The penthouse was very nice. Open and spacious. Extra large balcony was a plus complete with patio table, 6 chairs and 2 lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun.

Definitely would recommend this unit, it was very nice. It was clean, and had what we needed. Right on the beach, and a fantastic area. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked for making meals. Washer and dryer right in the kitchen which was nice also. We did laundry most days so we didnt have to do as much when we got home. The balcony was intially closed for repairs when we got there, which we were aware was possible, but was cleared by code enforcement and opened back up which was exciting. They had to replace electrical boxes one day so the power was out, but texted to see if we needed ice or anything else so they were on top of it. We totally get things need handled, and it really was not a big deal, I felt the property handled it fine. The area is great, so much to do. I feel like we could go back again and do something different everyday. The location around the room was peaceful, the beach was not overly crowded and the water was warm. Luxury Beach Rentals kept us in the loop with text messages and were very responsive. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

This place was worth what we paid. It was a gorgeous rental, lots of space, and beautiful views. We traveled with 6 kids, 2 adults and everyone had their own space. The place was clean, and close to all the attractions. I loved all the decor and we all felt right at home.

Amazing view. You can’t go wrong. Pros - location. The rooms as described. Comfortable. Con - not really something to do with the rental - it’s just that the building is dated and this is right on the beach so things wear out and that is evident. It is not super luxury but pretty decent and good value for money. What i did find amazing was the speed at which the host reacted to our needs in terms of maintenance or even trivial requests. That was good.
Oh no smart Tv. So if you’re looking for Netflix etc instead of enjoying the beach you might not love this. But maybe they will upgrade soon. I was actually happy it wasn’t there.

Very nice and clean, check in was easy and designated parking was a plus! The common area was very spacious and the view was amazing! My family and i enjoyed ourselves. Can’t go wrong with this place. Location is everything. View is great. Right on the beach. Spacious place. Big windows. Bright. Big beds in 2 rooms. Master bed has great view too. I asked him what he was doing, he told me he was there to do a room inspection. I told him as you now see we are still here and checkout was at 10am!! This upset us very much!! He just opened the door and preceded to come in. After he saw me and I asked him what he was doing, he apologized and left. We did not call to say we were leaving early! If this is policy, I suggest you change it!! Our stay was perfect until this very disturbing incident!! All staff was very professional and was wonderful to deal with, but we cannot excuse what happened on check out day! This is why the 2 stars on the management!

It’s decorated beautifully, the beds are comfortable, it’s clean and well maintained, the views are spectacular, And the kitchen is well stocked as are linens and blankets. The weather was gorgeous the week of 9/20/20 so we spent quite a bit of time on the deck and at the pool and beach. We spent some time at the boardwalk and enjoyed the restaurants and shops. We basically went to the beach to relax and this Penthouse is the best place to do that! We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The unit was exactly as described and a wonderful place to stay. The location is ideal for golf, beach, dining and other activities. The two king bedrooms are ideal for multiple families. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony is large with a great view and seating for several people.

This place was absolutely perfect for a quiet and relaxing family vacation. The condo is incredibly spacious so it is perfect for families. It was very clean and well-maintained, the kitchen is fully stocked to cook and prepare meals, and it had the right amount of complimentary amenities to get us through the weekend. The view is absolutely unbeatable, and the beach is very accessible. It is also very close to all the fun Myrtle Beach shows and activities. We loved our stay and are already planning to go back again next year.

Condo is as pictured. Beautifully furnished, decorated, and well-equipped. We felt so at home. Beautiful oceanfront view from a spacious balcony with really nice patio furniture and seating for our family of 8. The beach chairs provided were a nice touch too! After many years of vacationing in Myrtle Beach, this is by far our favorite, and the location is perfect. You won’t be disappointed, I promise.

Our family had a wonderful time in unit 703. The balcony was amazing. We enjoyed the view while having our morning coffee and even ate dinner out there a few times. The unit was clean and well maintained. The view from the spacious living room was breathtaking. The beach was clean and not too crowded. We rented chairs and umbrella from the beach service / life guard — definitely worth the expense. The next time we come to Myrtle Beach, this will be the first place we check for availability.

My family is from around Gettysburg Pa, so for many many years, like 20 plus we have vacationed in Ocean City Md. so last year we decided to try Myrtle Beach!! Well, I will never be going back to Ocean City!! The ride is like five hours long get to get here, but man is it worth it!! We have fallen in love with this beach and the condo!! We are very happy with everything!! We noticed they did some upgrades to the condo which was very nice!! I can’t think of one bad thing to say!! We had a lovely week and made wonderful memories!! ❤️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a long weekend at the end of October with three other friends. I booked a "penthouse" unit so that we would have a large balcony to use, weather permitting. The 3-bedroom, 2 bath unit gave us plenty of room and we never felt crowded. The weather cooperated and when we were at the unit, for the most part, we spent our time outside on the balcony with a fantastic view of the beach. Also saw a beautiful sunrise every morning.The unit was well-equipped with everything that we needed. When we arrived there was a "starter" supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, bath soap, shampoo, etc. Linens were provided (with the exception of beach towels) and the beds were already made up.We only managed to go to the beach one afternoon for a leisurely walk; however I did notice four beach chairs, in good condition, in the closet, to use if we wanted to sit at the beach for a while. Two reserved "underground" parking spaces were provided. During high season it would be great to not worry about where to park.I had no direct dealings with the management company, other than the reservation process.I would definitely recommend this unit, and I'm hoping that I'll have the opportunity to use it again in the future.

We arrived on at Saturday, and was there about an hour before checking, so we went up the road to Walmart and got a few things then headed back. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door!! It is gorgeous inside and when I stepped foot on the deck, I was in love!! My family and I thought it was very clean and the location was great, very close to shopping, nice restaurants, mini golf etc... The condo had a nicely stocked kitchen and we just couldn’t get enough of how beautiful it was decorated inside!! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who loves the beach!! Our stay definitely made us want to come back!!

First of all they need to purchase a new Toaster. The one that is in the unit barely works and takes forever to toast. Also, a new dryer needs to be purchased. The one in the unit makes a horrible noise when it is on and barely dries the clothes. Other than that this unit was very clean and the location is great.

The parking was wonderful and very close to the elevator, a real plus when you have two people with breathing issues. The unit was well equipped, actually had more than we expected. My wife and I walked in and, upon immediately seeing that gorgeous ocean through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, we knew we were in heaven. In addition to the bathrooms having complimentary toiletries (soap, conditioner, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.), the owners had a welcome packet waiting for us with coupon books, Myrtle Beach attractions to see, and Coozies. We spent a huge chunk of time playing games and drinking cocktails on the ginormous private balcony, which the sun faces nearly all day, for those looking to sunbath privately. One of the greatest parts of this location is that it's about 3 miles in both directions from the over-populated beach spots, so you truly feel like you have your own private beach, while still being able to walk a few miles on the beach in either direction if you're looking for more lively entertainment (you MUST visit the beachfront bar called Ocean Annie's, about 3 miles north. Live music and amazing cocktails!). The ONLY thing to note is that there is no grocery store in WALKING distance (the closest is about a mile away), so if you don't have a car, have a cab take you there before or else you will spend a lot of money on food delivery. We loved this unit so much that we already started looking at dates to visit again in a few months. You won't regret booking this unit! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here! It was very easy to access via code entrance and it looked exactly as imaged in the photographs. Very spacious and open concept with amazing views of the ocean from the living room balcony and the master bedroom window. The sunrises from this vantage point were breathtaking. The condo was clean and tidy, however, the unit was a bit dusty. The draperies, when moved, left a trail of dust in the air and the morning light from the windows shows a layer of dust on all the furniture. Otherwise, the bathrooms, kitchen, and linens were very clean. There is no musty smell and, being that the unit is pet and smoke free, it did not have any bad smells at all. Just the smell of the salt air. This is a great space for groups and the kitchen appliances worked great. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and it was well stocked with just about everything I needed to make all of our dishes. It even had a garlic press! Who would have thought? The condo was very quiet and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this unit again should we return to Myrtle Beach. Thanks Luxury Beach Rentals!

The pictures online does not do justice to this wonderful condo. We were extremely pleased with Robert, who was very knowledgeable when we booked and helpful during our stay. We were contacted during our stay to see if all of our needs were being met. This was a nice touch. The view from the oceanfront balcony from this unit was incredible. The pool was refreshing and well kept. We will continue to come back, as we have done in the past. The location was super. We could go to nearby restaurants and food stores, but we were in an extremely quiet area of Myrtle Beach. We were close enough to enjoy all of the attractions in Myrtle Beach, but not in the center of it all. I would recommend Carolina Dunes highly!!!

It was bigger than I even imagined. My wife & I were able to have privacy while the kids had plenty of room. The balcony was incredible and we used it often. We spent most of our time at the beach and the chairs, etc. that were supplied were very handy. We have stayed in Myrtle for many summer vacations and I will say this was the best place we have stayed. Only two recommendations, one is it would be nice to have an umbrella over the table on the balcony to provide some shade in that the balcony has full sun most of the day. The other recommendation would be to attend to the birds that are nesting in the covered parking area. The parking spots were right next to the door which was really convenient. Only issue is that we had bird droppings on our vehicle all week. Not a huge deal but it would be nice if you could discourage the birds from nesting in that area. Other than that it was fantastic and we plan on coming back again next year.

The balcony is amazing. The staff on the grounds were courteous and kept the building well maintained. We have stayed in Myrtle Beach before and most places you have a parking garage to deal with. Here you are able to park right by the entrance. It was a huge plus having a washer and dryer in the unit especially with little kids and to clean your beach towels. That was a first for us. The only thing that would make the unit better would be another set of dishes. We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to go back!

We absolutely loved the big deck. Had table and chairs on one side to have some morning coffee with the sun rise and and 2 lounge chairs on the other side to get some sun without having to leave the condo if you did not want to. Totally loved how spacious it was. Centrally located so nothing was too far away yet even during bike week, it was quiet when you wanted it to be.
