- 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 60 days prior to arrival.

- This house is non smoking.

- No Motorcycles or trailers allowed.

- Parking limited to 6 vehicles

- We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited – violation of this will result in eviction with no refund
