My family and I really enjoyed the space. The rental had everything we need it and more. So close to the beach and we loved the pool. It was handicapped accessible which worked out great for my grandma. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful ocean view! Perfect for our large family. Plenty of dishes, linens, and towels for everyone. Had one minor maintenance issue and it was fixed promptly. Our trip was wonderful (even with construction literally directly outside out window!) and we can't wait tk return!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo over the 4th of July! It was perfect for our family of nine—immaculately clean, very well cared for, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: right on the beach, with easy parking and convenient access.
We especially appreciated that it’s a smaller condo building, so the beachfront wasn’t nearly as crowded as the neighboring high-rises—huge bonus during a busy holiday week.
While the balconies were temporarily closed for railing updates, the property manager communicated this clearly in advance and even offered a discount, which we really appreciated.
Highly recommend this quieter, family-friendly condo, and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

I enjoyed my stay at Robert’s Airbnb. It was very clean, right at the beach, and the there was plenty of restaurants nearby. The Airbnb was so comfortable it reminded me of home . My jeep had got stranded on the side of the road after getting a flat tire and Robert was kind enough to let me check out a little bit later due to the situation that was going on and I really appreciated that Thank you so much.

This condo was everything our family could ask for. The building was a perfect size so no fitting for parking or waiting on elevators. Lobby area was always kept clean. It was a great location within a few minute drive to all the attractions without much traffic. Condo for our party of 5 fit nicely. All rooms a perfect size. Overall a great first time experience to Myrtle Beach for our family.

We loved enjoying the morning and evening overlooking the ocean on the porch. We had breakfast out there too which was so nice. This space matched the description online. The tile floors and marble countertops were a very nice upgrade. The vacation/ocean vibe with the decorations made us feel very relaxed. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Being able to do our laundry in the condo was so helpful too! Customer service was wonderful, although we didn't need anything. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family. Our favorite restaurant was called Manta. We loved the hibachi and sushi! Boogie boarding was my family's favorite daily activity. We loved that there were beach chairs and sand toys provided also. Walmart is very close by if you want to cook in the condo. There were plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Having a dishwasher was wonderful too. My older son also found a gym to workout at every day called Pump House. We loved having a space in the parking lot for us too. This week for us was so relaxing and very enjoyable! We would definitely go back and book this space again.

Tough to enjoy pool time. Multiple times unruly children took control of pool area. Not supervised. Elevators would have all floors pushed causing issues. Everything else was fantastic. View was beautiful.

As a family of 5 the accommodations and location were perfect. Easy booking, quick responses and communication with host. Only negatives: the master bath shower is small, outdated and not easy to use for a big and tall person. The other negative was entrance into the condo…the outdoor carpet stayed wet the whole time we were there (no rain during our stay). Reached out a few times to the host but problem didn’t get resolved. We just kept a towel the entry floor so that we could remove our shoes instead of tracking the wet inside. Overall, we would stay there again as it was a great place!

Our family had the best time at this perfectly located gem in South Carolina. The condo was cozy and clean and everything we thought it would be from the photos submitted online. The view was breathtaking and it was something I enjoyed early in the morning on the patio with some coffee. If you’re looking for a place where you feel like you’re in paradise but yet the comforts of home, this is it. In my opinion it was perfectly located, not too close to the busy hustle and bustle of downtown myrtle yet very close to North Myrtle Beach where we liked to frequent often. We will definitely be back🌴☀️

This was our first stay at Carolina Dunes. We booked just a couple of weeks before our trip and found the listing and went for it. Everything is as described in the listing. The condo itself was nicely appointed and clean (ish) when we arrived. We always wipe things down once anyway after we check in somewhere. We arrived right on time, just as the cleaning crew was leaving. Whoever owns the place did a good job renovating the property as it's obvious that the building has been around a while. Still, the elevator worked well, parking was nice by having a spot in the covered area. The pool area was nice and the water was warm for a mid-April stay. We were a bit disappointed there was no hot tub, but knew that going in. The balcony was nice and had enough room that we could sit and have breakfast outside in the morning as the sun came up. The views were great. A couple of maintenance issues came up. The shower head actually came out of the wall but they were prompt in fixing it and it was as if it never happened. The coffee pot was not working correctly as it took it about 3 hours to fully make a pot of coffee. They did replace it as well. Beyond that, the only other thing we had happen was that we decided to work one of the 1500 piece jigsaw puzzles only to find out that it was 8 pieces short. We got a good laugh out of that. Location was good, not too busy where we were. For some reason, the DOT decided it was a good idea to pave the street one night in the middle of the night so you could hear their equipment beeping and making noise. Good beach access and the chairs provided were very useful. We would definitely consider staying here again at some point.

We booked this unit for a getaway from our snowy Canadian winter, and were not disappointed. The space was well kept and clean with everything we needed to enjoy a month at Myrtle. It included all the amenities for us to enjoy, relax and allowed us to work remotely with ease. The property is managed by a large property management company and they really have their act together. They were responsive to all questions and were quick to address a few small maintenance items that came up. Pros: - On the beach - that million-dollar view 24/7 - Location - near lots of restaurants and stores, but not in the middle of the crazy tourist zone. - Great space, tons of room - 3 large bedrooms - Fully equipped kitchen - SmartTV in all bedrooms and living room - Good, reliable internet (about 50Mb/s) - Great, responsive management - Unit is well renovated with nice finishes and a great beachy vibe. - The building is older (1980s) but clearly well maintained Cons: - Master bedroom mattress was a bit tired. Pillows could be better - The maintenance staff at the neighboring property loved to come out with their leaf blower at 7AM on a regular basis. - No Hot Tub - Pool wasn't open during our stay (as was clearly disclosed to us prior to our booking)

This is a beautiful, spacious unit. It was 100% accurately described and we had no issues whatsoever. We were a family of 9 and there was plenty of space for all of us to move around in the unit comfortably. Everything in the unit was clean and updated and I was even very pleased to find that one of the bathrooms had a shower wand, I know that is a crazy thing to be excited about, but I was. You can't go wrong with this unit. And the location is amazing.

So sad to leave, but we will definitely be back. Our week was absolutely incredible and we owe so much of that to this amazing condo. 6th floor, beach front, clean and plenty of space. Certainly located between North and Soutjh Myrtle Beach, we were able to stay right there or go 20 minutes in either direction for food and fun. From the time we walked in, until we sadly left, we enjoyed this unit so much. I highly recommend to anyone looking in this area. And the beach itself was fabulous. Flat, no seaweed or rocks, perfect size waves and the perfect weather was just what we needed. Thank you for everything❤️

This property was perfect for our group of 10 people. Plenty of space, oceanfront view. My only complaint is that the 4 chairs included for the beach were not usable in my opinion. The 2 that were actual beach chairs were rust covered and the other 2 were camping chairs.

Loved our stay here! The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Spacious, clean, well maintained condo that has a great oceanfront view. We were very impressed with the kitchen which included plenty of pots, pans, plates and utensils. Condo is in a great location - easy beach access and it is near grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants. However, it is not near the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk which was fine with us since we wanted to avoid the crowds. The host made sure everything was set up and ready for us and provided detailed check-in and check out instructions. We will definitely return!

Nicely remodeled, great location, and was nice and clean. Had everything we needed and grocery stores are a short drive away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only problem we had was on our last night here our hallway smoke detector's battery decided to go bad at 3:00 am. Trip to Walmart and a new battery took care of that, just didn't get much sleep that night. Everything else was A+!

Great location! Beautifully decorated! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! Views of the ocean from the balcony were spectacular! Great pool too:). The only thing I would recommend would be....have some little things around the condo that most people wouldn’t think to bring on vacation (eg- scissors, dust pan, hair dryer). Otherwise, I would give this place 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!

The only issue we had was the keypad was spotty when it came to unlocking the door. A few times it took us a couple tries to get into the place. Secondly, some of the white tables/furniture had some weird red/orange sauce all over them. Other than those two issues, everything else was perfect. We will be renting at this location again in the future for sure.

The sleeping arrangements in two of the bedrooms was interesting (2 queens / 2 twins), but it might make more sense to other families with more kids. The furnishings were nice and the balcony was good size with a newer table and 4 comfortable chairs. The elevator situation (which can be an issue with beach condos) was never a problem. No long waits. Overall, this was perfect for our family! If we travel back to Myrtle Beach, we would definitely stay here again.

Steps from the beach and a quieter area of Myrtle Beach, but a short drive to the busier boardwalk area! The only issue we found was we found it odd that there were 2 bathrooms, but both showers could not be used at the same time. Seemed odd for a more modern location. Which of course wasn't a huge problem, but just takes longer for 6 people to get ready when you have to shower one at a time! Otherwise, everything was great and it very convenient that the condo came with several beach chairs and a boogie board to use!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was hoping this place lived up to the photos, and it did. We rented unit 606 for our family vacation and we were SO pleased! It was clean, spacious, and in a quiet area close enough to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer, yet far enough away from the noise. The unit was equipped with everything you need, from pots and pans, to wine glasses and silverware. We cannot WAIT to stay here again. We are already looking forward to booking again for next year!

We stayed in a unit that was all recently updated, it had the perfect beach theme with a crip clean feeling, amazing view, all new appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of space. Plenty big enough for when all 10 people are in the condo, was stocked with main necessities except scissors, lol, beach chairs, umbrella, and complimentary starters for things such as laundry, trash, and toiletries. It’s perfectly located by any business and restaurant you’ll need AND on the beach!! The beach is right out front after a small bridge walk and there is also two pools. We had access to a neighboring pool with a kid zone, hot tub, lazy river, and bar as well! It’s only a 15min drive to the boardwalk and 20mins to the broadway on the beach. Plenty of stuff to do at either place from sand volleyball (bring your own ball), zip lining, shopping, comedy shows, amusement park rides, boat rides, and so much more. I couldn’t have ask for better service from Luxury Beach Rentals, Robert was great whenever I needed him. The ONLY negatives (because let’s be real there always is something) is the extremely dirty trim throughout the condo, it made me feel bad for the owners because I can tell by everything else they would not have it that way, bathtub drain would back up, closet doors are all mirrors (because we cracked one), and I don’t own this gem!! I feel like I could go on and on and if we return to Myrtle Beach I will be requesting this unit even though it’s on the 6th floor!!

The unit itself is gorgeous — granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. We visited during the off season, but would highly recommend for a winter getaway. Very affordable, less tourists and the weather isn’t bad.

This Airbandb is worth every dime we spent. I would personally recommend it to everyone. The place looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean, absolutely beautiful and right on the beach. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer.

Very clean and spacious, plenty of space to store our belongings and all the amenities we needed at our finger tips. The pool was the favorite part for our kids and we loved the easy beach access. Would definitely stay here again.

Only negative is the small dryer takes a very long time to dry beach towels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second d year vacationing at Myrtle Beach , our first yr staying at Carolina Dunes. The condo was clean with ample supply of towels for showing. Kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed and there were at least 4 grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. As well as the all important Starbucks just blocks away making for a nice walk in the am. My only complaint would be is that the pool was not heated (my children did not mind)

Beautifully renovated, all the needed amenities e,g, personal toiletries, toilet paper, linens, and kitchen ware. Plus, right on the beach. Great location also making it so close to restaurants in the area. What's not to love?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Some rentals make you jump through hurdles to book and check in on arrival. Our experience was seamless; checkin didn't require us to find some rental office miles away from the unit, we were given a door code and found all necessary materials on the kitchen counter. Much appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. The condo is impeccably decorated, top-notch appliances, very clean, and comfortable. The only downside are that the bathrooms are on the small side (but that is me working hard to find something to critique, they were totally acceptable). I would absolutely stay here again......and thank you for allowing a slightly later checkout since there was nobody else arriving on the same day. It was very helpful to have a couple of extra hours to sleep in, pack, and depart. :)

Reviewer Comments: We were absolutely pleased with the refurbished unit at Carolina Dunes with one minor exception, the one TV in the bedroom with the two queen beds did not work properly from the time that we got there. However, we were not there to watch tv so it was a minor inconvenience for my family.

I found the condo on VRBO and I called the number listed of the property managers for a better rate. The gentleman was very helpful and the reservation process was all very smooth. The condo was beautiful and newly remodeled. It was VERY clean and had the beautiful ocean decor. The condo had a great open concept with plenty of room for everybody to spread out. The 3 spaced-out bedrooms gave the families enough space for privacy with plenty of closet space and storage. The kitchen was nicely updated and stocked with the basic necessities. It had plenty of counter space for food preparation, a ton of pantry space, and cupboard space for whatever you would need. The kitchen bar was perfect for the kids while the adults were able to sit at the table. The view of the ocean was perfect and it was a great view of the pool below. The balcony had nice metal outdoor patio furniture, not the cheap plastic chairs. Again, very nice couldn't have been happier!! I would like to offer a couple of suggestions: a drying rack for the kitchen, putting the LG "Smart tv" in the main seating area so that in the evening a family has a few more options for entertainment other than cable, and possibly a DVD player. The condo was great, the weather was perfect, and it a perfect time away! We look forward to making another visit in the future!

We planned a last minute, short family vacation with 5 adults and 5 children. I found the condo on VRBO and I called the number listed of the property managers for a better rate. The gentleman was very helpful and the reservation process was all very smooth. The condo was beautiful and newly remodeled. It was VERY clean and had the beautiful ocean decor. The condo had a great open concept with plenty of room for everybody to spread out. The 3 spaced-out bedrooms gave the families enough space for privacy with plenty of closet space and storage. The kitchen was nicely updated and stocked with the basic necessities. It had plenty of counter space for food preparation, a ton of pantry space, and cupboard space for whatever you would need. The kitchen bar was perfect for the kids while the adults were able to sit at the table. The view of the ocean was perfect and it was a great view of the pool below. Looked brand new. Great layout. 6th floor nice, and an end unit, so cuts down on noise. Balcony nice, view from both Master bed and living room superb. Don't know how you could do better.
