Gorgeous view from the sixth floor. Beach access right across the street. Easy parking. Super stress free check in and checkout. Clean safe complex. The pools were a really nice option for families with little ones as well as for quiet reading & cat naps in the sun.

This place was amazing! The view is truly breathtaking and the whole area is so peaceful. I spent every morning doing yoga with the most beautiful scenery around me — it was the perfect way to start the day. I had such a relaxing and special time here. Highly recommend!

We loved it! Stayed here for our honeymoon & it was better than perfect! Looks exactly as it’s advertised. The view is even better than the photos. Check in was simple, check out also simple. Had plenty of extra towels. Also had a beach umbrella which came to our rescue because I had brought a tent but was unaware of the no tent on the beach rule during this season for safety. Kitchen had everything u could possibly need. Room is located right next to the elevator so coming & going was a breeze. The Buckets Bar&Grill downstairs was also good & very convenient! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for it all at Myrtle Beach. Close yet far away from hustle and bustle. Perfect beach access area. Great view. 2 Balconies. Full kitchen. What more could u ask for? The only issue was the WiFi wasn’t working but we just hotspot from our phones. It was the best. I would 10/10 recommend & return.

Food left on floor in kitchen and dead bug on the floor upon arrival was a turn off. Extremely dusty and in need of upgrades in the bathroom. There were too many small items in a toddlers reach. My 18 month old could also reach the knobs on the stove, which made me extremely nervous. We stayed one of four nights., and when asked if some of the money ($1600) could be refunded due to us having to change locations because of the unsafe environment and my allergy to dust, the answer was no. I was asked for pictures, but this was after I had cleaned up the mess. My child safety was priority. I typically only stay in North Myrtle Beach, but tried this location due to the positive reviews and the panoramic view. The windows were dirty, and the outlet covers on the floor kept coming off. I would not recommend this location, especially for young children. Overpriced for this part of Myrtle Beach. You will get much better quality and a cleaner, newer location in North Myrtle Beach.

We had a great stay here. The floor to ceiling windows and balcony space was the best. Waking up and seeing panoramic views of the sunrise over the ocean was so nice. There was 1 night we laid in bed and watched fireworks on the beach. Views alone from this place was worth it in my opinion. The walk to the beach, even for my mom who’s in her 60’s and has a bad back, was a breeze. The restaurant, Buckets, downstairs was so, so good and extremely convenient. Keep in mind they limit take-out orders if going during busier times. I loved the location.. Myrtle can be very touristy and busy but Forest Dunes was away from a lot of the hustle and bustle so it was more peaceful. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within a very short driving distance (5 mins or less for the most part). Recommended dinner spot - Sea Captain’s House!

We had an amazing time while staying at Robert’s place. The condo was spotless and we felt right at home the minute we walked in. There were little touches that stood out and made us feel comfortable and at home. The dish to put your rings and jewelry, plenty of hangers, extra pillows, and the kitchen had plenty of gadgets that are needed for cooking.
Lastly but not least, the view was outstanding. Waking up and have coffee and breakfast while have a 180 degree view was peaceful and relaxing.
We would love to stay here again.

Overall 5 stars! This is a great spot! The views are stunning with the panoramic style windows. It’s clean, well decorated, upgraded, and had everything we needed. It is close to everything you’d want to do in the area. There was a minor issue with the AC that was quickly addressed and fixed. This shows how responsive Robert with his guests to ensure a pleasant stay. I will say the parking garage is a bit tight for larger vehicles, but there’s nothing you can do about that. We look forward to coming back next year! This may be our new vacation spot.

Our stay was amazing. The view is actually better in person than the pictures show. The beach wasn’t crowded, neither were the pools or hot tubs. The location is close to any attraction you may want to try. The elevators or fast and we never had to wait for them. I loved every minute and would highly recommend.

I loved the place, the pictures match! The view in the morning we’re amazing. I had to video how gorgeous the viewing of the beach! Everything was perfect, the only issue were their’s too many instructions to follow when checking out, but overall this place is a 5 star ⭐️ We will definitely be back

This is exactly what we needed. We loved that it was in a residential area away from the hustle. It was beautiful, had everything we could possibly want and peaceful. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the bedroom balcony watching the sunrise and admiring all those on the beach enjoying the same amazingness. At night we enjoyed a charcuterie board on the porch with wine and taking in Gods blessings. We felt sooo lucky and fortunate to have enjoyed such a beautiful place and can’t recommend it enough. We will definitely be booking again at our new favorite space!!

We absolutely loved our stay!! The place is literally just as you see in the pictures! It’s cozy, warm and inviting. Whether you’re sitting in the living area, kitchen, or bedroom- the ocean is right there and such a calming sound all throughout the day and night. Everything we were interested in was in walking distance and I especially loved the little bar downstairs that was next to the indoor pool and outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Everyone was so inviting and friendly and I hope to visit this same spot again. It’s nice for a small family getaway or even a couples retreat. Had a wonderful time!

Nice space for a couple. Beautiful view from floor to ceiling windows throughout the condo. Really nice green space between the building and the beach. Pools, hot tub and lazy river were all nice. Plenty of restaurants near by. Overall it was a great experience.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful 34th anniversary stay during Tropical Storm Debby! The magnificent views afforded by the unit gave us a ring side seat for watching the weather, churning waves, Myrtle Beach city storm management activity, the brave souls who were back out on the sand as soon as there was a lull.
The layout, decor, and amenities were all great. I especially liked the wood look (and feel) tile (!) on the floors: perfect for the beach. The window shades were just right: unobtrusive and out of sight during the day; easy to let down and private at night.
Very nice park strip across the street from the resort with a Forest Dunes residents' access to the beach.
Communication with our host went very well. She was responsive and helpful.
I liked the location on the north end: more residential and less hype. Plenty of places for a delicious meal nearby.
I hope that we can come again in sunnier circumstances, but I wouldn't have missed the memorable storm "show"!

this was one of the absolute best places I have ever visited.
The view was spectacular.
The Apartment was perfectly set up for everything you could ever need and want to do
2 balconies with 1 off the master bedroom so you can enjoy the ocean views from every space in the apartment

Property was not Ok. Swimming pool was down the 2 days we were there then when it was open was dirty the whole time. For a place that post no smoking everywhere I pulled cigarette butt out of the pool and it smells like smoke when your out on the balcony. Lazy river was also dirty we pulled multiple pieces of trash out of it and called it a day.I would recommend luxury beach rentals company to a friend. They were so helpful and easy to deal with I just very upset with the actual forest dunes amenities being dirty and not the condo we stayed in.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on this property. We are glad you loved the beautiful condo and are upset the property wasn't as clean as they typically keep the pools and lobby. Fd is a non smoking facility and staff is typically very strict to enforce. We do hope you will let Luxury Beach Rentals know when you plan a return trip to Myrtle Beach and hope you will come back to this beautiful condo!
