Sands Beach House 300

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at 300 Shuffleboard Ct. The property was accurately depicted and actually even better. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances. The entire house was extremely clean even the cookware. Had to call maintenance for a minor issue (grandson locked bedroom door) and they responded in less that 30 min. The location was excellent with it being just a block across from the beach. Plenty of places to eat, grocery shop, get gas, etc. Would definitely rent again.

The house was very clean and cutely decorated. Felt very homey and was a perfect fit for our family. There were a couple items we needed to have looked at and they had someone there within the hour to have everything taken care of. It was nice and close to everything we wanted to do with a guestbook that offered suggestions of what others enjoyed as well. We were a block from the ocean which was a super easy walk. The hot water was on demand which took some getting used to with 8 people trying to get showers. In all we had a great time. Being able to put both our cars in the garage was great well. We were fortunate that we only needed to park 2 cars, because our neighbors took our third parking spot with a large SUV and 2 golf carts which made it virtually impossible to walk from the garage area to the front of the house along that walkway. Other than that issue we had a great experience.

Have a great stay on shuffleboard ct! Was comfortable, clean and welcoming. Easy walk to the beach and Starbucks! Family with 6 teenagers and it worked well for everyone. The kitchen table fit everyone for meals and the balconies were great for quiet outdoor relaxing. Book this house, you won’t regret it!

Great location as it was across the street from the beach access! Family and I would walk across the street for lunch/dinner and coffee as well! My oldest son is on the autism spectrum which motivates us to get a beach house instead of a condo (noise), and overall it did not disappoint. Just be mindful that parking can be tight if you have a larger vehicle (we had a minivan).

Beautiful place very spacious. Fabulous location! Management very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Highly recommend River Island Adventures Escape Island and Broadway Grand prix. Fun for every age! Hook and Barrel, Croissants and Fiesta Mexicana Restaurants nearby top notch must go!

We thouroughly enjoyed this home. Very spacious and right by the beach. Many, many restaurants and grocery stores are in the area. My family and I would love to book this home again in the future.

The house was in great shape and 1 block from the beach. The house had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart for an easy walk to the beach. We had no problems and the rental company was easy to communicate with.

We had a lovely time during our quick trip to the beach. The house is new and in good condition. The furniture layout in the great room looked more like the waiting room of a doctor's office than a den--easily fixable! Parking is an adventure, particularly if you drive a big SUV. Otherwise, this was a comfortable near ocean rental.

We had a nice time in this beautiful home after we had to cancel our plans at Ocean Isle due to the Hurricane. So relieved to find a clean and comfortable house large enough for our family of 13. I wish we could have had more of an ocean view but the walk to the beach was short and we were grateful to have salvaged our vacation week.

We arrived an hour early but we're still able to check in with no problem. The house was very clean and spacious. It was too cold to go on the beach but had so much fun just being in the house. Would definitely love to stay there again! Can't wait!

The house was perfect for our group of 8 guys, enjoying a long weekend in Myrtle. It was very close to the beach and all attractions. The house was very new and very clean, and having an elevator to transport bags/groceries was a plus. There is a brand new TV and sound bar in almost every room, which made it great for hanging out and watching sports. I would 100% rent again. Great find.

Beach house is extremely well-kept, clean, new, spacious and right across the street from the beach. We loved our stay there and would definitely return! The location is right off the main strip where many of the restaurants, activities and shopping is located (within a 10-15 min drive of almost everything).

We had ten in our family staying at Luxury Beach Rentals. This Beach house was perfect! We had teenagers and they had a space along with fridge! The beach house was very clean comfortable to all! We would definitely recommend this Rental to families! Great location!!!

Our family loved this house! It is pretty much brand new and everything was perfect. The furniture and decorations are beautiful and even the views! It is an easy 30 second walk to the beach and there are also restaurants and Starbucks within a couple block walk. We cant wait to come back!
