A very nice unit. It looked like it has just been upgraded recently. Very quiet area and walk out to beach close. The deck furniture was updated. The pictures had older furniture was a great surprise. Just a few things didn’t have a long casserole dish, missing a Table spoon mesure. One of the beach chairs needs replacing a little tired. Didn’t have a Keurig. I did message the owner prior to coming to find out. Brought my own from home.

We had a fantastic stay . The room was very clean and well kept . Everything that was listed and pictured in the booking process was accurate. They have kept an updated feel to the place . It was also an added bonus that we did not have to stand in any Libby to wait to talk to a person to check in.
Another added touch was the fact of the text messages asking if we needed anything just to text that number back . I did have to text them and the response was within less than 3 minutes.
Beautiful ocean front view also !

Perfect rental condo for our vacation. Great access to the beach while also having pool on the property. Condo was furnished very well and kitchen had all items needed. Beds were very comfy. Parking was a little tight but manageable.

Great trip, overall everything was great. 1 small issue on arrival was that a shower door was off its rollers and the problem was resolve quickly and efficiently. Master bathroom was kinda tight. also 1 air vent was dusty, nothing that a quick swiffer wouldn't solve. overall it was great.

It was great! If I could complain about one thing it would would the counters seem to have sand on them. I know we're at the beach, but ha... But that was easily remidied when we got there with a quick wipe-down! Great place, everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.. Quotes from the family, "best vacation ever!" Also, the porperty management company communications were timely and appropraite to help us understand what was expected of us.

The property location was very nice, A couple in things could had been a little cleaner which is why we gave it 4 stars. Property furnishing and everything else was great. Having the beach chairs, and tables were a plus. We purchased a Beach umbrella that we left for the next renters to use.

We had a lovely stay. The unit was in excellent condition and suited out needs perfectly. The location within MB as well as being directly on the ocean was exactly what we wanted. We loved having not only chairs but a table on the deck. While the building is older and showing it, unit 404 was very updated. My family wished there was a hot tub on site but was very satisfied by the temperature of the heated pool. Access to the beach was excellent. I would stay at this place again as well as recommend it to anyone.

This is a great condo. Perfectly located, convenient to everything. A small enough complex to make it the perfect spot for a laid back vacation. Easy, close in parking, and no excessive waits for the elevator. The unit itself is awesome. Super clean, very comfortable furniture and beds. Property management company was very responsive. If you're super picky you will find some minor imperfections but this is the best vacation rental property we've stayed at. Will absolutely stay here again

We visited in the off season, so I am not sure how accurate this will be in season. The location was quiet with nice close access to several places. It would be nice to have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and a couple more dishwashing packets - but not a deal breaker for us. Felt safe, and walkable to coffee houses, the beach was right out the doors, and very nice sized. Beds were great and comfortable. TV remote was a bit more challenging to figure out, it was just different than we have at home.

This was such a nice condo-it smelled clean as soon as we walked in. It felt clean too! The bed were very comfortable, it was well appointed with everything that we needed. My only negative for this condo would be the noise level. It’s right next to the elevators, and also, it says that there’s a noise ordinance after 10pm, yet no one enforced it. People were screaming and yelling all hours of the night at the pool. As a light sleeper, that was frustrating. Over all it was a very good stay. I would recommend it to others.

Great ocean view and beach. Well furnished condo. Relaxing and quiet pool area. Restaurants and activities near. Had a maintenance problem that was handled immediately. It was a great week for the whole family.

We stayed in unit 404 and had a nice time. The property is centrally located and easy to get to grocery store and restaurants. You can walk right onto the beach and rent an umbrella and chairs. The condo also has chairs and is well equipped. The beach is very pretty at this spot. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen for this unit is dated and the inside of some of the cabinets was dirty.

Our rental was very nice. It was clean, organized and the description was accurate. It was fully furnished with stylish furniture and decorated nicely. Fully stocked with dishes, below , utensils, but the mixer and blender did not work. I didn’t realize these appliances didn’t work and I bought groceries that required these appliances , but we managed regardless. Otherwise, everything was great !

We loved the condo and the great location. The building is relatively small and the pool was never too crowded, even over 4th of July holiday week. We were steps from the beach. Loved the convenience of being able to run from the beach to the room to grab more drinks or snacks. The condo was very clean and beds were very comfortable. A few of the "convenience" items were missing when we arrived such as small dish/hand soap, but that was no big deal at all as we had brought plenty. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Office staff at time of booking and when I called with questions were so polite and helpful! This was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach and I was a little worried we'd be in a super crowded/party area but the location could not have been better. There were plenty of grocery stores just a minute down the road and lots of great restaurants. We are definitely planning to return next summer.

This was an excellent stay. The room was very clean, well decorated, and a great view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable and a newly updated bathroom was a nice touch. We have stayed at Carolina Dunes multiple times, but this was our first time in #404. When we arrived, there was a problem with our unit, but Lisa worked very quickly to correct it. The location is perfect with a beautiful beach view and convenient access to local stores and restaurants. The unit was nicely furnished and decorated. Our only suggestions would be to add a few missing kitchen gadget items and definitely move the master BR tv, which is awkwardly placed and difficult to view from the bed (there is no need for a mirror above the dresser given the mirrored closet doors). Other than that, we had a lovely stay and would recommend to others!

Great location! Great unit! Enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was clean and well stocked. We were surprised to find all the beach chairs in the closet. It was so nice not having to run out and buy them as we forgot to bring ours. My only very small complaint was the master bedroom bedspread looked as though it could use a good washing or updating. it was dingy around the edges. Perhaps it was just wear and tear. Overall, we loved this unit, the location and the pool was fabulous. The grounds were well maintained. We would definitely return in the future.

We arrived to a perfect location, loved not having to wait in lines and went right to our room that was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for our family . The convenient parking and quick elevators got us unpacked and on the beach quickly. The pool and outdoor common areas were beautifully maintained and even during our stay improvements were being kept up . We have always stayed in hotels with a lot of amenities but found this condo quiet, peaceful and just as relaxing . The close proximity to all our favorite restaurants and shopping was easy to walk or drive to. We were concerned with no ice machine in the building at first but found the freezer ice maker to be more than enough for our family . The TV, wifi service was great! The beds were comfortable . There was a generous supply of bath towels and convenience of in room laundry that was perfect ! We were already looking on our way home to book this same room again hopefully if it's available for next year ! The unit was as described and we were overal satisfied with our choice this year ! The oceanfront view was amazing !

We have a family reunion in Myrtle every year and this is the best place we have stayed. Our family was spread out in three different buildings and agree that we will all be staying at the Carolina Dunes next year! The condo is huge and has fantastic ocean views! This condo had granite countertops, flat screen tvs, nice furniture and comfortable beds (very important for my husband), oh and they even give you beach chairs to use. The cleaning crew also does a fantastic job and I am very picky. The photos dont do this place justice, it is even nicer in person!

We had a wonderful vacation in unit 404! It was 5 adults with 2 kids and we had plenty of space to spread out. The condo is beautifully updated and has amazing views of the ocean! We even saw dolphins from the balcony as we had our morning coffee. Everything was perfectly maintained and the management company was a pleasure to work with. We cant wait to come back!
