Ocean Blue 902 | Luxury Beach Rentals

Description

A few activities you can do at the resort is go visit our private outdoor and indoor pools with a lazy river and hot tub. Easy and quick access to the beach for a quick swim in the ocean or simply take a stroll and visit the nearby ocean piers. As well as ocean sports, such as jet skies, parasailing, banana boat and others, all at walking distance.

This condo building is very secure with coded access into the building. You will have a designated parking spot on the upper garage level (2nd Floor) for your vehicle as well as one visitor spot. All visitors spots are first come first serve. You are allowed to park 2 vehicles MAX in the Ocean Blue Garage (This is enforced by the building HOA, unfortunately no exceptions).

Ocean Blue 902 has a fully equipped kitchen and offers plenty of seating in the living room which has patio door access to the oceanfront balcony.

• Bedroom 1- King Size bed, private bathroom and oceanfront balcony access

• Bedroom 2- 2 Queen size beds, private restroom and oceanfront balcony access

• Bedroom 3- 1 Queen size bed and 1 bunkbed (2 fulls)

• Bedroom 4- King Size bed, attached bathroom

• Parking limited to 2 vehicles ONLY - Additional parking passes can be purchased at the resort next door Sun N Sand Resort for $14/day or there is metered parking in front of the building for $10/day.

• Luxury Linen package included!

• This is a non smoking/non-vaping building, including balconies with the exception of a designated smoking area.

• 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

• No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

• We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent
Pool bands must be returned to the rental office on checkout. Unreturned pool bands will result in charges to replace them.

This unit was well worth every penny we paid. 4bdrms/ 4 FULL baths...Outstanding. I wanted something different and this had a WOW Factor! This was the perfect spot. Sooo many designs, colors and personal touches. You could immediately tell the owner put design, love, and complete thought into making this unit different but comfortable. This was a great location for our family's fall beach vacation. We loved how private the bedrooms were and having attached separate bathrooms was a great bonus. There was room for everyone at the huge dining table. We loved being right on the beach and the spa downstairs became a regular evening routine.

Great view of the beach! Loved that it was oceanfront . Place was super clean and had everything we needed. Boardwalk and lots of things to do only 10 minutes away which was nice. Would definitely come again!

We stayed for a week in a 4 bdr condo. The garage was very tight and a challenge to figure out initially. The location is a little too close to central Myrtle for my taste, I usually stay in North Myrtle. Condo was spacious and clean if a bit out dated. The furniture seemed a little too massive and wall paint colors very dark. I think the place would seem much larger with different decor. Overall It was a nice enough place and convienient to the beach and a pier for fishing. Kiddie pooIs good. wish I would have parked my 3rd vehicle (I was alloted 2 spaces) on the street rather than at the sketchy condo next door as it was a bit of a pain and $100 for the week. We had an issue with the neighbors below us partying loudly and till around 2 am, I finally found someone that was cleaning one of the floors who called "Scott" who told him to tell the people to quiet down. Some people have ZERO regard for others. This never happended at the Hilton properties I normally stay.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Gorgeous views and ocean breeze from large balcony. Love the various bed sizes that fit our two families beautifully. Wonderful communication from rental property. Well stocked kitchen, large closets, and huge dining table. Box fans in each closet made for great “white noise” for those who went to bed earlier.

902 was a great condo for our family. The location is great, just south of the heavy commercialized area of Myrtle Beach. Far enough away to not be bothered by it. The Market Common is a great area for restaurants, bakeries, juice bar and shopping. The management does a great job of keeping the building clean and well monitored. 902 was spacious and well stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. The condo is well decorated with beautiful furnishings and plenty of seating for everyone. Loved the balcony as well. The pool and two lazy rivers are nice as well as the hot tub. Everyone in our family had an enjoyable time and liked the condo. We would stay her again.
