Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and the place was very nice our room was wonderful with a gorgeous view. The only thing I was disappointed in was we had to get in the car to go out to eat or visit shops. We are used to walking everywhere once we got to our destination. Getting in or out of the parking garage was not bad at all. We just weren’t prepared for that part of it. If you have kids it is the perfect place to stay. We do prefer a little quieter place since we are empty nesters. The checking in and out was a breeze. Overall we had a very enjoyable time

Great overall weekend escape to the beach! Convenience is key with small children (ages 3-11)! Great location if you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the Grand Strand, but still close to all the attractions. The penthouse was very clean including: bed linens and furniture. The in-room washing machine and dryer is great (don't forget to grab your laundry pods and dryer sheets) :). The kitchen is fully stocked and if you forget butter for toast for breakfast the restaurant in the Palmetto Resort is so kind and and generous to provide packs for you! The kitchen also has a coffee pot and Keurig for your morning Coffee on the balcony overlooking the beautiful beach! After a long day at the Waterpark my kids loved coming in and warming up in the jacuzzi tub, another amazing amenity about the room. The sunrise and sunset on the beach was pristine and fresh (even with the storm weather coming in) it was beautiful! Very clean, easy to find, and overall a great stay! We will be back!

This was a perfect vacation and location. The room was exceptional. Clean, spacious and welcoming. Robert was quick to reply and address a small issue that caused no inconvenience. The only recommendation is a network upgrade for both the televisions. We were unable to watch Netflix or Hulu. This did not inconvenience us in any way because we were in the pools, on the beach or playing games the hotel provided during the day. I hope to come back and stay in the exact same room. Thank you for an amazing vacation stay.

The room was very nice and clean. There was a 1980’s vaccum that didn’t work unless you used the tubing part. However, the facility and room was very nice and we would stay again!

It was great! Easy check-in and check-out process! Great location and such a fun environment for kids! They had different things each day for the kids to do! Of course it was extra but still fun!

The place was nice! The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to cook/drink. Only things was the TVs would not connect to Netflix, and the toilet was running 90% of the time so we shut it off to sleep. But overall very easy check in and being on the top floor it was very quiet and the view was beautiful! We would stay here again. Highly recommended 😊

Perfect spot for families, especially with a wide age range of children. So much to do and areas to hang out. We only left the resort to grab groceries. The beach was amazing as well. Beds were super comfy and the living areas spacious enough that we never felt on top of each other. The only thing I would recommend improving would be the cleanliness of high touch areas...door handles, door frames, refrigerator, behind the Murphy bed, oven...there was a lot of grime in places that were easy to clean with a Clorox wipe. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I just had a great trip to Myrtle Beach for Spring Break. The resort itself has so much to offer for families. The Airbnb was very clean and had everything we needed. I think I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The beds in the bedroom were clean, comfy and temperature stayed cool throughout the night. We worried about previous reviews about poor WiFi because my husband and I had to work but we had no issues at all with WiFi! The only thing I could find wrong was I believe the cleaning crew missed the sheet on the Murphy bed because it seemed to have a new food stain on it. It wasn’t a big deal for us to cover it up with a clean sheet. I would definitely come here again!

I love this hotel, so many jacuzzi's so you're not sitting around waiting for people to get out. Great for children all ages. The room itself was amazing. It had 4 beds and everything we needed. Instructions for checking in and checking out were clear. & the price for the weekend was even better!
