If you want to stay in a place with resort style living this is the place. We were pleasantly surprised. We felt like we were in the Caribbean! Great food and service at the bar and grill. Very friendly workers. loved this place. Loved the pools. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back!

Amazing resort! Quiet, clean condo with incredible ocean view from the 15th floor. The pools were the best part. 8+ pools to choose from, my kids were in heaven. And steps away from the beach. Tents are not allowed on N. Myrtle, keep that in mind, but resort has umbrellas and chairs for rent if needed. Kitchen was stocked with every utensil you could need but provide your own seasoning/condiments etc. Washer/dryer was a nice feature as well. Already wanting to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was comfortable and clean. Pools were great and the location was great as well. Pool area staff was not great at enforcing rules - picked and chose what rules they enforced. Also there seemed to be a lot of non-guests that were able to make it into the pool area which was annoying. We've stayed in rentals where there were pool toys and beach toys/chairs provided in the unit. That would have been nice for a family that flew in vs drove. Also the property was pretty stingy with items in the unit - limited soap/toilet paper/paper towels and nothing in the kitchen other than plates/pots/pans. Beach is gorgeous though. Check out was unpleasant with limited elevators shared by cleaning staff and one was not working.

While we do not manage the building’s common areas, we will certainly share your comments with the onsite management team, as guest security and comfort are important to everyone involved. Regarding the starter supplies in the unit—such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels—we provide a basic welcome set to get guests started, and we include this information in the check-in materials so guests can plan accordingly. We’re sorry to hear that check-out was less than ideal due to the elevator situation. We understand how frustrating that can be and will pass this feedback along to building management as well. We had a great spring break week. 5 adults and we had plenty of room. The view is incredible and the pools were so nice. We spent time on the beach every afternoon and finished by hanging out at the pool and tiki bar. Definitely worth a trip to this place.

We loved our stay at this unit. It is very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Location was perfect for us. Easy check in with precise instructions as well as checking out. Well equipped kitchen. All the appliances worked well. The pools and hot tubs were very nice and even provided adult only hot tubs. Several children’s pools. Our stay was perfect and we will definitely book again! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Your place is a gem!

This was our first time at North Beach Resort, which was an absolute dream! Everything was clean, exactly as pictured and described. Luxury Beach staff were so responsive and welcoming as were all of the staff at the resort! Security was top notch, we felt very safe.
The condo was beautiful! We had 4 adults and 3 kids, plenty of room. Really nice view from the balcony and the amenities were also amazing with many pools, hot tubs, lazy River, outdoor fire place and of course, beach access. We highly recommend this unit and can’t wait to go back!!

We had 4 adults & 3 kids - plenty of room. It was great to have the 3 full baths for each bedroom. The sofa bed worked out great as well & was comfortable. Location was great. Amenities onsite with restaurant & bar was super convenient with long pool & beach days. We locked ourselves out of the room and the company came to us so quickly & got us in. Excellent customer service - would stay again!

NB has great amenities as far as the pools and Ocean Ages 5-59 all had a wonderful time The indoor water area was closed and that was a bummer for my grandkids but they had a blast anyway The condo was very nice a bit dated but extremely clean and we would stay again Luxury Rental associates were fantastic I had a few questions and was confused about a few things but they were great I think this is our 3rd time booking with Luxury Rentals and will absolutely go through them again

This condo was extremely spacious! We had 6 kids with us on our vacation and had plenty of space! The balcony was also extremely spacious and could comfortably fit us all! Luxury Beach was very communicative, responsive and proactive! Highly recommend!

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodations and would certainly stay there again. Check-out instructions were a little confusing as it stated garbage must be thrown out prior to leaving, but garbage chutes on property were locked.
