Property was beautiful, clean and in great neighborhood, close to beach and restaurants Upon arriving we noticed air conditioning not cooling main floor. I called management company at 4:45pm and repair man arrived within the hour, made repairs and it worked perfectly. I was very impressed!!Only issue was the bedroom on first floor and one on the second floor was listed as having Queen Beds, I’m pretty sure they are Full Beds not queen.Would gladly stay here again in the future

We were two families - Grandparents and our Daughter's family of 4 children. It never felt crowded, everyone had their own space, but plenty of space for meals together and visiting, too. I would highly recommend this home. Only a few minor quips - parking is very tight, so be careful. We didn't get possession of the home until the last moment and were hoping for early entrance, but in all fairness, this was not promised. And the grill was too small for our group and in sad shape so we couldn't cook out. However, none of these thing would prevent us from renting from this property management group or this specific home again. It was a great week with lots of family fun!

The house of 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths was perfect to accommodate our family of 7 adults and 4 young children. Having bedrooms on all 3 levels was perfect. The first-floor bedroom with sofa bed is quiet for those that may need to escape. The third-floor bedrooms were also a nice escape from the family noise on the second floor. The second-floor bedroom right by the kitchen was perfect for sound sleepers or children you want close by. The place describes only 3 tight parking places and that is an accurate description. One son has a large truck that just fit on the side of the house. Our Honda Odyssey van had to fold in the mirrors to make sure we could get passed the garage doors. There is a slight steep incline to drive into the garage and every time it scraped the belly of the van. Our son with a Toyota SUV did not have the same problem we had. Other than parking, the house was perfect!

House was very clean and as advertised. When we arrived, one of the beds was broken and we were not able to use it. The company was responsive to put in a work order, but the personnel that came to work on it were less than responsive. We had to rearrange everyone in the house in order to have proper sleeping arrangements while we waited for the bed to be fixed which took 3 days out of 7 day stay. House was beautiful and close to the beach and the washer and dryer and the street was quiet with low traffic.

Robert’s property was exactly as pictured—spacious, clean, and perfect for our family to relax and enjoy our vacation.
The location was incredibly convenient—just a short distance from the beach, local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.
As noted in the listing, the house comes with only one trash bag and one roll of paper towels for the entire house, so be sure to bring a few extras. This wasn’t a big issue for us, as we tend to pack everything but the kitchen sink.
This was probably the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in—and there were no odd smells, which is a rare and appreciated bonus!
We’re already looking forward to booking again.

This house was perfect for our family's Christmas trip. Lots of space and they even had light decorations. Parking is limited, but there is guest parking nearby. The house is convenient to the beach, shopping, and the strip. We'd definitely return.

Our group of 8 stayed here for a full week and a half and everyone absolutely loved it. A lot of beach rentals can feel like outdated homes with recent bare minimum renovations, but this house is the real deal. It's new, clean and spacious on top of being in a lovely, walkable part of North Myrtle Beach - a must book IMO!

I truly can’t say enough about how perfect this house was! It was beautiful, so clean, the perfect location, everything you could ask for in a beach rental. I also spoke to multiple different people at Luxury Beach Rentals both during booking, the days leading up to my reservation, as well as after checkout and every single person I spoke to was so kind and helpful. All check-in and check-out instructions were clear, concise, and timely. My family and I especially loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom, it was so convenient!! We stayed in this beach house for a golf trip. We loved the decor, cleanliness, and layout!! We each had our own room, tv, and bath. We loved having the elevator and the two car garage also! We reported an issue with the TVs that was promptly and professionally addressed. We would recommend this beach house and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time and loved the house, it is exactly how the pictures show minus a charcoal grill. Easy to get to but if you have an extended cab vehicle it will not fit in the garage unless you keep the garage door up while you’re there. But other than that we will definitely be back.

The house is very spacious which allowed everyone to be comfortable. Beds and bathrooms were exactly what we needed for 4 married couples and an additional single traveler. We loved that each bedroom had an adjoining bathroom. Management responded promptly to questions and concerns, and acted quickly when garbage left behind outside by previous occupants became a nuisance. If we were to recommend a change, it would be to find a way to access the garage without having to get in and out of your vehicle to go inside the garage to raise the doors from the inside.

This was a lovely property. It was overall very clean. We loved that every bedroom had its own bath PLUS a half bath on the main floor. The kitchen was well appointed. As winter guests, we would have appreciated more space to gather with family, but I imagine that’s never an issue in summer when people are out and about a bit more. We would stay again!! One warning - parking is TIGHT! We had a sedan, a Yukon XL and a 2500 4 door longbed pickup. Garage parking is a must for 2 of the 3 vehicles. We couldn’t shut the garage door with the Yukon inside. And there was no way the pickup was going in.

Beautiful, very clean, spacious. Perfect location…our son was married Oct 7th and needed a home to house family and friends. Even though it was a super busy week and not much of a vacation, the house was very accommodating for the space and rooms needed. The wedding was held at Dunes Golf & Beach Club, about 1 mile down the road. We’re hoping to return and enjoy the home for a vacation week. Highly recommend.

I stayed here with my family and toddler. Everyone loved the place. The home was clean and spacious. We had a little difficulty with communication for the check in process but attribute this to booking the home a few days prior to arrival. Every bedroom had an en-suite. The kitchen was well appointed with needed supplies. The dining table can easily accommodate 12. The house appears to have a speaker system but we were not able to Get it to work. The rooms have smart TVs and cable seems to have all the premium channels. The beach is just across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

The house and rooms were very comfortable and close to beach. The battery for the lock key pad died and we were locked out of the house late at night. It took nearly two hours for the locksmith and your night property manager to gain access to the house. A simple 9volt battery needed to be replace. The battery should be replace frequently to avoid similar situations in the future.

We had 7 adults ranging in age from 19 to 73. Each couple was able to have their own room and bathroom, which was wonderful. The house has an excellent location being only a block or so from the beach. It was a very easy walk. The elevator was also very convenient when getting bags to the upper floors but other than that we really didn’t use it. I would highly recommend this house! I only have one complaint and it has nothing to do with the house but I think others should be aware. After Memorial Day Myrtle Beach will not allow tents on the beach. With a large group we bought a tent and we’re putting it up behind all the umbrellas when the lifeguard told us we had to remove it. We ended up having to purchase umbrellas that were not as effective.

Two families shared this home for a week. The kitchen was well stocked with tools. The layout was very conducive to hanging out, without being cramped. One block walk to the beach. Near Publix, Fresh Market, Orange Theory and Starbucks. Very clean.

Loved the convenience of the house elevator, beautifully furnished, great location, rooms were spacious, older nephews loved their first floor getaway, we all loved the balconies, and ocean is a block or two away. Would only add that kitchen needs more cookware, worked out the parking situation by some parking street side, and beware that the 3rd floor master bedroom ac vent is poorly placed directly over one side of the bed. Was either hot or risked getting sick from it blowing at night. Maintenance quickly resolved an issue. Overall, we loved the stay here.

Nice house. Fit our family perfectly. Garbage pick up is a problem. We put garbage out Wednesday For Thursday. But we were there from Sunday to Sunday. Felt very bad we refilled garbage cans. We put out again on Sunday when we left. Loved Starbucks across the street. Short easy walk to the beach. Wonderful thanksgiving week.

Overall excellent stay. The elevator was a great addition to the 3 story property. Plenty of room for our 4 roaming adults. Neighbors would respond to our waves "HI" so you didn't feel like an intruder..... Quiet residential location close to beach, etc. Excellent air-conditioning with zones on upper two floors.
Would suggest 1 small wrapped bar of soap and bottle of shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom and 1 extra roll of TP.

The home met or exceeded my expectations. They had items you could use at the beach, the bathroomd were very spacious, and the location was conveniently located 1 blk from the beach.

We haven’t been on vacay this year due to COVID-19. My family was so excited to be going to the beach. But the house allowed the stress of normal life to roll off our backs. It was a gorgeous beach home perfectly decorated and fully equipped. The elevator made everything even better. Thank you for your hospitality and we will be back! Next time without the children (smile) We also signed the guest book!!! We give the property 5 stars! See you again soon.

Location was close to the beach but also away from the main road. House was very clean and well kept. Was more than enough room for our group.

Beautiful home just a short walk to the beach that the whole family could do. So nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom and beds were very comfortable! We had 3 adult couples and 5 children. Kitchen was well equipped and the elevator was so nice for loading and unloading. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying in the house. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable for our large group. We loved how close it was to everything, overall a fantastic experience. We didn't need the elevator but it is a nice addition especially if you have heavy items or a disabled family member. The only (minor) drawbacks were there was no grill and the kitchen was lacking some basic cooking tools like a sheet pan, measuring cups and can opener (we left a can opener there to help future guests). We did have to eat in a good bit due to Covid. Beautiful home and we hope to be back next year!

Elevator was great for our senior family member, although would suggest owner adds safety bars in the showers and tubs, or at least in one of them.

Property was perfect size and location for our family holiday celebration. Nice decor, TVs in every bedroom and well equipped kitchen. Elevator was great for senior in our group but no grab bars in any shower/tubs. Located only a block from the beach.

We cooked at home a few nights and would recommend management update the toaster and can opener. Also, at there was no bread pan. But besides that the place is beautiful and clean. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived initially at the house Sunday, the garage was nice and spacious, it fit the two family SUV's we brought along and the 3rd parking space fit our other vehicle very well. the interior layout is very easy to navigate, all of the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the living room was very well decorated and spacious. All in all it was an incredibly comfortable home. Our only complaints are the lack of garage door openers, the elevator would sometimes go on the fritz, the lack of parking for guest to come visit, and the Spectrum TV service seemed to work when it wanted to. Otherwise we really enjoyed the home. The location was pretty easy to get to, wish it was directly on the ocean or at least had a view of it, but the quality of this property made up for that.

This is a great location just off the beach and wonderful for traveling with a family. Everyone had their own bathroom en suite and the elevator was perfect my elderly grandparents to skip navigating the stairs. The property and amenities were as described in the listing, but obviously well kept too. It was reasonably close to grocery stores and within walking distance of a bar and a coffee shop. The only thing I'd improve was communication with the rental company--the phone number listed on the fridge welcome document was actually a fax number and the couple times I called another number to report very minor maintenance issues, I left voicemails. One was returned a couple days later and the other not at all. I'm assuming everything would be fine in the event you had an emergency at the property, but I'd the say the general communication was a little clunky. That said, I'd certainly rent the property again and would highly recommend it if you're looking for a house near the beach.

They were absolutely blown away by the features of the house, including the beach wagon already stocked with stuff to goto the beach. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach every morning and relax. We will stay on this property or through this site again.

Everyone had their privacy but the house served for a great gathering place.
