The property management company was very professional and consistently answered questions timely and accurately. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained. Ample kitchenware and appliances also available...more than expected! The entire family raved about how wonderful this property was and we were extremely satisfied.

We had an excellent stay! Six adults, two teens, five nights. The house is amazing and we didn’t even take advantage of everything it has to offer. It was only in the low 70’s for highs when we were there, but the pool heat was still warm enough for the kids to swim! The living room was super comfy to play the plentiful game collection, watch TV, or read by the bay window with the waves in the background!Great location, the water was SO close, amazing views! Easy to get anywhere we wanted to go in Myrtle BeachManagement was very responsive on a couple minor issues. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Myrtle Beach!

Views were breathtaking! We loved the large picture window in the living room! As soon as you walked out of the bedroom in the morning all you saw was ocean! It was unreal! Then to be able to walk out on your private deck and straight onto the beach is something I’ve never gotten to experience and let me tell you I’m hooked! We can’t wait to come back!

Great property for family vacation. We had a good bit of rain, but we were never without things to do indoors due to the many games and pool room. When we were outside, we enjoyed the swimming pool and spa, and we were just a stone’s throw from the ocean- perfect for when our little ones needed a short break. We ate in most of our meals, and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools and appliances. We utilized the second fridge too! And I must mention the wonderful view of the ocean from the huge picture window in the living room! Fabulous!!!

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this home. The pool was really nice, and relaxing to sit by and soak up the sun. The beach was amazing, and having the deck to sit on was perfect at night! The house was clean, well stocked, and had lots of games and activities.

House was lovely… the only thing I would change would be an umbrella for the table and chairs so you can have a shaded meal outside and to ask that the lawn care business that manages the grounds uses their equipment at reasonable hours.. the last day we were there they were actually using the leaf blowers and lawn mowers at 7 am… It’s also unfortunate that to use the hot tub you have to pay $60 a day… generally this is not a cost that most houses charge. Otherwise if you love the beach the view is amazing and the deck furniture is great! Would definitely recommend to others!

Our families loved the convenience of being oceanfront, and the area of the beach for the house was so calm and not crowded!! We also loved being able to walk right back to enjoy some fun in the pools and all the other fun things downstairs. The house was fully loaded with so many kitchen gadgets, which made it easy and fun to cook there, but the house location was also close to lots of great restaurants. The bunkbeds were a hit with the kids, along with all of the other games and fun things to do. And you can’t beat the view from the living room window!!! We loved our stay and hope to be back to Picture Perfect soon!

We had 7 people in our group ranging in age from 12 to 71 and everyone had a great time. The pool and hot tub were the biggest hit. The view of the ocean and easy access to the beach was also wonderful. Everyone had a clean and comfortable space in the home and could spread out. The game room was very fun when it was raining (we had pool and foosball tournaments). The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and it was so nice to have the washer/dryer. The management company was very responsive and helped us right away with heating the hot tub. The location was also great. Loved it!

We stayed at the property for two weeks in the fall with family (wife and I, mother-in-law, teenage son and his friend). This home was fantastic with amazing views of the ocean and easy access to the beach via the deck directly from the house. Home was perfect for us and included living areas to spend time together as well as separate spaces including a game room. The ‘office’ area was a huge bonus for me to get work done while enjoying two weeks from reality. The management company also did their best to accommodate a last minute issue when we had to get a flat tire fixed on morning of checkout. Overall experience with this home was great and hopefully we’ll have the opportunity to come back.

This place was BEAUTIFUL! I would go back in a heart beat. The view is STUNNING! I highly recommend waking up to see the sunrise every morning you are here. We had a peaceful stay which is what we needed. The house was spacious, and had plenty to do. The negatives were the hot tub did not work while we were there and you had to pay extra to use it (we did not know that before we booked). They refunded the money paid when they realized it did not work. You must also pay extra if you would like to have the pool heated as well. They only provide one toilet paper roll per bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. Be prepared to bring extra TP, paper towels, hand soap, detergent, etc. Even with all the extra things we had to bring/buy, we would stay again - it was that beautiful!

Clean, great location the only issue was hot tub. we had to call a few times for maintenance. Saturday and Sunday it worked not at all. Monday maintenanced came at 4pm so we lost almost three days with hot tub rental. Im hoping we get reimbursed for that amount of the non usable days. We will be back to this rental and i will refer as I am in the travel business my self.

This house was very nice in the way it was laid out. Everyone had their privacy. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Great beach access.The only problem we had was that the grill would not light. Had gas coming to it. We like not having to eat out every night so this was a disappointment.

It was not only beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, but had amenities galore. You would never have to leave this property with everything that was included in this rental. Ping Pong and pool table, 4 hole putting green, corn hole, play station and games, chess and checker board table, pin ball machine, and the list continues. We did have a problem with the hot tub and pool not heating due to a computer board issue but was replaced as quickly as possible. We definitely would recommend this property and will try to rent it again next year.

The location was perfect for us -- private on the beach, yet a few minutes drive to Myrtle Beach and Pawley's Island for fun and restaurants. The master bedroom is spacious, the kitchen extremely well-stocked and the condition of furniture simply beautiful. My only two recommendations are to add one or two standing lamps in the Master Bedroom as the only lighting is bedside AND we missed having a meal at the outdoor table because it is not shaded at all. Please consider adding an umbrella to that area. We will definitely be back!

The home is defined by the amazing view of Ocean in main living area. The vastness of Ocean viewing & semi private beach this provides is top tier. I would add this view actually exceeds the photo. Home is very well stocked. It had an array of extras you don't always get, air fryer, Marvel Pinball, ping ping table, beach chairs, corn hole, blue tooth speaker for pool / sun deck music, steam shower in master bath, play station w family & kid games. The layout is perfect for hanging w family members or you can exit your bedroom's individual balcony & escape to pool or beach. The maintenance team was efficient w small items that came up. Home very modern. It has a feel that all rooms have had updates. We will definitely be back.

We rented out the property for a final trip before our wedding and let me tell you no one was disappointed! We did max out the amount of people we can have there and I would not recommend having 12 adults actually stay there overnight as it felt a little crowded. Having the private beach has to be my top favorite experience at this property. The location is perfect you can get to all the main places within 20 min tops. This property does have a speaker system throughout the house but I would recommend you bring a speaker also as it was very touchy system to use and you can’t hear the music on the beach. Overall I would definitely rent this house out again and would 100% recommend it. Top 5 rental experiences we had.

This oceanfront home was just what we wanted…a clean, luxury home right on the ocean. We loved walking out on the patio and hearing the ocean waves crash into the surf. This home was very clean and true to the pictures on the listing. The owners communicated well before and during our stay. You can tell they care for their property and really want you to enjoy your time there. The beaches were wonderful and not crowded even when the rest of Myrtle Beach was packed with tourists. We spent most of our time at the property away from others tourists enjoying the beach and pool. We had a great experience here and would definitely stay again if we were ever to come back to Myrtle Beach.

WOW! Walk upstairs from the foyer to the main part of the house and WOW the most spectacular ocean view will greet you! The incredible ocean views from almost every window and the gorgeous house really do look as beautiful in real life as they do in the photos! This was our first time renting a beach house and it was an even better experience than we expected! Janet (the host) was quick to respond with any questions leading up to our stay and also answered any questions that came up while we were there. The beach house is equipped with everything we needed as a family with two young children- beach and pool toys, beach towels, meal prep equipment in kitchen, etc. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was wonderful walking out to the beach each day to play in the sand and ocean and also enjoy the private pool with our children. We enjoyed all of our meals at the house and utilized the kitchen to make breakfast and lunch each day and ordered take-out from local restaurants for dinner. There is a grocery store and a dollar store within a 5 minute drive and a nice outdoor shopping area under 10 minute drive. We cannot wait to visit again!!

We recently stayed at this home just south of Myrtle Beach. The online description is highly accurate. It's as close to the ocean as you can get, has a wonderful pool area, deck, and pier. The beach is private to the development and doesn't get much traffic which is great if you want a nice quiet beach vacation. Our contact, Janet, was very helpful if we had questions. Great experience, recommend highly.

This house is really in a fantastic location, just south of Myrtle Beach and close to state park, but not crowded at all. Communication was great, beach toys and corn hole available. I do think this house is more of a 3 bedroom with office and game room (4th bedroom is pull out couch with game tables so can't play games if someone is sleeping there). Also, make sure you ask how to use the TV as it was tricky to figure out. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and has incredibly soft sheets. We loved the extended patio near beach! Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. Everything we needed was provided - towels and comfortable beds/bedding, beach toys and chairs, kitchen supplies, etc. The view of the ocean is spectacular and we were able to enjoy it from the decks and inside. We loved walking down the beach - even though it was spring break it was not crowded, especially near the house. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were easily able to order groceries for delivery and meals from nearby restaurants. The neighboring renters did set off fireworks at 1am and other times during the day. But otherwise it was a very peaceful and restful stay!

This house is spectacular and really takes advantage of the view of the beach. So many places to sit and read and nap in the sun or inside with spectacular views. You literally couldn't sit any closer to the ocean unless you were sitting in the sand. Temperature ranged from 35-65 while we were there so every day was different. When the sun was out, it was warm regardless and the kids were in the heated pool and hot tub all day, everyday except for when there was a thunderstorm. The beach is lovely and in December was very quiet and private. The sand is packed so it is perfect for running and walking. The house is clean and well equipped with TV's and other electronic entertainment which kept the kids busy on the rainy day. Rocco and Janet were extremely helpful from the initial booking and throughout the entire stay. Janet in particular works hard to make sure the guests are happy and have everything they need. It was such a great vacation that we extended the stay by an extra night and we really hope to visit this house again in the future. Thank you!

We just got home last night and had the BEST beach trip at Rocco’s house!! My kiddos are 4 and 7 and I was nervous about an October beach vacation but it was absolutely perfect. Janet was amazing!!! She immediately responded to all of my questions before and during our stay. She checked in with us and had a pool cleaner out within hours to help with the pool. The weather was perfect, house was immaculate and comfortable. They already had everything we needed for our stay ready to go. We had a great experience and will definitely be back! This house is gorgeous!As nice as the photos are it’s even better in person.From the entry way to the moment you see the ocean after entering.Spacious, beautifully decorated & designed.Impeccably clean and well appointed.The beds were incredibly comfortable.Countless seating areas outside allowed us to never lose sight/sound of the ocean.We practically had the beach to ourselves the entire stay(5days)The pool area was wonderful!Clean,perfect water temp.,outdoor speakers to enjoy music wherever we were and beautiful landscaping.The sunrise is not to be missed. Staying here was more than a delight. Janet was an amazing house manager and beyond accommodating for all of our needs. This house was CLEAN, beautiful, organized, cozy, and relaxing. Our family enjoyed everything about this house; from the Russound Sound System, to the comfortable couches, and the plushy carpeting. We cannot wait to rent this house again! Thank you Rocco for making this house available and the perfect getaway!

Let me just start by saying that we packed our car full with everything we would need for our beach vacation, but when we got there, we found that Rocco and Janet had already provided everything we needed! The house was very easy to find, and in a beautiful location. The first thing we saw was the amazing view that greeted us as we walked into the living area! Absolutely incomparable! You are literally steps from the beautiful private beach. There are several lovely furnished decks to enjoy the sunrise, sunsets, and more of those spectacular views. The home is well stocked with everything...utensils, towels, linens, cleaning supplies, etc. There is even an icemaker. The washer and dryer were great to have available. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We rented a golf cart for the week and used that for getting around. The rental was about 10 minutes away and we picked it up each morning. Perfect sized pool and hot tub with plenty of seating. Awesome shaded area under the deck for grilling and family time. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the sheets so much that I found the bamboo store and bought my own set! Fun blackjack game in the game room. Great kitchen. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Thank you so much to Rocco. And Janet....kudos! Check in was a breeze....She checked on us several times during the week. Great job and much appreciated. Five stars is not enough!

This was the perfect getaway and the views of the ocean are wonderful. We loved hanging out by the pool. Another great feature was the speaker system that played throughout the house and outside. Janet the house manager was great too. The house looked just like the pictures and was very neat and clean. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay so much! It accommodated every need. From the space of the home, pool/hot tub and the two second walk to the private ocean front beach. We even loved the outdoor speakers! What fun we had and plan on returning!

I cannot day enough good things about this property or it’s owner and manager! We had an amazing long weekend celebrating Mother’s Day! The house amazing, the view is gorgeous, we loved the pool and hot tub and Outdoor speakers!!! We had 3 generations there and everyone was equally in love with this house!! The response time to any question was within minutes!!! Overall outstanding trip, we will be back!!
