We were in town for a basketball tournament and the place was great for two moms and two girls. The condo was well stocked. The only downside was that the back bedroom was really warm. It stayed about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo. Overall would stay here again.

Great place to stay! Homey and convenient. Well stocked kitchen. Very convenient to have such a nice washer dryer in the condo. Convenient and great supply of linens. Nice touch with sample soaps. Convenient brooms to help w kiddo cleanup. Beautiful beach view. Easy, convenient & quick beach and heated pool access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at the Carolina Dunes six or seven times now. It's in the perfect location, away from the noise and crowds of downtown (but you may want a car to get around). The view of the sunrise from the balcony is unmatched. We really enjoyed our stay in unit 506. The condo was clean and matched the photos. A few notes for improvement... None of the TV's are smart TVs, so no streaming. The TV in the living room should be updated to a smart TV IMO. The sofa in the living room is stylish--but not comfortable. The dryer barely works. We had to run it on a full cycle four times to get anything to dry. None of that drastically impacted our vacation. Management happily arranged for a late checkout since the unit wasn't rented on our check-out day. Would absolutely stay in this unit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the proce of this condo it is most definitely worth it. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. Ill start with the cons so we can end on a good note...The middle bedroom mattress is a spring mattress and was a bit uncomfortable. The unit itself could use some upgrades/maintenance on small things like paint touch ups, a few small fixes to cabinets, blinds, shower shelves, etc. Could use just a general upgrade to some things Small things. Overall the unit was clean, stocked, and the view is perfect from the balcony. The master bedroom has a wonderful view and the bed there is comfortable. The patio furniture is sturdy and comfortable, and the space in this unit is great for a family. The company accommodated an early and late check out which was much appreciated. We've ultimately stayed in more updated, nicer condos, but enjoyed our stay here and would stay again without hesitation.

Property was in an excellent Location. Our unit was waterfront with a beautiful view of the ocean. Unit was clean and very well laid out. They were ample pots and utensils for cooking. Pool was very conveniently located with a short walk to it. We enjoyed our vacation very much and would like to go back at some point in time and stay in this lovely unit.

We have stayed in that vuilding many times but never through Luxury Rentals! Usually we use the front desk across the street which has left us furious and relocated 3 times!! Luxury Rentals was sooo much better No hassles, no front desk, keyless entry, no hassles with our room being unavailable. What a difference!!! I'd definitely recommend using Luxury instead of the Caravelle front desk!! Room was clean with beautiful view and nicely stocked and furnished. Nothing but compliments from us!

Exactly like the pics. I was pleasantly surprised. The balcony view was amazing. Small set of condos located right in the middle of other bigger named condo/hotels. Condo was very well stocked w dishes and whatnot. We did have to buy trash bags and toilet paper and I wish those were supplied but there was a dollar store nearby. The only issue we had was the door latch got caught a few times and I sent a message and they replied promptly and sent maintenance out. This condo does not have any of the bells and whistles as others do (breakfast bar, lazy rivers, etc..) but it was very worth it for a relaxing quiet stay! Outdoor bathrooms by the pool was even very clean and convenient. Would def recommend.

Wonderful view-beautiful sunrises! Older, smaller (that’s what I like!) complex with a small pool, but nice that it’s heated! Never waited for elevators! Living room furniture not the most comfy. Balcony is somewhat small, but has the best views! Shower head very low! Condo could use a thorough deep cleaning..grout needs scrubbed (I’m a clean freak!), edges/corners need cleaned! Fresh paint would be a big plus! Kitchen is nice-updated with plenty of dishes! Dryer took a couple times to dry the towels! Overall would stay here again! Thanks!

The condo was lovely! It was very clean with all furniture and amenities kept up to date and in good working order. We had a beautiful view of the pool, beach, and ocean from our balcony. We were so pleased with the location of this condo- as it was located in a more quiet section of the beach front, but still a very simple drive to all the local attractions. We would absolutely recommend this place to others!!!

We sneaked out to the pool at the condominium next door every night because their's was heated. :-) I know they were doing some renovations but the wires above the elevator in plain sight were kinda scary. The couch and love seat were in very good condition, but the chair is worn out and needs replaced. The entry closet door seemed to be off the track. Linens were great. Really liked the condo and would stay again.

Pool was always clean and never overcrowded and the private beach (just steps away) was also never overcrowded!Friendly and helpful staff ...blew a fuse thanks to the blow dryer at 10:15 maintenance came and fixed it! Already planning next year's visit! Rooms are a good size and the 10 of us slept comfortably!

From the moment we opened the door we were very impressed by the condition of the condo. It was clean and fresh. Lots of space for three, always running, kids. And the location was central to all the major attractions in mrytle beach. Only thing I noticed that's worth mentioning is the fact the bath towels were very small and some of the wash towels were worn out with holes.

We had no issues with the property while we was there. The only thing that we had a problem with was kids shining lasers & flashlights at us while exiting the beach at night,kids being disrespectful while in the pool, & kids spitting from the balcony above us,other then that our experience was great !!
