Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to multiple maintenance issues. The AC for half of the condo did not work, which made it uncomfortable, especially at night. The dryer also did not work, and I later found out from another guest in the adjacent condo that they were experiencing the same problems.
When I contacted maintenance, it took more than four hours for someone to arrive both times. The maintenance man explained that the thermostats were installed too close together, which caused them to interfere with each other. However, no alternative solution was provided, and I was not offered a portable AC unit.
For the price and expectations of this stay, the lack of timely repairs and solutions was very frustrating. I hope the property owner addresses these issues for future guests.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this unit to have all of our kids, their partners and my mom come with us on vacation and it was perfect! There was ample space to spend time together and a big kitchen to cook in and everyone still had their own space for privacy. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and the rooms were spacious. Comfy beds and lots of towels. The location is perfect if you are newer to Myrtle Beach, you are still in the quiet area of North Myrtle Beach and just a 15min drive to South Myrtle for a visit. You are also across from Barefoot Landing which is a fun spot for families in the evenings when it's a little cooler out

This property is on the beach, just a few steps away. Our condo was on the 10th floor with great views of the beach & also of the resort’s swimming pools. Security is excellent-our group of 5 women felt very safe. We needed to pick up our keys from the rental agency which is not located at the resort. We were able to get by without rental a car. We just used Uber when we went out to dinner away from the resort. Resort staff are very nice, friendly, & professional. We loved our rental!

Great place to have an extended family vacation. We loved the pools and amenities at the resort. The apartment was cool and clean.

We had a great stay. The public areas were fantastic. Several pools with easy access to the beach. Loved that there were five bedrooms each with their own private ensuite bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. The location was convenient to everything North Myrtle has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at this ocean view apartment! The place was spotless, the views were absolutely stunning, and the amenities made our trip so comfortable. It’s a perfect spot for family fun and relaxation. Would definitely come back!!

This property is awesome! Just as described. We have stayed in several of the other units before and this by far is one of the best. Very well maintained and kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils needed for an at home experience. Would definitely stay here again if available during our next visit to Myrtle Beach.

The views were amazing. The weather was not warm enough to swim in the outdoor pools but the lazy river inside was used a lot as well as the pool inside. Would love to go there in the summer and enjoy all the pools.
