Love the fact that had washer and dryer. Felt like home had plenty of towels. Rooms were specious over all loved it had a great stay.

It is a big complex and we initially had some confusion with how to find the main desk to obtain our elevator keys and parking passes. Once we found the main desk, the woman working argued with us about the parking passes saying the passes should be in our condo. I showed her the paperwork stating we will obtain the passes at the main desk and she reluctantly gave us parking passes.Other than that initial difficulty, the condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

The location was great. It was very quiet and tranquil. The ocean view was not as close as we thought, but it was a relatively short distance to walk to from the property. The amenities were nice. The main bathroom shower was beautiful. The host was very responsive when they were contacted. The parking was good, we were able to just take the elevator to get to it. The pool was okay, I thought the indoor pool was heated, but it wasn't. The indoor hot tub was closed for maintenance but the one outside was very nice. The property maintenance guys were serious about the pool closing at 10 o'clock on the dot. We were grateful because our unit was right above the pool. The condo was clean, however, the cleaning staff are not doing a thorough job. There was some trash left under the couch. I would have never seen it if I wasn't sitting in the chair. They have not cleaned the ceiling fan in the main bedroom in some time and being allergy sensitive, it wasn't helping. They have also neglected just dusting period. The rubber track in the main shower should be replaced, mold has grown between it and the shower door. I saw a piece of the sheets on the pullout which I don't believe should have been since we were told there was linens in the closet. We didn't need to use it, but I'm sure nobody wants to recycle sheets. The few things weren't major, but need attention, we had a fabulous time, much needed R&R as well as being very close to everything. I would certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Photos were accurate. Easy walk to the beach and nice views from the room. Rentable beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach.
It was well equipped with plenty of towels which is always great! A couple of not so great things worth mentioning-
The beds were not great and we all had trouble sleeping. No comforter on the master bedroom king size bed, just an old looking blanket was a little odd.
The pull out sofa wasn’t really usable due to the head of the bed was much lower than the rest of it.
All in all for the cost it was a good stay!
