The property was spacious and with one with a wheelchair and another with a walker, they had plenty of room to move around. We also had a toddler that had space to play. The only downside was that our dedicated parking space was taped off and had a gaping hole so we couldn’t use the space and one of the elevators was down so we waited a while for an elevator.

We have stayed in North Myrtle Beach and south by the airport, but I wanted to be more centrally located ; so this location was perfect. Great view, shopping was easy , and the kitchen was the best I have ever stayed at . Would recommend it to anyone who wants a slowered pace vacation spot.

The condo is spacious, the kitchen has all the implements you need and the view was spectacular. I would only recommend the living area furniture be professionally cleaned or replaced due to numerous stains. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

If you look at the exterior, you think older building. This particular unit has been renovated and is very nice. Large kitchen if you want to eat in. Washer and dryer are nice to have in the unit. Three nice sized bedrooms. Right on the beach! Easy to get to beach or pool.

The cleaning crew had not cleaned very well but it has a vacuum and broom so that was not a problem. I am very picky and I felt comfortable. They have a table and several chairs on the balcony and all six of us were able enjoy the view. If the hurricane hadn’t been coming, we would have stayed longer. The location and being less crowded than South Myrtle was wonderful. The only thing missing at this place is a hot tub. We will definitely be going back to Carolina Dunes.

The condo was great. The pictures are what you get. The condo was updated and decorated very nicely. Beds were comfortable and check in and out was very easy. It is close to all that there is to do in Myrtle beach. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

The location was the perfect spot because you were right on the beach and it was easy to get to every place we needed to go.

The condo was lovely and we enjoyed the location greatly. Perfect spot because we were right in the middle to go visit the outlets and the boardwalk. We were close to many restaurants and various activities to take the kids. Luxury Beach stayed in communication with us. If we had any questions they addressed it immediately. Look forward to renting from them again the next time we come to visit.

Right on the beach with dedicated access. 10-minute drive to boardwalk, which is far enough that biker week was not overly intrusive. Several close restaurants, grocery stores, and mini golf. Only thing to watch is the sliding door to the balcony -- if left-side door is not fully extended to firmly engage right-side door, lock will not engage.

Perfect condo for our family. The view was wonderful. The building itself is outdated, but inside this condo was fully renovated. Kitchen and bedroom was very spacious and had more than enough space for a large family. Overall, it was a nice and peaceful place to stay, will definitely stay here again

Checking in was so easy ! Wonderful staff very helpful. Only negative was the noise from the repair above us for a few days got pretty loud a couple days. Will definitely return in the future 🤩

The place looked as advertised. There were a couple of things that "put us off" with the unit. First, the main light in the kitchen had issues. Maintenance came up and replaced bulbs. It worked for him but later when I turned on the light, it did not work. The worst part was the moisture in the unit. We had small puddles in the oddest places. One puddle in the main hall, one under the door close the wall in the master, and basically the entire area close to the main door stayed wet the entire time, even after drying it with towels. The place looked great, the kitchen was awesome (all modern). It was those things mentioned above that really stuck with us about the place. Because of the moisture issue, we would probably not stay there again.

A great space just as the pictures show, even a bit nicer in person. Right on the beach, you can pretty much hear the waves as soon as you enter the place. Clean and everything you could need. A lot of space and super easy check in. Great parking spot also included with the rental. Would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable beds, good linens, well equipped kitchen, roomy, comfortable living room. Looks just like the photos. The building itself has been updated and is extremely well kept and cared for. Pool area is a lovely setting on the beach side surrounded by pretty gardens. All new loungers and tables. The whole area is clean and pristine. Any staff we met were friendly and pleasant and constantly working to keep the place perfect. Walking along the beach, we all agreed that Carolina Dunes was one of the better maintained buildings and grounds and had the best location for the pool area. We also were within a 10 minute walk to four good restaurants - Carrabis, Outback, Flamingo Grill, and a Mexican restaurant. We will definitely return to Carolina Dunes.
