We enjoyed our stay the room was very nice. The balcony area was a little cluttered with extra furniture. The room was a little small for four adults however, I would definitely recommend it for two people! I will say, if you are a sensitive sleeper, we found the beds to be a little hard. However, we picked this room for the location! You could not ask for a better view or space at the beach!

The dishwasher door didn’t close properly; therefore, it would not start. This was reported so I assume it will be fixed. The tv mostly had dated coverage. The Steeler game stopped at half time saying storage was full.Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The beach was exceptional.

Beautiful condo, was a little dirty like it wasn’t swept or mopped but i just cleaned it myself.. no biggie. Had early check in. Wonderful location! Beach wasn’t super crowded. We could hear the waves from our room, would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, with exception to a few dishes that needed rewashing and the bathtubs needed a wipe-down upon arrival (I usually clean when I arrive at a place anyways). The linens were clean, too. The beds were comfortable, but the couches could use an update. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook our meals. All appliances worked well. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and it was easy to get down to the beach from our unit. I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Myrtle Beach!

This location is definitely different than any other location that we have booked over the years. The location is located right next to a river where people can go fishing. Since there is a small river connecting with the ocean, the beach space is quite spacious with so much room to set up your things and enjoy! Mine & my husband’s best features was the private balcony and the windows along the entire wall facing the beach in the master room. The two bathrooms was also a plus! The rooms could use some cleaning or painting, & maybe even a remodel, but over all we enjoyed this location! Thank you for having us!

So much free space on the beach, plus the “swamp” river next to the hotel to fish. Parking lot full for places to park close by the building. Restaurant/bar. Indoor pool leading out into the outdoor pool.
The room could use a huge renovation. The walls in the bedroom with the twin & full size bed could use some cleaning or painting. The TV’s could also be upgraded to smart TV’s like in the living room.
But overall, our weekend stay in this unit was good! Thank you!

The location was convenient and drive able for everything we needed and wanted to do during our stay. There was plenty of space on the beach so you never felt crowded. The room had a great beachfront view. The beds were comfy and our stay was great. Just a short drive to shops and restaurants. The sliding door to balcony didn't have a handle and was hard to open and close, but that was a small thing that didn't ruin one moment of our stay. We would definitely stay again. Sands Beach Club - 722 is located in a wonderful area on Shore Dr. Very walkable neighborhood; beautiful beach views; good workout facility. The condo is nicely appointed, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Arcadian Shores golf course practice facility is close by. I would rent it again.

The two hour early check in was a great way to start the vacation. The personal washer and dryer within the condo was a huge plus. The condo was clean and was impressed of the clean HVAC filter. One thing we do suggest is a latch lock on the door. Overall we were impressed and will be happy to stay again on our annual Myrtle Beach vacation. We will be reaching back out to schedule the dates! Location is amazing. Very responsive manager. I mentioned the lining of the showers looking dirty and they replaced it right away. We had a fantastic time, the place was a little tired but clean. It had everything we needed to cook, clean and do our laundry. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
