This unit is unique with its extra-large circular living room and three balconies all which have stunning views of the Intracoastal waterway, marina and pool area! You will feel right at home with its large open kitchen, flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, spacious circular living room and three private balconies giving plenty of room for you and your guests to enjoy your Myrtle Beach vacation. Other features include a king bed in the master along with full bath, second bedroom offers a king bed and the living room has a queen size pullout sleeper sofa.
Located in the esteemed Golden Mile area of Myrtle Beach, the resort offers a prime central location with easy access to all local attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The property features a vast array of amenities, including a large outdoor pool, two hot tubs, an indoor pool, and a fitness center equipped with a sauna. Guests also have access to a private section of the beach (5 minute drive) with towels, chairs, umbrellas and a beach bar offering a variety of food and drinks. The Oceanfront Beach Access does not include access to the adjacent "Ocean Club", which is a private membership club also located on the Grande Dunes.
- Beach Service is available May through September.

-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.
-25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

I have stayed at this rental several times and it never has disappointed. It is always clean and well kept. The manager has always been available if I needed anything. This is an annual celebration for my wife and I, we love Myrtle Beach. We were located to all the places thelat we love to eat and places to hang out. The condo was like being at home.
