 5-10 of everything- great restaurants close by, the boardwalk, broadway at the beach and the beach directly outside was beautiful! Our favorite restaurant from the week was lil Tokyo at the mail close to the airport! Highly suggest this condo!

The location was quiet with nice close access to several places. It would be nice to have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and a couple more dishwashing packets - but not a deal breaker for us. Felt safe, and walkable to coffee houses, the beach was right out the doors, and very nice sized. Beds were great and comfortable. TV remote was a bit more challenging to figure out, it was just different than we have at home.

What an amazing view! The double patio doors both slide open to let in fresh air and sounds of the ocean. It was so nice to wake up every morning, slide those doors open and have coffee on the patio with the sunrise. There is also a door from the master bedroom to the patio which was nice to open to let the breeze in. This compensated for not being able to open any of the windows in the unit, but assuming that’s the case with the entire complex since none of the windows have screens.
It seems to be an older building, but the unit is well maintained with upgraded bathrooms and kitchen counters. The bedroom and dining room furniture is super cute!
The short walk to the beach is lovely, and the pool is in good shape with nice loungers. Having the beach chairs was a bonus!
Great location with easy access to a lot of dinning, shopping, and activities within minutes.

This condo was very clean and spacious. The view was beautiful, not only of the ocean and beach but of the stunning landscaped pool and grounds as well. Really gorgeous! The furniture was upscale and in very good condition. The kitchen cabinets are old and seem out of place in this otherwise updated and stylish condo, but who cooks on vacation? So, not a big deal. We loved the keyless entry and not having to check in at a rental company. This was our 7th trip to Myrtle Beach, and Carolina Dunes 404 was our favorite condo so far.

The building is relatively small and the pool was never too crowded, even over 4th of July holiday week. We were steps from the beach. Loved the convenience of being able to run from the beach to the room to grab more drinks or snacks. The condo was very clean and beds were very comfortable. A few of the "convenience" items were missing when we arrived such as small dish/hand soap, but that was no big deal at all as we had brought plenty. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Office staff at time of booking and when I called with questions were so polite and helpful! This was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach and I was a little worried we'd be in a super crowded/party area but the location could not have been better. There were plenty of grocery stores just a minute down the road and lots of great restaurants. We are definitely planning to return next summer.

When we arrived, there was a problem with our unit, but Lisa worked very quickly to correct it. The location is perfect with a beautiful beach view and convenient access to local stores and restaurants. The unit was nicely furnished and decorated. Our only suggestions would be to add a few missing kitchen gadget items and definitely move the master BR tv, which is awkwardly placed and difficult to view from the bed (there is no need for a mirror above the dresser given the mirrored closet doors). Other than that, we had a lovely stay and would recommend to others!

It had everything we needed for our family . The convenient parking and quick elevators got us unpacked and on the beach quickly. The pool and outdoor common areas were beautifully maintained and even during our stay improvements were being kept up . We have always stayed in hotels with a lot of amenities but found this condo quiet, peaceful and just as relaxing . The close proximity to all our favorite restaurants and shopping was easy to walk or drive to. We were concerned with no ice machine in the building at first but found the freezer ice maker to be more than enough for our family . The TV, wifi service was great! The beds were comfortable . There was a generous supply of bath towels and convenience of in room laundry that was perfect ! We were already looking on our way home to book this same room again hopefully if it's available for next year ! The unit was as described and we were overal satisfied with our choice this year ! The oceanfront view was amazing !

Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable! Great view from balcony and master bedroom. Loved listening to the ocean at night from comfy king size bed in the master bedroom! Lots of room. Can't say enough good things about this condo. Great location, close to everything but far enough away from the crowd in main Myrtle. Just steps from the beach with easy access. Booking this condo was quick and easy. Immediate response from management prior to booking and with the confirmation. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back! Condo is even better than the pictures. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo is beautifully updated and has amazing views of the ocean! We even saw dolphins from the balcony as we had our morning coffee. Everything was perfectly maintained and the management company was a pleasure to work with. We cant wait to come back!

Our family was spread out in three different buildings and agree that we will all be staying at the Carolina Dunes next year! The condo is huge and has fantastic ocean views! This condo had granite countertops, flat screen tvs, nice furniture and comfortable beds (very important for my husband), oh and they even give you beach chairs to use. The cleaning crew also does a fantastic job and I am very picky. The photos dont do this place justice, it is even nicer in person!
