Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in an amazing location with the beach just a short walk down the steps. The house is beautiful; we had 12 people staying and it fit us perfectly with room to spare. Only concern is that we had my elderly parents with us and the stairs leading down from the pool deck are not marked with a landing strip on the last stair and my Mother did fall quite hard because she missed seeing the last step. Luckily she was OK but this is a safety hazard for families with small children or older relatives. This is an easy fix and should be fixed by the management company ASAP! We simply had to ensure one of was near when she or my Father were taking those stairs to the lower part of the deck. I will also say the area to walk around the pool is quite small and you must be careful or you could easily fall into the pool. Other than that we truly enjoyed the home. The kitchen is a dream and we cooked dinner for 12 almost every night without issues- a few extra pot holders or oven mitts would be helpful. But with the beach so close it was so worth it. Also- the beach - even on July 4th- was not super crowded like the other public beaches- lot's of space to spread out and play games on the beach.

Property served us very well for our vacation. There were 6 of us - 4 adults and 2 pre-teens. It was a last minute booking of this property due to an unexpected cancelation from our original property. We were so grateful this was available. The location was AMAZING. The beach access was OUTSTANDING. The home was comfortable and very spacious. The home is clearly well loved and could use a bit of TLC in certain areas, but nothing that created any issue for us and our stay. I would suggest prioritizing the kitchen and stock the heck out of it. A house that big should have a kitchen prepared to accommodate that number of guests and food. The Property Management was fantastic - super helpful and very responsive. We enjoyed our time!

this house is amazing with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The deck area with the elevated pool is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed the sprinkler on the deck, walk back from the dunes to keep sand out of the pool area. We found most of what we needed in the kitchen as far as crockpots casserole, dishes, pots, spatulas, etc. We enjoyed the enclosed lighted area with ping pong and pool tables as this provided night time entertainment for our 20 something’s.Note that the two blenders seem to be worn down and their motors dont work well anymore. The grill on the pool deck also needs some attention. The ocean air seems to have corroded it and we could not get it working. Otherwise, everything was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend.

The home was beautiful and had lots of space. It was well laid out and functional. The kitchen was spacious and well furnished.
Guests should pay attention to the address that shows up in GPS as there is an identical number and street on the north end of Myrtle Beach (putting in Surfside Beach, NOT Myrtle Beach for city was what we used to get us to this address).
We had a wonderful stay!

These were most likely palmetto bugs as South Carolina is the palmetto state and unfortunately they can find their way into houses from time to time when the doors are opened. Beautiful house and perfect location … secluded yet close to the action. Kids lived in the heated pool and hot tub. Was a little nervous about cleanliness after seeing a couple reviews…place was spotless! My wife is a clean freak and was super impressed. Yes, a little dated in areas but an overall gem which we would love to come back to.

I carried my daughter and 5 of her friends and 2 adults, 10-11 year old girls. The best thing I enjoyed the most was the private pool, the kitchen being equipped with everything & house being on the beach. We didn’t have to deal with no other people being in the pool and there probably wasn’t no more than 10 people on the beach. The pool man came while we were there and he was very friendly and did his job very well and answered any questions that I had about the kids getting back in the pool after the treatment. The house was amazing and very clean. I would say that the pictures on the site does not compare to when you drive up and walk through the house, it’s a totally whole upscale different feeling and look. Being that the house is awesome the only things that I would suggest to add would be to put solar lights on the deck it’s so dark at night, a railing on the steps to the pool and that in between tenants that the basement be cleaned of all the sand on everything and floor.

loved the location; easy access to beach, good hot tub, quick response from maintenance on a few easy to fix issues. Loved the raised pool on the same level as living area. We will make recommendations for safety improvements for those like our elderly father who was 97 and needed some help getting around. I believe it says will sleep 16, but check bed arrangements, because some would not have a private room or bath.

What's not to like. The location is perfect. It's in a quiet neighborhood right on the beach next to MB Park and literally minutes from the pier/boardwalk area where there is lots to do and plenty to eat. Spacious property has enough room for everyone. We were 7 adults and 8 children. The wide open windows in the back of the house provide breathtaking views (which included almost daily dolphin sightings). The lower-level game room is dimly lit but very functional. Would also like to point out the mgt team because it's easy to manage a property when everything goes well. But the test of property management is how they respond to a concern. I emailed them upon arrival about an issue with the hot tub and a tech was onsite in about 20 minutes to remedy the issue. Really enjoyed the property and will definitely be staying again.

The property was beautiful, the view in the living room was to die for, and the overall comfort was nice. We loved the place, loved the pool, and the oceanfront. We left a day early because of Hurricane Ian which was a bummer but had a great time while there.

Ants were a little problem but sprayed them. Need blankets in rooms. Couch separates and needs to be attached somehow. Water pressure at kitchen sink is really slow. Lots of space for everyone. Good to have the extra folding chairs.

The pool actually just spills over the skimmer when there are alot of people in the pool splashing around but its not a leak. There isnt anything beneath the pool in this area so all is good! Place is as described. Perfect place for all ages, for long walks on beach, shelling or building sand castles. Management very responsive. Only caveat is that kitchen is not well supplied with cooking utensils, and some of the utensils there are not in good condition.

This house is located perfectly in Surfside Beach, on what feels like your own private beach space. The deck walkway offers very easy beach access over the sand dunes. The pool is probably only 3-4 foot deep all the way across which was perfect for smaller kids. Pool gets full morning/daytime sun and is shaded in the late afternoon. We used Instacart to delivery groceries and DoorDash for a couple meals but the house doesn’t have house numbers so there was some confusion from the delivery drivers. The elevator goes from ground level to main level but does not go the top floor. The bathrooms are a bit dated and some are small but the view of the ocean from the main living area makes up for it! There’s an extra refrigerator in the laundry room for drinks. I don’t think we could’ve chosen a better house location in the area!

We traveled to Myrtle Beach over our kids Spring Break April 3-10, 2021. The property was just as we expected and more! Very clean and is picture perfect location. We had a question about the gas grill and received a call back from property management within minutes. This property is perfect for small or extended families with plenty of beds and a private walkway to a very quiet beach. Make sure you wake up in time for the sunrise! Excellent time. We can’t wait to go back.

The house is great with amazing views of the ocean thru huge floor to ceiling windows. Tons of room with a big kitchen. The elevated pool on the deck was so great because you could see the ocean when you were in the pool. The location on the beach was like having your own private beach. The house is great, on the beach, with a private pool. There had been a negative review so I was initially worried however none of the previous writers concerns were substantiated. The pool does not leak and the hot tub worked perfectly. The gas grill was super. Every appliance worked. Loved the big kitchen with 2 refrigerators and plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed the beach so much. We ate out only one night in Murrells Inlet at Hot Fish Club- highly recommend. I give our entire experience 5 stars.

Everything about this home is comfortable ... the perfect getaway. Because our stay was during November, I can only imagine how this house would accommodate guests during peak season ... it appears to have everything anyone would need to enjoy a luxurry beach vacation!

We came to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday here with his sisters, brothers, our children and grandchildren. The house was as pictured. We have stayed in Myrtle Beach before, so I had a rough idea of location. It was exactly what we were looking for. The outside deck was a little worn, as that can be expected on the water, and I am not a fan of carpeting, (there was very little) but it did not affect our fantastic time at all! Everyone was happy with the accommodations and location. Quiet neighborhood, so it was perfect with the children. You do have to have a car to get places, but we knew that ahead of time. Very close to airport and shopping. Murrel’s Inlet is a short drive away, for fishing and eating etc. heading south, and Broadway on the Beach about 20 minutes away as well. Fun area for the kids. Of course golf is everywhere , so no worries there for the golfers. Would come again!

If there was a 6 Star rating this property would get it. Clean, classy and comfortable. The beach is just a few steps from the back deck and the pool and hot tub were excellent. And when we had one minor problem, the property management company responded immediately. Plus we were near everything and never had to drive more than 25 minutes to any of the attractions, golf courses or restaurants we selected.

It’s even better than the pictures. We had been planning this family vacation with our kids and grandkids and there was much excitement and anticipation. Nothing disappointed us! The beach view is gorgeous, and this is not a crowded beach like some other Myrtle locations. We spent the majority of our time on the beach or enjoying the beautiful deck,pool, hot tub, pool table and ping pong. Oh and the chess table was a hit with our chess savy grandson who challenged everyone😄 Luxury Beach Rentals are second to none. We were so well looked after! The staff are excellent. A shout out to Lauren! The property was extremely clean, Everyone of us voted to come back and there were 18 of us from 4 to 64. You won’t be disappointed!

The house is beautiful with amazing views and a great location. It was very cold during our stay, so we weren’t able to walk the beach except for one afternoon, but the grandkids loved the heated pool and the hot tub! There was lots of room for our family. The neighborhood was very quiet and secluded. Broadway on the Beach was only about 5 miles away. Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 4 families, 8 adults and 6 children ages 1 to 10. It rained 3 of the 7 days, one day it rained almost all day. It didn't matter, there was plenty to do and swimming in the warm rain was fun. The house location is perfect, very quite area, very private beach. The house itself is amazing, they thought through all of the little details when they built this house. For example, the small pool which is prefect for the kids is on the second level and your view of the beach in not blocked by the sand dunes, the walkway to the beach is off to one side so it doesn't obstruct the view of the beach, and the shower is at the halfway point on the walkway to minimize the sand brought up from the beach. The interior of the house is also well laid out, Someone did a great job paying attention to the details. We will be coming back, a great place to stay. Large house, it slept 9 of us comfortably in our own beds. I would highly recommend low tide too, and we hope to be back soon.

Low Tide Too is an absolutely beautiful house and the location with a private beach is perfect. I wanted to stay in a quiet location away from the noisy crowded beaches and I found it! The house has everything you could possibly want and more. Although the pool heater wasn't working and we were unable to use the pool, we still had the best vacation rental in Myrtle Beach. We were not ready to come home and we will definitely rent this house again! Thanks Robert and Lisa for the amazing customer service. It was definitely 5 stars too!!!

You couldn't ask for anything. All amenities were there. A couple of maintenance issues and they were there within an hour. If there was one negative, it was the slow/spotty Wi-Fi. I would highly recommend this property for a care free luxury vacation.

The pool was fantastic for all - especially the children. We all fit around the amazing kitchen table perfectly for meals. We spent all of our family time gathered on the deck or in the living room. Our young adults enjoyed the pool table in the garage and the hot tub. The management company was a dream to deal with. IT WAS FABULOUS! We hope to never hunt for another vacation home! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family - 4 generations, ages 85 to 6 weeks - had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was an ideal location for us. Secluded beach in a nice area not far from attractions. We could not believe how fabulously well equipped the kitchen was and how many extras were there (i.e. a closet full of beach towels, a high chair & more). We love having a large room where all 18 of us could all gather and a pool on the same level as the main room. The elevator that went from the ground to the 1st floor by one bedroom was perfect for the great grandmother. And Lisa at Luxury Beach Rentals is a photographer who we hired to come take family photos. Management (Robert) could not have been nicer. The house was spotless - looks just like the pictures. My mother-in-law did not want to leave! We would love to go back.

Since all of our girls are grown wuth jobs and their own lives and in laws it's hard to get them all together at the same time anymore. So I planned the murtle beach vacation. It was so nice having everyone in one house. But the girls and their husbands still had their own space to relax of they wanted. My grandchildren absolutely loved the pool and beach being so close. It's a lovely house. It seems to need a little tlc from a handy man some door knob were loose my husband tightened them up. We were there in off season vut weather was perfect. I would certainly rent from this company again.

Having an oceanfront view from a spectacular home was the icing on the cake! The house was immaculate, and the layout was amazing. Every desirable amenity was present, and the easy access to the beach was perfect!

We all loved the home and all the fun things to do there. The ocean was so close to the house that it looked like you were sitting in it from inside. The pool was on the upper deck so you could view the ocean while enjoying the pool. The beach by the house was not over populated like many other beach homes. We had 14 family members and had plenty of room to add more. Our family would recommend this beach house for an ultimate relaxing stay.

The house, pool and outside was clean and comfortable. We had four couple each with their own bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom is wonderful! The sunrises and evenings on the deck were very enjoyable. Closer to the beach than expected which was great. Good location to have short drive to the different areas in Myrtle Beach. Peaceful and quiet location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So satisfied with Low Tide Too! Location was wonderful! Couldn't believe the seclusion. There were 15 of us. 13 adults and two toddlers. Had plenty of room for privacy. The large family room, the laundry, the pool, the quiet beach and that View!!! Rained one day so the pool table and ping pong were an added activity. The home was well stocked with dishes and utensils and the grill was great to have. Two refrigerators was a great convenience! The only thing I would be critical of was that the pool deck is in need of repair as well as the furniture. And we had to buy toliet tissue and use our own bath soap but those were small things. There were lots of activities to keep us busy if we wanted too; shopping, parasailing, The Aquariam, water sports, bike riding, ocean activities and restaurants! We ate at Crabby Mikes, T-Bones, Footlong Hot Dogs and Ice Cream places! All in all, a wonderful place for a family vacation. Pricey but worth every penny!

The house exceeded all expectations. Could not ask for a better location & view with excellent customer service from property mgmt. Due to the close proximity of the State park, we practically had a private beach. Has to be the best house on the water. Great restaurants and activities close by. Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Boardwalk amusement area with great rides, not to mention 2 of the nicest golf courses I ever played. I definitely look forward to a return trip.

We took advantage of the heated pool and hot tub. Along with nice long walks on beach and not the lack of crowds was a great way to relax and enjoy the area.We would definitely recommend and come back again.

From the floor to ceiling windows looking out over the deck, swimming pool and the ocean was breathtaking. The beautiful spacious rooms , the kitchen and the 5.5 bathrooms were appreciated. From days spent on the beach enjoying sun and surf, relaxing and playing beach games, we made plenty of precious memories! Wish you could see the pictures!!! Being close to the Commons and other great shopping areas plus great eating and entertainment was a bonus!! On the day we were leaving we were already talking about coming back. Kitchen equipment and service were more than we expected. Linens, towels, etc were plentiful. Even better, there were beach chairs, beach towels, and many more items we didn't expect to have provided by the management company. All of these positives, and the beach was just a few steps from the deck and pool. Once again, this rental was a great experience for our entire family and we would highly recommend this house to friends and relatives.

After getting there we were pleased to find that it was much more than we were expecting. Pool floats, beach toys and boogie boards were already there. Pool table, ping pong and hot tub were also big hits. Every detail of this house and the process for renting it is so perfectly coordinated and thought out. We feel very lucky to have found this amazing house and cannot wait to come back!

The views are incredible from everywhere in the house, you even have panoramic ocean views while you swim! The house was spotless and I am a stickler for cleanliness. The house is right next to the Market Common which was great and not far from Broadeay at the Beach where we took the kids a couple times. We have rented upscale home in Myrtle Beach for 7 years now and this is by far the best. Simply put this house is amazing! We will absolutely be back next year and recommend to other family's!

The pool was very cold on the first day so I am not sure if the heater was turned on one day prior to us arriving. Our 10 year old daughter also developed a very bad rash as a result of swimming in the pool that lasted for almost two weeks.

Thanks for the review, we have switched pool companies that service the pool and hot tub. As a result have not had any other issues. We strive to make every rental experience a great one and will do anything for our renters.
