We booked this property for access to Robert Treman State Park and it was about a 15 minute drive to get to the main gate. The property is in a very rural setting and the grounds needed some attention. We didn't mind the chicken coop and the view from the back was nice, but the outdoor chairs were worn and needed cleaning. The efficiency unit itself was okay but the far wall needed some repair and the shower was small with poor water pressure. The main bed was comfortable enough but the extra bed (which we didn't need) was not. The big chair for watching TV was huge but not conducive to relaxing. Megan was responsive when contacted prior to the trip. For what we paid to stay, we would have been better off to book into an Ithaca motel for a short stay in the area of the Falls.

Very deceptive with an excellent rating!! The house was not very prepared for us and the outside was very bad. Not usable and outside all grown up and messy. I was very disappointed!!

Enjoyed our stay! Overall the place was very clean- we found a few stray skittles that the cleaners missed but was lovely otherwise. Within about 5-10 of everything- great restaurants close by, the boardwalk, broadway at the beach and the beach directly outside was beautiful! Our favorite restaurant from the week was lil Tokyo at the mail close to the airport! Highly suggest this condo!

What an amazing view! The double patio doors both slide open to let in fresh air and sounds of the ocean. It was so nice to wake up every morning, slide those doors open and have coffee on the patio with the sunrise. There is also a door from the master bedroom to the patio which was nice to open to let the breeze in. This compensated for not being able to open any of the windows in the unit, but assuming that’s the case with the entire complex since none of the windows have screens.
It seems to be an older building, but the unit is well maintained with upgraded bathrooms and kitchen counters. The bedroom and dining room furniture is super cute!
The short walk to the beach is lovely, and the pool is in good shape with nice loungers. Having the beach chairs was a bonus!
Great location with easy access to a lot of dinning, shopping, and activities within minutes.

Location was wonderful and a great location. Read the fine print on the welcome letter though. Only one roll of toilet paper is provided per bathroom. I would totally stay here again. Highly recommend.

This condo was very clean and spacious. The view was beautiful, not only of the ocean and beach but of the stunning landscaped pool and grounds as well. Really gorgeous! The furniture was upscale and in very good condition. The kitchen cabinets are old and seem out of place in this otherwise updated and stylish condo, but who cooks on vacation? So, not a big deal. We loved the keyless entry and not having to check in at a rental company. This was our 7th trip to Myrtle Beach, and Carolina Dunes 404 was our favorite condo so far.

Very nicely decorated with all needed amenities. Lots of outlets to plug in phones, etc. Furniture, kitchen appliances, etc. appeared to be recently purchased. Very pleased with the condo as well as the interaction with Luxury Beach Rentals.

Location. Location. Location. Beach Access. Beautiful view. Loved this place. Perfect size for 4 of us (2 kids under 5). We will back to this same condo hopefully next year.
