The Marina 5-301

The Marina 5-301 is a very spacious, beautiful unit in Grande Dunes resort and Marina. This unit has a wraparound balcony and great views of everything the resort has to offer. Beautifully landscaped pool area with 2 hot tubs and a bar. The unit itself was very clean and in good shape. The only negative is there is seating for just 4 people in the LR and is not very comfy. There is a DR table and chairs for 4 people in the living area as well.. but not comfy to sit and watch TV. There is SO much room that they could certainly add another comfy couch or a sectional. Beds were very large and comfortable. We LOVED our time here.

I have stayed at this rental several times and it never has disappointed. It is always clean and well kept. The manager has always been available if I needed anything. It is so close to some of the best restaurants and attractions. As I told the doorman I will see him again. You couldn't find a better unit to stay at.

Our family of 4 spent 6 nights. We enjoy the pool and the atmosphere being kid friendly. It’s is our “go-to” place when we go to Myrtle Beach.

This is an annual celebration for my wife and I, we love Myrtle Beach. We were located to all the places thelat we love to eat and places to hang out. The condo was like being at home. We really enjoyed the views of the harbor and the Grande Dunes Resorts a lovely place to sit by the fire in the lobby and have a glass of wine while planning the days events.

This is the second year that my wife and myself rented from Luxury Beach Rentals at the Marina Inn. Top notch customer service and staff at the resort. Pool area is beautifully laid out with plenty of chairs and cabanas. Very quiet and peaceful week.

The condominium was beautiful with gorgeous views.Kitchen was well equipped.Everything clean.Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to everybody.Only one thing we were not happy was the smell of marihuana in the elevators and hallways and around the pool area.But that is something owners might not have control over.
