My wife and I did a last minute getaway & stayed here for 3 nights. We absolutely loved this place!!! Our host was very communicative & friendly. Check in was easy with the provided door codes for both the building and home. This place was one of the cleanest homes we ever encountered. The home was very nicely decorated & well appointed with modern appliances. Not one time did we feel like we were at a hotel or condo. We felt totally "at home" with the ambiance of this unit. The location was on the first floor. It was super easy to unload & load at the front entrance of the building. We never had to use the elevator; so convenient! The home was located right at the very end of the hallway. Being at the end of the building, there were 6 additional windows which brought in a lot of natural light. It was super quiet!!! The balconies faced a beautifully decorated courtyard & we can see & hear the ocean. Loved the indoor pool. We had a relaxing time & highly recommend this place.

Condo was perfect. Well equipped with everything we needed and more! The space was beautifully furnished with a beautiful ocean view. Mattresses were so comfortable, latest model HD TVs...it felt just like home.

We stayed at Northampton Tower and let me start by saying it was a fantastic place. My family loved the condo and its spacious rooms and all of its great offerings inside the condo.
My rub or frustration was that the listing the management company originally had certain pools available to us within Kingston (I.e. Splashpad) but after booking and paying the first installment, the listing was changed. Frustrating because our kids really wanted to use the splashpad and that’s partly why we booked this space.
The management team did apologize and offer us some other options, so we decided to stay… again- we really loved the condo but management seemed to have the listing wrong and then changed it on us, but made up for it (somewhat) in the end.
Overall- if you don’t care about access to the other pools in the area- book this place, it’s amazing.
