Had an amazing trip with our family and a surprise engagement ♥️ the unit was beautifully kept and the windows throughout make it such a beautiful open space looking directly out to the beach. Even in the rainy weather the covered porches made us able to watch the shrimp boats and dolphin. Pools were very clean and easy to access

This condo was worth every penny! I had a party of 9 and we had plenty of room to spare. The memory foam pull out couch and the door on the master bedroom upstairs were great surprises. There's nothing like waking into the condo and only seeing the ocean. It was clean and the communication was phenomenal! We will be staying here again!

Loved all the rooms and I had read that the loft was warm and we did find that to be true. The parking was so easy and so close to the condo. There were just a couple of things that could have been done in the condo. The glass sliding doors in the living room were dirty with hand prints all up and down. You could tell that a young child had been there before. All the doors to the balconies were very hard to open. Some care to get those oiled would have been helpful. The turf on the balconies really needed some care as they were dirty and worn. And we had to purchase ice as the ice machine in the fridge did not work properly. Maybe 20 pieces of ice fell the entire week. Other than those few minor problems it was a wonderful week. I would return to that condo and stay any time that I get a chance. Beautiful condo with amazing views of the ocean.

the check in process was fast and simple. we ended up getting to go in early and get unpacked and settled in. beach was right there great location, also we had all the pool amenities right down below. pools, lazy river, hot tub, mini golf all the things that were included at the resort. I loved how there were multiple of each especially the hot tubs. some of which did not work and looked gross. but it is the off season so it wasn't too bad. the beach area being less crowded due to being so far away from the tourist trap by the sky wheel and the shops with the pier. if there was one thing I could change it would be the wonky ramp up to the building entry door, Almost lost my luggage off the dolly. we had a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. They were quick to get that fixed. we are very pleased with our stay and will definitely stay there again great stay, great location, and all around one of the better airbnb's i have stayed at thank you Luxury beach rentals.

Spacious apartment with a lot of natural light. Accommodates 10 people comfortably. Beachfront beauty, stunning views from the master bedroom and living room. Our family had lots of fun at the beach and pool. We enjoyed the lazy river and kids splash zone. You can also enjoy ice cream by the pool.
Owner is very responsive, answered our questions promptly and was very descriptive.

The upgrades to the room are outstanding and the cleanliness of the room was much better than could be expected. It is too bad that the overall property is not kept up by the Hrand Cayman Resort, especially the pool. In our eight days the pool was vacuumed a total of 2 times and the second time with not a whole lot of effort. When I asked about this I was told the resort does its best with limited help. Strangely the resorts on either side of us did not appear to have as severe of a staffing issue. Thus is a reflection on Grand CaymN not luxury beach rentals whom I would use again without question.

Terrific place to bring the family off season. Plenty of room for 6-9 adults. A dinner table big enough for 10, enough seating in living area and all of the bedrooms were private, had great views and the place was decorated nicely. An impressive space that is casually elegant. And sharing amenities with the neighboring resort was a bonus!

My family and I had a great time at this condo. The side balconies were a little small, but the other two make up for that! The views are phenomenal, to say the least!! This is right on her beach!! Upstairs and downstairs for privacy when needed.
Only thing is, be sure to bring any condiments and spices for cooking, there wasn’t any. That’s ok though. I would definitely rely recommend and would love to stay again. Unfortunately I went to go rebook for next year and it’s already booked up!!

Wonderful location! Couldn't have been closer to the beach! Easy check-in. Reserved parking spot that is close to elevator. Condo was clean. Sofa, loveseat, & chair in living room were just a little worn but not surprising with all of the use it gets throughout the year. Kitchen was good and had everything that we needed to easily prepare our meals. New washer & dryer in unit. Beds were comfortable. WI-FI was a little bit slow at times. If you want to be close to the beach this is the rental for you! Amazing view of the sunrise!!! Highly recommend!

Centrally located condo in N. Myrtle Beach. Expansive wrap around deck and well planned living/dining area. The views are magnificent. Great little escape upstairs with a private loft and getaway room. Best of all -- your own private lounging deck off the primary bedroom. Enjoy!!

I have to first say that what you see in the pictures it what the place looks like. It was all in all a really nice place. Yes some things are a little stained on the couches but to me that’s simply because people who rent a place don’t care about other peoples things which is sad but true. They should not even try to sell people of the roof area because frankly it is a joke. No one will want to sit on a dirty roof with no view except for the hotel behind you. They don’t tell you the door to the roof is in the upstairs bath room and doesn’t seal on the bottom. You have to keep the door closed all night to the bath room or you will hear everyone in the building behind you. The beds were just ok. We had four adults during this trip and there is plenty of room for your own space. I gave 3 stars for being clean when we got there. It wasn’t dirty but it also wasn’t spotless, and that was ok. We sat every night on the balcony and it was awesome. The view is very good. The location of the place is great. Short drive to about anything you want to do. I will say this, the upstairs bed room gets really warm each morning even with having the curtains closed. At the end of the day I hope to be able to stay hear again. Maybe a little expensive but most places in town this size are.

We loved our stay in the penthouse. The condo was exactly as posted. Big, beautiful, and plenty of room. Our favorite spot was the upstairs balcony. It was the first and last place we went each day of our stay. When the beach was crowded on Memorial Day, we could be on the balcony, still see the beach, enjoy the weather, and not fight the crowd. We will most definitely book this room again on our next Myrtle Beach vacation!

The pictures are very accurate. The views are amazing. The furnishings are all nice and comfortable. All the rooms are laid out very well, so everyone has their own privacy. The condo is very beautiful. The location is right on the beach. The views are beautiful. (Especially from the kitchen). I watched the sun rise every morning. Please note: this is not a complaint, but more of a suggestion to improve customer satisfaction. Please supply a few comforters for the bedrooms (it was cold near the windows) Please supply trash bags and dish washing liquid. Thank you.

I booked this condo for my honeymoon. It had a perfect view of the ocean as well as the view of the beach and Myrtle Beach in all directions. It was clean and there is no waiting on on a front desk clerk to check you in. I would recommend this location to anyone. The only downside is the parking spot. We brought our big SUV and our assigned parking made it difficult to park as it was between a column and a wall with no room for error. Was much easier to back into the space than going in nose first.

Heard the ocean all day and the sound of it put us to sleep at night. We watched the sunrise every morning on the deck and then walked the beach . Kitchen was big enough for all of us ( only issue was 2 very small coffee pots 3&5 cup ) yes there is a Krueger. Dining area was plenty big (area rug needs to be stuck down curled up in spots ) and beautiful views. Every bedroom has a view and balcony!Even with the Covid 19 pandemic going on we felt very safe using the pools and enjoying everything the condo had to offer . We would love to come back and would definitely rent this condo again .Only complaint is while one of us was using the shower we didn’t know the roof access door was never not locked and people painting / working on roof opened the door twice , suggest double checking all locks.

Very spacious for 8 people. Wonderful views. Only issue we had was the private pool for The Savoy, isn't so private. People from Grand Cayman were always in it and sitting at the tables. Most times we weren't able to use it. A sign would definitely help that situation. I would stay again though. It was definitely worth it.

Also appreciated having beach chairs to use along with boogie boards and other beach accessories.

Only steps from the beach, the savoy is a perfect place to relax and unwind. Spacious enough for 2-3 couples, the layout is great for cooking dinner and socializing. Everything worked, tv, a/c, kitchens gadgets (seems logical but often isn’t the case)

The negative that could keep us from coming back is the impact of the resort next door. There needs to be a little bit of security. Often our little pool was full of people from next door. Often woken in the .middle of the night, with drunken singers and people in the pool with glass bottles. If this could be addressed, the stau would be about perfect.

Condo was exactly like the pictures and was very spacious. Nicely updated. Next door building was ok but much different crowd than the savoy. More party focused at the other building it seemed, but the Savoy was much more peaceful. No trouble with parking at the building. Very easy overall.

We had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. Everyone was able to retreat to their own space. Getting to the beach was really easy, and the hotel next door had daily entertainment at the pool, which the kids loved. So many amenities within feet of the condo. We recommend checking out Hook & Barrel for a classy but casual seafood dining experience. The crab cakes and fish bites appetizer were delicious! Make sure you check out the bakery attached as you are walking out.

Kitchen was well appointed, and the balconies were wonderful. Our 4 and 6 year olds had a great time, and the place is big enough to put them to bed, and the adults can still enjoy themselves without worry about waking them.
