We enjoyed our stay here! The location right on the ocean was amazing — exactly what our family needed. We had three people and each of us had our own bedroom, which was such a nice perk. The two secondary rooms each had two beds, making the space super flexible for families.We could even see the beach from the room — not a direct oceanfront angle, but a nice side view that still gave us those relaxing beach vibes. The hotel itself has so much to do for kids — water parks, games, and lots of fun indoor options which made it easy to keep everyone entertained.The condo is basic but functional, with a full kitchen (just note that it’s not stocked with essentials). Overall, it was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our trip.We would definitely stay again!

The downstairs tiki bar had delicious drinks and cheap prices. The beach was steps away, and the water park was clean and open late. The location is close to lots of entertainment and attractions. The water park was great, parking easy, condo was well furnished and clean. It does have some cosmetic things that need attention and one of the tvs didn’t work but I’d stay here again.

We had a great time, with no issues. Was as described. The only thing was the TV in one of the guests rooms didn’t work but it could have been user error. We didn’t watch much tv in that room anyways so it didn’t affect the stay. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at Dunes for 15 years, newborn babies, too teenagers now. Fun for all. This was the first time booking through an outside place other than Dunes itself, and the process was smooth. Bring extra trash bags!

We loved our stay here! The room and the buildings are a bit dated but it looks like they are in the process of updating. Everything is very clean and everyone is super nice! Our kids loved the indoor water slides and lazy River. Well located by the beach and in a nice area of town, also walkable to restaurants and shops. We would absolutely stay here again!

The kids had a blast in the indoor water park. Broadway at the beach was minutes away we had fun at dave and busters and the upside down house.

This was our first time at Dunes Village Resort and we will definitely be back! It had everything to keep our children occupied- so many indoor and outdoor amenities! The condo was just as described and easy check in and out!

Was really happy overall with the condo and its amenities . Ended up picking this option due to the water park on property and kids enjoyed it when we weren’t at the beach. Entire place could use a face lift being its aging but clean and expectations were met. Can’t ask for much more than that!

The property was very clean. Sheets and towels were provided. The manager was super helpful. My only complaint is the lady at the front desk where you check-in. She wasn't friendly at all. But we enjoyed our stay.

What a great find! This location is well north of the Myrtle Beach hustle and bustle. There is the Dunes and 1 other condo next door but other than that it's mainly a nice residential area, which was a great surprise. The Indoor Water Park was so much fun for the kids, we enjoyed the lazy river and all of the slides and splash zone. There are pool tables, ping pong and shuffle boards, all with no extra "resort fee". I'm sure it's amazing in the summer with onsite beach access and a playground. There is a bar restaurant, a Starbucks and grab n go food outlet. The concierge was so helpful and check in was simple. The Condo was super clean, has an ocean view, comfortable beds, and very well equipped kitchen (everything you need to prepare meals). Just a super find. Very happy and definitely will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was awesome, the resort had so many activities we didn’t even get to everything, management was awesome and very timely. As far as the room it is a great room, however it was not very clean. There was dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the sheets had brown stains all over them in one of the rooms, the handle was laying on the floor for the slider door, there was no handle on the dryer, the shower curtains had mold on them, and there was a dead roach laying right in the middle of the bathroom floor. Aside from the cleanliness of the room everything was great and we enjoyed our time there.

The only compliant I have is the washer/dryer combo was VERY difficult to use. My relative so happens to have the exact one and was able to get it started. This is literally my only compliant.
