Paradise Resort Unit 1407

Very nice condo and location. It is everything one would expect for a nice stay. The front door sticks VERY badly....If you're old or weak it will be a problem. A scan pass is needed to access door to enter building from all upper levels of parking garage. This is NOT provided and should be as my vehicle was too large to fit in lower level spaces. I sweet talked the front desk and she gave me one for my stay and said I should have been provided with one by my owner. Also check ahead before you was bike week when we stayed...Big party in lower level of garage All Day. No issue but loud. Easy access to a VERY nice beach. On site restaurant was only open 7-10 daily so don't count on eating dinner on site. Overall I would definitely book again it was a great condo!!!

I’m sorry about the front door sticking — that shouldn’t be a problem and I’ve reported it to maintenance to be fixed. Apologies that a parking scan pass wasn’t provided up front; guests with larger vehicles should receive one and I’ve updated our check-in instructions to ensure passes are available and noted on future reservations. Thanks for the heads-up about bike week and the lower-level party — we’ll add event reminders to the listing so guests can plan for possible noise. Also appreciate the note about the restaurant hours; we’ll clarify those and list nearby dining options. Awesome place to stay

Host was friendly, timely, and let us check in early when the unit was ready. We didn't require assistance during our stay, but he checked on us a couple times.
The access to the beach was wonderful with only 5-6 wooden steps down to the sand. We didn't use the pools, but the area seemed clean and well stocked with lots of activity.
We didn't spend a lot of time in the unit and didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need to cook basic things. The linens were standard and the beds were comfortable.
The unit was more dated than I expected and could use a total refresh in the off season. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, but the carpet was old and needs to be replaced.
No fault of the hosts, but other people don't follow rules and the smell of pot was strong in the elevators and on the balcony. I didn't reach out to anyone, but maybe the host can address it with the hotel.
We used the unit mainly for sleeping so the 2 BR and 2 Bath were perfect.

The condo at Paradise Resort was clean and as described. Updated appliances would be a bonus and the front door could use some attention. There was plenty of space and storage for 2 children and 2 adults, comfortable beds and furniture. We loved the ocean view from the large balcony and the quick beach access and the kids loved the lazy river. Scooby's became our go to for a quick bite to eat, as it was easy to order online and within walking distance. All instructions were clear and the property staff was very nice and helpful. Note...if the key cards don't work, take them to the front desk to have them reset.

The condo at Paradise in Myrtle Beach was as described. Gorgeous ocean front view, nice pool and tiki bar. Fun entertainment during Happy Hour and easy beach access. There were a few things like the hot water in the kitchen and the front door needs some attention. You literally have to use most of your body weight to open the door. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. The kitchen was stocked well with all the basic cooking necessities. Check in was very easy and convenient. Thank you Robert for a wonderful vacation.

The condo was beautiful, furniture was nice and updated. Beds were pretty decent. Robert replies quickly. AC was not working when we arrived, however they sent 6 people over 4 days and finally got it going again. Not much warm water in the kitchen but the bathrooms had plenty. The balcony curtains didn’t work at all. But overall the host is fantastic and very responsive. Hoping we receive a partial refund due to the AC inconvenience. :) 9/10 would recommend.

Perfect beach view from the deck for the sunrise. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Robert was amazing in communication. This is a perfect place for families with children. Would recommend this place for families with children.
