We really enjoyed our stay. We were minutes from restaurants, shopping and entertainment and the neighbors were very helpful and nice. Very spacious home that accommodated my entire family comfortably. We usually don't stay near this area but we are already planning to return with hopes of Robert's place being available!!

We had a nice time at this place! Nice and clean when the appliances stop working they came to fix the problem! The elevator works wonders lol especially for mom them! Beach across the street. We love the patio second and first floor. We will be coming back stay and the same place!!!!!!

all good, only issue was toilet in master bedroom was not refilling water tank properly it was actually leaking water you would have to flush tank to get it to refill and that water would leak out of tank , not a big problem just want to make you aware

This was a family gathering for my mom 65th birthday. The pictures were exactly what you seen online. The home was beautiful and spacious. Whenever I reached out about any concerns the response was professional, and prompt response. The area was beautiful and the beach access was across the street. There is a lot of restaurants that was walking distance. I would stay here again. Thank you!

The house was perfect—spacious enough for eight adults to enjoy family time, game night, or sneak off to a quiet spot with a good book. The beach was just a short stroll away, with great restaurants nearby and even more within walking distance. The elevator came in handy for those of us staying on the top floor, and the three outdoor spaces gave us plenty of room to relax, reconnect, and enjoy some long-overdue conversation. Grateful for this time together!

this place was spectacular and met all of our needs. i highly suggest staying here. perfect location to the beach and quick drive to everything. my favorite part about this place was the balconies on each floor and the view that came with it!

The flooring on the main level was buckling in several places which made it a hazard. There was sand in the master shower and walls along the stairs had hand prints.

House was perfect. Excellent location and space in the home was great. Had to purchase daily items (soap, laundry detergent, etc.) Also had to purchase extra blankets and pillow cases for the pull out bed. But we were fine to do that- we had ample info from manager. We also had to bring a pack-n-play for the baby. But house was really ample- space was great. Kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This is a 2 minute walk across the street and to the beach. Had our family (kids - teens down to age 5) with us and had plenty of space to stretch. Very well kept and clean. Will try to stay at this same property again in the future.

We had such an awesome trip to Myrtle Beach! Beautiful home in an awesome location! The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our stay! There are a few things I’d like to point out about this house. For the amount of money we spent to stay here, there definitely could have been some improvements. The game room is kind of a flop. There’s one game and a dart board…The couch has stains on it and the pull out sleeper is a bust. We ended up buying blow up mattress because all you could feel was the metal bars on the frame.The handle on the sliding glass door to the back deck is busted so you have to be careful you don’t get cut on the remaining metal peice.The listing advertises an elevator… which we had no access to. There’s a his and hers sink in the master bedroom, but one of the sinks is broken. And the floors and area rugs on the main floor were gross and in need of replacing. Such a great house, wish it was taken better care of.

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach and this house's proximity the water is great. It's about a 7 minute walk which made it easy to go back for lunch and dinner rather than feeling we should bring meals to the beach. The house was very nice and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. There were a few issues, though. Some of the furniture was in a state of disrepair and a few of the chairs were ready to collapse, particularly the remaining roller chairs around the card table. The dining room chairs were not all that sturdy and easy for kids to tip over. Also, some of the beds did not have sufficient supports underneath. The sofa bed in the basement is very stained and gives an awful impression when you first walk in. The only real concern was that the dryer dial never moved and so would not turn off automatically. We had to set a timer or risk cooking our laundry or worse. Otherwise, it's a beautiful spacious house with plenty of room for several families. I'd recommend staying here in spite of those issues.

My family loved staying at this house! We had 12 people consisting of 8 adults, 1 teen, 1 preteen, and 2 toddlers and had a comfortable stay. It was a short walk to the beach and had plenty of things near the house to do and eat. The garage was a little scary to pull in and out of initially because of the tight fit, but we got use to that pretty quickly. There are other reviews mentioning coffee makers, but they had both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot which was really nice in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was a perfect size for a large group. It is within walking distance to the beach so you could go to and from easily. There were a few places to grab coffee and a convenience store nearby if you needed anything. The property managers were very responsive to our requests when we first arrived.

We planned our visit as a large family trip but due to health issues it was my husband, grandson and myself. We loved being able to walk less than a block to the ocean and beach. Was centrally located for everything. We can’t wait to visit again next year

We had a great stay and experience. The house was spotless and then game room was a hit with our kids. Close walk to the beach. Our ONLY complaint and reason we would not rent this property again was the noise level at night. In the rules and regulations it said there was a noise ordinance after 10pm. 5 of our 8 nights we were kept up by a few of the neighbor houses partying. We had little ones that kept getting woken up. The master bedroom was loud due to it facing the street, my husband and I on our last night actually went in to sleep with the kids where it was a little quieter. If the noise ordinance was held to, we would definitely rent here again. Overall though we were very satisfied!
