Everything lived up to expectations, walking right out to the beach was so nice, and the view from our balcony was perfect to watch sunrise over the ocean. Couches and beds were comfortable, furniture was good quality, not cheap and fragile like at some rentals. We have nothing to complain about, we had a perfect trip while staying here.

We booked this condo for 7 days and was very satisfied with our stay. It was centrally located and very close to restaurants and attractions. Our condo was on the beach and our balcony faced the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Unit was climate controlled. Temperature on main downstairs floor was 87 degrees. Bedrooms located on 2nd floor had to be close to 84-85 degrees. My kids choose to try and sleep downstairs on sofas. During the evening they discovered a hidden camera on main floor. We contacted management a, and moved out. It was a waste of two full days of our one week vacation. Terrible!!!

Hi Bobby, Thank you for leaving a review. We are a bit confused as this condo only has one level and the thermostat is not controlled by anyone other than the people in the condo. This unit at Carolina Dunes was perfect for our family of four. The location in Myrtle Beach is ideal. The balcony was our favorite hangout and of course the proximity to the beach and ocean were wonderful. The assigned parking spot was an added bonus.

Regular coffee pot and Kurig, crockpot, pans, bowls, griddle, etc all in great shape. We weren’t able to go out to eat due to health concerns so making everything inside was a breeze! Loved the under counter radio for tunes while busying around the kitchen. The decor was so cute, couches and beds were very comfortable! Deck furniture was small round table 2 wicker chairs and 2 sling chairs. Also beach chairs were available. I would recommend and stay again. Pool was great and cleaned every morning! Walk across the walkway to the beach was convenient!

Carolina Dunes was a great place to stay. It’s a smaller building, which we prefer. The pool and the grounds were spotless. Even on Memorial Day weekend it was never over crowded. The condo itself was probably the cleanest one we’ve stayed in. Smelled new when we walked in. The furniture was new and comfortable. The only complaint I can even think of, is the sheets on all the beds were not soft, they were almost scratchy, and they barely fit the mattresses. I had to readjust them every day to get the corners back on. Also, this is no fault of the owners or Luxury Beach, but someone in the building smoked marijuana regularly the whole time we were there. We could smell it in the parking lot, at the pool, on our balcony, and when we re-entered the room after being gone, you could smell it in the room, like it was being circulated through the air vents. Again, that is out of the owners hands, just wanted to mention it. Overall we had a great stay and would rent here again.

We enjoyed our stay at you could not ask for a better place located on the beach. The access to locations around Myrtle Beach was great - close to attractions, numerous eating places and grocery. The property was as advertise - what you see in pictures you get real time. The communciation with the leasing company was great. Before our arrival they let us know that a new washer was coming and answered several questions we had. You will certainly enjoy this property for your stay! The only negative which is very minor - we used the beach chairs provided and I would recommend that you purchase new ones - when we sat in one it broke, the other looked like it was 10 years old and very rusted. Don't pass this unit up!

My only recommendation would be to remind tenants to empty the lint trap in the dryer. It was pretty full but otherwise not a single complaint. Everything was great from the carts for unloading to the shower by the pool.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

The access to the "owner" parking space was a plus. Pool area very clean and well maintained. Looking forward to our return visit for 3 weeks in September.

We were able to hear the waves when we went to bed and when we woke up and walk to the beach within a few steps. We were able to experience wildlife such as crabs, jellyfish, dolphins and much more. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and was a great vacation destination. I highly recommend this rental .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really had no idea what we were doing. This was our second trip to the eastern US, and our first to the east coast. We could not have been more pleased with this rental. This place was a pleasant surprise. It was exactly as it was represented. The view was fabuluous. We were fortunate enought to have witnessed both a glorious sunrise over the ocean as well as a red full moon rise. The location is such that it's a few miles from the really busy boardwalk, yet close to everything, which we appreciated. The rooms were clean, fresh and spacious,and had everything we needed. We would highly recomend this place. :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a fantastic week in condo #505. Fortunately, we had lots of sunshine and unseasonably warm weather. There was plenty of space in this clean, bright, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. It was a pleasure preparing meals in the large, well-equipped kitchen, but our favorite thing was the amazing view of the ocean from both the master bedroom and the balcony off the livingroom. We watched for the dolphins to pass by each day. We enjoyed walks on the beach and time by the well-maintained pool area. We look forward to returning again sometime soon.

The condo is very clean, updated, spacious, and fully equipped. The ocean view is fantastic and we were even able to see dolphins from our balcony. The management company did a wonderful job in making sure all our needs were met.
