The unit is conveniently located on the 2nd floor (lobby level) providing easy access without the need for stairs or elevators. You will feel right at home in its large open kitchen, flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, spacious living room and a private balconies giving plenty of room for you and your guests to enjoy your Myrtle Beach vacation. This two bedroom condo has a king bed in the master along with full bath, second bedroom offers two queens, and the living room has a queen size pullout sleeper sofa. The master bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the marina and resort pool.
Located in the esteemed Golden Mile area of Myrtle Beach, the resort offers a prime central location with easy access to all local attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The property features a vast array of amenities, including a large outdoor pool, two hot tubs, an indoor pool, and a fitness center equipped with a sauna. Guests also have access to a private section of the beach (5 minute drive). The Oceanfront Beach Access does not include access to the adjacent "Ocean Club", which is a private membership club located on the Grande Dunes.

This condo was so convenient and clean and the place has 24 hour security. Very family friendly and tons of things to do and places to go all so close by. Fabulous family retreat!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Marina #7206!! So convenient being steps away from the lobby. The resorts location is so convenient to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. The place is even nicer than the pictures!! So comfy! The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The outside decks are so nice and the perfect place to watch sunsets! The pool area is amazing. Shuttle to the beach is so convenient. The onsite restaurants and Starbucks are nice too. And Ruth’s Chris and 357 Raw Coastal Bar are steps away also. We will definitely stay in this unit again!
