Luxury Rentals was able to save us $300 by staying there over the one bedroom. Familiar with the property over the years. It’s a great location. Very close to the beach. Nice restaurant on site and entertainment. You can’t go wrong if you stay here.

We stayed here at Island Vista. We had a great time! We enjoyed every minute of it. The only thing I would add is bring your own hair dryer. I found that the condo did not have one. Other than that we can not complain about anything. We enjoyed the whole trip. Thanks so much! Sherry and Todd Cashion

Room just as described. Beautiful location. Will definitely consider staying here again. Only issue was listing indicated an umbrella with chairs on the beach reserved through the end of September for guest although the guy monitoring the umbrellas didn't have this on his list. Just decided to leave the beach and use chairs by the pool instead.

I loved the location of the property, being so far from the craziness of the central part of Myrtle Beach, plus the hotel & pool was directly next to the beach, which was fantastic. The 9th floor oceanfront view was amazing as well !!

The room itself was a bit tired - the comforter was stained, and the pillows & chair looked old. The bathroom had peeling paint in places & the walls had drippy stains.

One thing I really didn't like was that because it was owned vs part of the hotel, there was no maid service and we had to use the same towels the whole time we were there, so just keep that in mind when renting this type of room for more than a couple of days. Also, since we flew from PA, we didn't have beach towels - if you are a guest of the hotel, they provide towels, but if you are a guest of the condo, they do not. A suggestion would be to provide maid service extra towels & beach towels, even if there would be a small extra charge for those conveniences.

This location was perfect for me. Its close to the main strip but feels far away from all of the commotion because its nestled in a residential area. The building was well kept and all of the staff throughout were very friendly. The room was very clean and view was perfect. There is not a significant amount of space in the room, although the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, compared to others but the pricing is perfect and i dont travel to the beach to sit indoors all day. I will definitely rent here again.

It was exactly what we needed and what was pictured and described. Last year we stayed somewhere else and this year we felt like we were staying in a five star resort. We had no issues and one small suggestion that a small table and chair set for eating be added. We already are wanting to book for next year but include more family so we may need a bigger place as this unit was perfect for two people! Amazing ocean views, several nights we slept with the balcony door open!

Great condo for two. We enjoyed the comfortable bed very much, and the condo was so clean. We used the indoor hot tub and pool because it was terribly cold outside. The basketball goal is a great idea. We warmed up by the lobby fireplace and the staff was helpful. Only suggestion would be an additional towel rack in the bathroom to air dry items.

We loved this place! Waking up each morning from our amazing bed to an amazing ocean view was perfection! The room was so clean and service was top notch. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant and indoor hot tub / lazy river. We miss it already!

We have stayed at the Island Vista several times, but this was the first time booking with Luxury Beach Rentals. They do a great job, everything was perfectly coordinated. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this unit and management company!

The condo was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for. Amazing ocean views and large balcony. We were here for a week enjoyed every minute! We also enjoyed the resorts amenities (lazy river, hot tubs and on site restaurant). Would highly recommend this condo!
