This was our first time in Myrtle Beach and it was AMAZING!!! the property is beautiful. The condo is clean and comfy. The walk to the beach is easy and short. There are 2 pools. Literally perfect.

My family and i absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect, we were close to anything we wanted to do. Our children loved swimming at the pool all day. The condo itself was also so cozy and nice. Bummer that the balcony was under construction but maybe we’ll be back in the future to get use of it then!

Though it is an older building, the unit itself is updated. Very clean, accessible parking, steps from the beach, with spectacular views. Front door lock sticks and can be challenge entering the unit. Overall a very nice stay.

Condo was fantastic. Only hiccup was there was hair in the shower drain and rubber glove left on the floor nothing that will take away from a great place. Beds were comfortable, great views of the ocean from the living room. Would highly recommend renting this unit

My overall impression of the property is the title! Good, but had it's moments. The rooms were a great size, room to move around. The beds were firm which we weren't use to. I do not recommend taking 2 showers at the same time. Water pressure issue. The water pipes in the wall in the master bath did rattle when turning water on but was just from the initial force. The sleeper sofa couch was a little uncomfortable if you sit for awhile. Good view of the ocean from the balcony. Refrigerator does take almost 24 hours to get cold, so have a cooler handy. If you do have upstairs neighbors, it will be noisy when they drag chairs across the floor or running children. The pool area can be loud but it does clear out by 10pm. The other hotels next door must not have this rule. Screaming kids until midnight. To add, the maintenance person will be using a blower around 7-730am for those who need to sleep in after a late night. The door lock is somewhat challenging but technical people can figure it out. Small elevators so just be aware. A very positive thing is you will have your own parking spot under the building for one car. All in all, it was a nice place. If you get the right conditions, it could be very relaxing.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Carolina Dunes. Amazing beach access, walking distance to many great restaurants. It’s great for kids under 16. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looks great as well. The condo has beach chairs, a wake board and some general beach accessories provided. We will definitely be coming back next Summer/Fall.

We loved our stay! You can’t beat this location. 4th floor, overlooking the ocean, and a pool too. Our kids loved it, only problem we were a bit crammed in the condo just because there were 9 of us. We would definitely come back if it weren’t for it being a bit small for our crew!! We loved this area of Myrtle Beach!!

Vies are incredible! We watched the sun rise with coffee on our balcony almost every day. Beach access was so easy snd perfect. Lay out of the condo was very functional and kitchen is well stocked. Pool area is very nice and clean. The location is very good allowing you to be at the many attractions with a 10 minute drive. Carpeting in bedrooms is pretty old and entire building seems a bit dated. I wouldn’t really call it “luxurious “ but it was more than adequate and we had a fantastic time!

The view. Best part. The condo/apt was very clean and well stocked with items needed. Plenty of clean towels for all. Additional blankets and pillows. The kitchen was ready for anything you wanted to use for cooking. Pots/pans, dishes, utensils. Everything. Very convenient to have the washer and dryer in the kitchen. Plenty of beach toys for the kids including 2 beach chairs. Water pressure in showers was excellent. Pool was clean! We had a lovely time.

I would definitely recommend Carolina Dunes as a fantastic place to stay in Myrtle Beach, SC. The location is great and with it being a little ways from The Strip, you don't hear all of the traffic and pedestrian noise associated with it.
The unit is very spacious and features a beautiful kitchen and amazing view of the ocean.
The beds are very comfortable and won't leave you longing to be back in your own bed back at home.

There was a bit of Food crumbs, and trash along baseboards, on the side of beds and wall, & along / behind the edges of furniture in bedrooms, that could get more attention when being cleaned. But other than that this place was AMAZING !!. The pool and the beach were perfect spots. We decided to stay 2 extra days, unfortunately we had to find a different place (closer to the boardwalk). It was so overcrowded, loud, & messy down the other resort that I traveled back down to the beach near Carolina Dunes to enjoy my remaining days at Myrtle. Carolina Dunes had a laid back, relaxing vibe. My family and I really enjoyed our stayed. I will definitely go back to Carolina Dunes.We went down to Broadway at the beach and we had a good time. There’s a lot of fun things for the kids, teens, and adults to do down there , plus shops, and restaurants. The wax museum was also pretty cool.

I could watch my teenage children on the beach and my mom and young daughter at the pool from our balcony. Every shop and restaurant we visited were no more than a 7 minute drive. The condo otself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed to cook meals and also had some beach chairs and a few boogie boards to use! We will definitely be back. The only problem we encountered was one of the bedroom door's lock got jammed and my mom had remove the door from the hinges to get out.

Maintenance on site was always busy, cleaning and updating. Place was very tidy! Pool was also well maintained. The storm and it's havoc was nothing compared to arriving during a weekend city sanctioned motorcycle convention! So loud and obnoxious into the wee hours, I would NEVER visit during that time again. Myrtle Beach sure does a great job of catering to families! 4 stars for not informing us about workers entering our unit and the faulty emergency alarms that went off all night long. I called, nobody anwered or returned my call!

It was my whole family's first time in South Carolina and we loved everything about it. The place was beautiful. We appreciated the easy process of renting and checking out, it was really hassle free. The view is amazing, and the spot on the beach is perfect and so nice and quiet. We loved that beach chairs were provided in addition to linens. The place is unforgettable and we definitely have intentions of returning for another stay.

Myrtle beach exceeded my expectations and I have been to every island in the Caribbean. The only difference is the color of the water. Management was very nice and helpful. We never made dinner in the fabulous kitchen but I would go back for longer to use it. Lol

It was perfect as it was totally updated and there was room for all of us to have our own space! We loved the location, the views, the pool, and being right on the beach! We would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to the Myrtle Beach area!

The first night, the AC was not working and they sent a repairman immediately! Was very impressed with the responsiveness! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, the living room/dining area were spacious, and there were plenty of towels! The washer and dryer were huge which is perfect for all the beach towels! Would stay here again, and again, and again! My only complaint was that it was a bit pricey for just 4 and a half days. Could not check in until 3, and then out by 10 on our last morning. Earlier check in (noon or 1 PM) and at least one more hour on check out would have been more reasonable.

It was quiet and we had absolutely no problems. All the appliances we up to date as well. Very nice experience overall. My family and I would definitely stay there again! Everything worked perfect and the kitchen has all new appliances. There were so many dishes and cookware we did not need anything. We stayed for 5 days and never had an concerns or issues. The people are friendly and we felt safe. It was so nice to n able to walk right out to the beach. We plan on going back in July and I will defiantly be calling to rent again! Thank you so much!!

It is an extremely quiet property and the ocean view from the very large balcony is great. The sunrises were spectacular every morning of our stay! The building is older but once you walk in this unit you would never know it. Definitely would stay here again.

The apartment is beautiful, we felt at home and got very comfortable and its at a great location. The management was very helpful from the time we made the booking and when we were there and needed help. We loved this place and most of us know we will be coming back to the same place when u visit this area.
