Condo was as expected. Awesome ocean front view. The resort was quiet and relaxing. Great communication with host and easy check-in/check-out instructions. The only other information I would like to pass on is that if you have difficulty walking, this condo is located in the middle of the resort between 2 end elevators.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, with exception to a few dishes that needed rewashing and the bathtubs needed a wipe-down upon arrival (I usually clean when I arrive at a place anyways). The linens were clean, too. The beds were comfortable, but the couches could use an update. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook our meals. All appliances worked well. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and it was easy to get down to the beach from our unit. I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Myrtle Beach!

Reviewer Comments: This location is definitely different than any other location that we have booked over the years. The location is located right next to a river where people can go fishing. Since there is a small river connecting with the ocean, the beach space is quite spacious with so much room to set up your things and enjoy! Mine & my husband’s best features was the private balcony and the windows along the entire wall facing the beach in the master room. The two bathrooms was also a plus! The rooms could use some cleaning or painting, & maybe even a remodel, but over all we enjoyed this location! Thank you for having us!

The place was absolutely beautiful and very quiet. There were no instructions and I had quite some time to get a response, but otherwise everything was great. The place was clean, has a great view, very suitable for a family with kids, and the pool and the view was amazing. You’re right there at the inlet so you can go fishing or crabbing there. I would definitely recommend it however more clear instructions would be great. We definitely plan on coming back and I don’t know how to give a 4.8 star so I guess it’s a four overall. The restaurant was also closed on Sunday and Monday. We were not told about this so maybe a little bit more communication will be the only thing that I would say isn’t necessary. The condo was great. The view was great. The building is quiet. It’s very private. You’ll love it.

So much free space on the beach, plus the “swamp” river next to the hotel to fish. Parking lot full for places to park close by the building. Restaurant/bar. Indoor pool leading out into the outdoor pool.
The room could use a huge renovation. The walls in the bedroom with the twin & full size bed could use some cleaning or painting. The TV’s could also be upgraded to smart TV’s like in the living room.
But overall, our weekend stay in this unit was good! Thank you!

The location was convenient and drive able for everything we needed and wanted to do during our stay. There was plenty of space on the beach so you never felt crowded. The balcony is the best part about this place. I spent most of my time there soaking up the ocean view when we went out on the beach or doing other activities.

Condo was clean, amazing views, and big enough for our family of four (kids are 19 and 17). The ONLY downside was the sliding door to balcony was hard to open and close. That's not a big issue for us and our stay was great. Restaurants and stores were a short drive, and the beach is right there when you get off the elevator. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Sand's Beach Club! Our condo was clean and well decorated. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed. We love the location- the last in a line of condos. The beach was not crowded and family friendly. Thanks a bunch!
